If you are looking for a vet that treats you and your pet with compassion and respect, this is NOT the vet for you. Vet Kim Taft was not only extremely rude and short with me, but the lack of empathy she showed for my elderly cat and our situation was utterly disgusting. We came in for an issue with my cats eye, which she had had before. Dr. Taft looked over my cat for 1 minute max, and didn’t even look in my cats eyes!!! She then came back with a quote for $630 for all the tests we “needed” to run, and she said this was a “good place to start”. The vet didn’t even offer me ideas of what could be going on, or if she has seen this before, until I asked. I asked about alternative options, can we rule out some things and do some of the tests? And I received a response that she would not be able to prescribe anything unless we did all of the tests. I was in utter shock and fuming so hard that I started to cry. ** By the way, the walls are paper thin, so you can hear the vet & tech talking about you! ** Dr. Tafts short responses, lack of visual interest, and utter disregard for ones feelings in not only appalling, but dangerous. I can only assume why she treated me this way, it may have been that I am “younger” (25) or that I was not wearing a mask. I was not wearing a mask because no one instructed me to do so, not the lady at the front desk or the vet tech that we were in the room with for over 10 mins. If you are enforcing your clients wear masks, please say so and offer to provide one. If it was none of these reasons, and this is just how she treats her patients, I am surprised she still has a job in this field. I ended up walking out of the room crying and defeated, paid my $75 office visit fee, with no answers or solutions for my sweet suffering cat. This was my first time here and I will absolutely NEVER be back. I highly recommend finding another vet.

If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat! Lisa, Vet Tech, super rude and unprofessional. Apparently there are HIPAA laws for dogs? My mom broke her hip, so I am caring for her puppy. I was given the most ridiculous answers from her. I needed her pets vaccination records to get a haircut. I was told I was not listed as an authorized person. I set the dogs appointment up and also talked over the phone with the vet or assistant during her initial exam! They dropped the ball on adding my name clearly! When I told her we will no longer go there for care she tells me she will deactivate the account. Wait…so you will deactivate the account on my say so but you won’t send records? What kind of place is this? Lisa needs some training on customer service and a little more training on common sense. Horrible interaction and they lost both our business!

Reasonably priced, and they don't try to sell extra services. My pets are in good hands with them. *Update : Sad to say, there has been two times that I felt uncomfortable with the lady at the front desk dog side. She seemed to be bothered when asked questions. The first time I experienced was in 2019, I let it go and I shouldn't have because the lady at the counter was talking rude to an older couple that was there before me. The vet was awesome to my pets so I kept taking going back. Today was another negative experience and you know some people just don't vibe well in each others presence. None the less that was just my experience :-)

I’ve been going to Murray Animal Hospital for a couple years and love this establishment. The prices are fair and they never tell me to purchase something I don’t need. No matter where I move I will not change my dogs vet.

The worst experience ever! I took my cat to Murray Animal Hospital for spay surgery. After I pick her up from the hospital and went back to my car, I realized that I did not get the E collar that I have ordered and PAID for. I called Murray immediately before I left their parking garage, and ask them why they did not give me the E collar? And if my cat needs it? I was told by the staff that "Cats are not like dogs they are very gentle with their wound" and my cat DOES NOT need an E collar after surgery. I was a little suspicious but I trusted them as they are professionals with pets. As soon as we got home, my cat starts to lick her wound. And the next day, her wound was open! I called the hospital immediately, and they just ask me to bring her back. So I have to drop work during the day and rush to this place. I'm so mad because her wound was open and started to bleed. So WHY didn’t you give her the collar which can stop her from licking her wound! So my cat doesn’t have to suffer this! They put stitches on her! I have to drop work that day! They act like I have nothing to do! I am so angry when DR. Terrio told me there will be no charges for this visit. My cat has to suffer this and I had to drop work because your employee didn’t give the E collar which I paid for and told me false information! And you are thinking about charges? Or do you want me to say “THANK YOU” for not charging me for your stupid and unprofessional employee’s mistake? I don’t understand why is that person who answered my call got hired. She clearly doesn’t know anything about cats after surgery. I appreciate the fact that they fixed my cats wound but I would rather not have it in the first place. They don’t value my cat and my time. Their employee just simply give me false information didn't even bother to confirming with anyone. They assume you have time to bring your pet in for their mistakes! It's ridiculous, and Murray Animal Hospital should not even exist. I regret to bring my sweetheart baby girl to Murray and let her suffer. And I would never bring her to Murray again. It’s not worth it even if you have 20% off discount because they always try to sell you additional things! If you love your pets and value your time, please go to another vet.

My dog snapped at the female vet, i was shocked..the vet went right for her face without ever letting her smell her!! They said its white coat syndrome! So why wear white coats? Also my dog had to be muzzeled. It was pretty tramatic for her! Never going back there!!!!!!

I love Murray Animal Hospital for my toy poodle. I would love to bring him here for everything but vet costs are way too high in a traditional hospital no matter where you go. I like my poodle having a place to call home and get serious work done or looked at. His vet was awesome and I highly recommend this place.

Murray been the best that is why we have used them for the last since 1975 with all our dogs. We have never been with out a dog since then. and most of the time we have two.

Worst experience I ever had ! They made me and my pup feel very uncomfortable! They were very rude & unprofessional! The nurses were arguing in front of their customers, and we had an appointment and they were still very slow in taking us in ... I looked at the reciept at they charged us for stuff we didn’t even request ! What a waste of my time and my money stay the hell away from this place if you can , why didn’t this place burn down during the riot !

Wonderful Vet A little more expensive than others but don’t push you to get unneeded things done my only complaint is I wish they would’ve had a separate room when I had to put down my dog ????

They are very kind the drive thru exam was quick 15 minutes tops? Just wish that as they were going through the vaccines they would tell me the prices for each one rather than telling me last minute.

Very friendly professional staff. They even took the time to teach this first time puppy mom how to clip nails and clean her ears!! The clinic is very clean and tidy as well.
