Staff are very friendly. Explained all charges and after care thoroughly. Little pricey but i think they all are. My pets will return here for future care.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Our questions are always answered and we've never had any issues. I appreciate that we are given options for care for our cat and they never make me feel pressured in any direction. They clearly care about animals.

Dr. Laura (apologies for forgetting her last name) spoke with me on the phone about my pup for 25 minutes. She really took her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, to assess my concerns honestly, & brought other important things for me to keep in mind to my attention. There have been so many times I’ve gone to a vet where I felt rushed or that there was little evaluation involved! It’s evident that she & the rest of the staff *genuinely* care about our animals. :)

Super caring and accommodating. I don’t really like that I can’t hold my dogs paw during the visit because of their COVID rules, but I completely under and it’s better safe then sorry!

I called because my grandpuo got shampoo in her eyes and I was concerned. They were very nice and gave me some suggestions that helped

I've been with this vet office for years and when I called for my dog with a possible dislocated shoulder they couldn't see him today or tomorrow and told me to leave a voicemail at night and then they might get me in tomorrow....

After having a less than satisfactory experience at my previous vet I was so pleased to find the staff and doctors at this practice to be so kind and understanding and patient with me and my dog. They take the time to listen and give all the advice I needed. Nothing seems too much trouble. Thank you for your fabulous group of staff.

The entire team has been great to deal with. Our dog can be a hand full but they do what they need with a great attitude and very professional. I recommend them to everyone seeking friendly quality professional care for their pet.

This place is a money grab... Talk to the vet about what care I wanted to receive for my dog and then get a bill with 5+ different products on there I didn't ask for. Seems like they are trying to nickel and dime for everything they do for your pet. Same care at my old vet would have cost be less than half the cost. I will be finding a new vet in the future. I would not recommend to anyone based on the care my dog received and cost.

I love this group! They treat your pet like the family they are. I've been taking my pup to them for 10 years, and he actually gets excited to see everyone when we get there. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. ❤❤

WRAC is the best clinic around. We've been going to them since we first got our cat in 2017 and they have never been anything other than amazing and incredibly compassionate. Dr. J especially is wonderful!

We have been taking our dogs here for a year now and I absolutely love all the girls that work there. From the moment we walk in to the time we leave the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. When we only have one of our dogs with us they always ask about the other. We will never go anywhere else. Keep up the great work girls!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR ANIMALS HEALTH!!! This place is a complete rip off. They over charge on everything. They are extremely petty and unprofessional.

It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to WRAC. I have been taking my 2 dogs there for years. My older Bouvier recently passed away and although the loss is great the care and love she received from this clinic was more than I ever expected. In addition I just received the loveliest, most heartfelt condolence card from the office. They shared their individual stories of Emma.. They truly loved my baby girl. My family is moving so we will no longer utilize this office but we will never, ever forget how we felt like family there and we knew our dogs were getting the best care.

My Cj just love his girls at the clinic. They love him too. Had to take him for nail clipping because he will not let us do it, so my husband brought him to the parking lot and you came out to get and he went with you no problem. What tools us 1/2 to do one nail. I only took you 5 or 10 minutes for all. Thank you so.

Love my Vet, Dr. Wuerth, and love the fabulous staff. This is a really good vet clinic and we wouldn’t take Sydney anywhere else.

I have recently moved here from South Carolina and the folks at Whitaker Road have been nothing short of professional, kind, and thorough to not only my pets but to me as well. They always ensure that I am understanding of my pets treatment plan, and whatever else is needed in order for them to remain in good health. They consistently communicate with me in a way that makes me feel at ease. I will continue to happily give them my business as long as I am a pet owner.
