Great store has almost anything you need for your pet.

Love it here Me and my girl friend come here all the time to get what we need for our dogs, fish, and birds. They love us there and we love their service. A great place to go for the things you need for your pets!

Don't bother placing a order at Pet Supplies Plus. The websight will say it's in stock and then they will call to say they have to cancel the order because they don't have it. They don't know how to fix it so that it says out of stock.

Love the layout and staff are super helpful.

I accidently purchased the wrong type of dog food for my Rottweiler. I was thinking the print on the bag slightly changed, but when I got home, I realized that I made a mistake. The employees were super nice about exchanging the dog food. They told me it was no worries and not to even think twice about it. These people made me feel at ease even when it was my fault completely... hats off to them!

Found the Sherpa carrier that I was looking for...a bit more expensive than expected.

Usually a quick visit (no line). The employees are always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They must get treated right or something. I've heard they will order products and price match, but I've never needed to due to the selection and monthly sales. I've been a customer for 15 years and I don't see that changing soon.

Staff seems really unpleasant, I foster kittens & have to go here frequently for formula because it’s the closest to my house but the staff here are very unwelcoming & actually ignored me today when I said hi after they stood around talking when I entered the store. I liked the convenience of this store but they made me so uncomfortable I won’t be returning

Great place the people care about animals! Make sure to buy extra and put it in the Second Chance Cats box by the door!

love the fact that you can see exactly what you are buying and not just a picture . Plus they allow your pet to come on and pick out their own toy

Nick and his co worker were amazing, I got everything I needed for my bearded dragon at the last minute. Definitely will be going back service was 100% great customer service.

I haven't been this Pet supplies store before. My usual store was out of the product I needed. I came here after four other stores and thankfully they held the product at my request.

They overcharge people, otherwise not bad.

Staff is always happy and eager to assist me if needed. Store is always clean. I love that the sale items displayed near the front of store are "swaped out" or changed often. Seems like I always see something new/interesting. (Even if it's for pet types that I dont personally own)

Nice store, very neat, bunch of options for multiple animals. Limited selection on feeder insects, mainly crickets and superworms in abundance. Not many dubia roaches available.

Workers here are always friendly and helpful. This store is never crowded and I feel like I can get what I need and get out. Also, FYI, this location doesn't have pets unless they have some sort of charity/organization event.
