I wholeheartedly trust the AMC staff with all of my animals. I have zero plans to change providers and I always know that whatever the issue my pet has, it'll be solved with logic and compassion.

We LOVE the team at Animal Medical Center of Wyoming! We first found the office when we lived nearby, and were immediately impressed with their cat friendly practices. Last year, we moved farther away, but the 40 minute drive is worth it to keep working with Dr. Vincent, she’s fantastic! She has had to walk us through some major medical issues with our cats, but always does so with kindness and is very patient in answering all our questions. Our cat is a valuable member of our family, and we wouldn’t trust any other office with her care!

We had a great experience! After vet hunting for awhile, they provided us with the most thorough check-up along with the most friendly staff. We are excited to make this our home vet and will be scheduling all our needs through them in the future! Price was exceptional compared to others in the area as well.

I have been consistently impressed with the quality of care that my cats receive from this place since the beginning. I've seen multiple doctors and vet techs and they have all been so thorough and professional every visit. . I also really appreciate that they have taken Covid protocol very seriously! Thank you for taking care of my fur babies! I wouldn't say this is the cheapest vet I've ever been too but I do strongly feel that the quality of care is more than worth it.

The staff from the front desk to the techs to the vets are are so wonderful and caring with my elderly cats. They are great at explaining what needs to be done and make sure I know what the charges will be ahead of time. I am always comfortable bringing my girls there for routine checkups to emergencies.

I have previously had good experiences here despite the high prices, but this time I was scolded for being 11 min late for an appointment. Life gets busy and the person who answered the phone seemed immediately combative while checking in for my appointment. She responded in a sassy voice “you are late, let me check and see if they even have time for you”. Of course when she came back after putting me on hold, they had “moved on”. Without even offering me a chance to speak, she wanted to reschedule me and sounded offended when I said no. Yes, we were running late. 10-11 minutes late and in this case it was unavoidable. I don’t know of anyplace that doesn’t at least have a 10-15 min grace period. If they can’t actually perform their services if someone is TEN minutes late, they need to perhaps adopt a new appointment system. They have lost a customer and I was going to schedule my dog’s spay today along with her routine shots. (Which they are overpriced by $125 for too). How absolutely offensive this experience was. What happened to customer service these days? It’s like Covid have businesses the right to throw customer service out the window. Too bad, but I bet there are plenty of awesome vets willing to accept a new customer for my puppy.

I had to make the difficult decision of helping my shih tzu Shan Mei cross the rainbow bridge last week and while it was such a difficult thing to do they made it an easier prices by reassuring me that with elderly dogs that have seizure disorders, it doesn't get "better" with age just like our ailments tend to worsen with age, and that definitely helped solidify what I already knew. She was telling me it was time to go. The staff spoke softly and compassionately to us and gave us extra time after checking on us to sit with Shan mei because I was just beside myself. They handled her with care and respect, and when they got her ashes back from sleepy hollow a week later they called me to find pick her up. I left work immediately to bring her ashes home to her momma dog. I was given her ashes in a gorgeous little blue tin, a clay paw print, a certificate of cremation and a card from sleepy hollow and one from amcw that everyone had assigned wishing me ❤️‍????❤️‍????❤️‍???? they were there for me in the most vulnerable moment since I lost my grandmother in 2017...

I have been a client of AMC for about 30 years, and before that, my parents were clients. I have never taken our fur babies anywhere else. The whole staff at AMC is so friendly and professional! I know our furry kids get the best possible care and are in great hands there. Wendy W.

Could not express enough how awesome this place is. First time pet owner and they were extremely patient with us from day one. Very reasonably priced, all staff is extremely friendly and great with our dog. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Thankful for this place!

Dr. Ledergerber is fantastic! Have also used this location for boarding. I know my pups are very well taken care of when in their care!

Absolutely love the animal medical center of Wyoming. Always take great care of my two girls, super flexible with schedules and Dr. Joe and Dr. Kavanaugh do a wonderful job of explaining all options and treatment programs for your pets in a way that is easy to understand. Not the cheapest vet around, and not taking new patients.

I really like the veterinarian that we see here. They have taken wonderful care of my puppy Milo. I was allowed to come inside with Milo. All of the staff really loved him and were very friendly. He can be a jumper. The veterinarian stayed in the room with us for a long time oh, she let me ask any questions and all questions that I had. I really feel like we got the value for our money. I didn't feel rushed in or rushed out. It's also an affordable place.

They have been very helpful in taking care of our rabbits. When our bunny got neutered they called to check on him and make sure he was recovering well. It really helped us feel more at ease that they were checking in to keep our bunny healthy.

We had put our furry baby down and they were really good to us

Following my loved one's neutoring, the staff at Animal Medical Center recommended a body suit for sleeping. It works great. He can sleep without the cone. A great recommendation along with great care.

I take my cats here for all their routine checkups. One of my cats actually needed emergency surgery once before and the animal medical center of Wyoming comforted me and successfully helped save him. He is doing great today (his surgery was over a year ago). Highly recommend this vet!
