I was given a timely appointment for a new adopted kitty. There was very little wait time at the appointment although all of the rooms were busy with clients. I was treated professionally and my cat was treated with tenderness and care. I couldn't ask for better.

In a very busy time for veterinarians, Rogue Valley Veterinarians fit us in with an appointment next day. They warned me there might be a wait, there was and it was minimal. Service was professional, clear and my dog was treated very well. ,

This was our first time there with our first kitten and the employees there were absolutely fantastic. The nurse and the vet was phenomenal and answered all our questions that we had, gave us an estimate on how much everything was going to be. They made you feel very welcome and comfortable. Looking forward to going again and again for years to come ❤

Dr. Duflo came to our home to put down our 12.5 year old Labrador, Sugar, about a year ago. She did it with such dignity and comfort to Sugar but also in such a comforting way for me, my husband and 9 year old daughter. Class act all the way. Now she's the vet for our new pup, a golden retriever.

We’ve moved all of our pets here! Great service at reasonable rates. One of our dogs did 8 weeks rehab here after surgery. She loves the people and underwater treadmill. We even got graduation ????‍???? pics when she finished. Great follow up and really take time to figure out what is going on with your pet. We originally came for a second opinion and stayed.

I do not mind the 1 1/4 hr drive to Rogue Valley at all. The staff is amazing. Shyloh was injured and our past office, wouldnt see us, during covid, but Rogue Valley did. They treated Shyloh, with meds, Ultrasound and wonderful care. So the choice to remain with them was a easy choice. We are Thankful for them.

Very kind and caring staff! Dr. Vargo is wonderful! I have never had a veterinarian spend half as much time as she did with us answering questions we had and making sure our dog was taken care of.

I took my cat, Patches, in today for some health problems. Rogue Valley went above and beyond in her care and the detailed explanations to me. It was very apparent that they really cared. Many thanks to the entire staff and extra thanks to Jessica. I highly recommend them.

Rogue Valley not only provides professional service, they truly care about your pet. Dr Goodman provides thorough explanations, including the costs of all services and options. She takes the time to answer questions and really ensures you feel comfortable with the plan of care for your pet. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my McKenzie! Convenient location and reasonable prices for services. Thank you Rogue Valley & Dr Goodman! You’re the best

I am so glad I chose Rogue Valley Veterinary Hospital as my new veterinarian when I moved to Rockford! I have a cat whom is very anxious and normally requires sedation for his vet visits, but everyone did so amazingly well with him and he returned to me calmer than I could've ever hoped for! They also took amazing care of my new puppy!! Everyone was very professional, kind, and gladly took the time to speak with me in detail and answer all of my many questions. I would absolutely recommend them!! :) :)

So appreciate the wonderful care my dog received during an acute medical event. My regular vet was not open so referred us to an emergency clinic where the wait to see a doctor was estimated to be up to 12 hours! I called and explained the circumstances to Rogue Valley Veterinary Hospital and they fit us in for a same-day appointment so my pet could be made comfortable as soon as possible. Friendly staff and the doctor explained everything and listened to my questions and concerns. The care our dog received was effective and she is doing great now. Thank you RVVH!

I moved back to Michigan a year ago and was worried about finding a vet that my dog would like, Rouge Valley was recommended and they are fabulous! The staff at Rouge Valley is top notch always helpful and pleasant. And to top it off they have a wonderful doggy day care program, Emma is always so happy to go play.

The hour drive to get our pup evaluated for some rehab was well worth. Dr Duflo and Samantha were AMAZING! So friendly and answered ALL our questions. Thank you so very much! Especially during these overwhelming times of COVID-19, where vets and clinics are bursting and yet they stand out in the cold wind and rain with a smile on to take care of your pet. Got to love and appreciate them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

From your first phone call this clinic is knowledgeable, courteous and caring. They are all about your pet and their needs. They will discuss options and have the utmost concern for your pets health. All staff, from front desk.... to boarding staff.... to the vets.... I trust my pets with their lives. With Covid upon our state.... they have a curbside process that isn’t rushed, and makes you feel safe handing your pet over to staff....for the phone consultation you will have live with the vet. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Even their quality of life exam for my elderly 16 year old sweet dog was handled with care and best interest of what they know is a member of our family. Highly recommend...... 5 STAR all the way

I was very pleased with my experience with Rogue Valley. I showed up early and they got me in right on time without a long wait and took the time to listen to my concerns about my pet. I drove 1.5hrs for a second opinion and was very happy with my whole experience. Dr. Nina is very knowledgeable, especially for us sport dog owners. Thanks Again!

My dog is excited to go here for daycare and doesn't even mind his vet visits. Unfortunately, in the recent past, they have significantly increased their prices for daycare more than their competitors cost who offer more services with full-time pack play. This is not typical for what I have ever experienced from them and am greatly disappointed. We went here for daycare in spite of the fact that due to lack of room, they were not able to offer full pack play for the entire daycare time but alternated between kenneling and daycare as they rotated the packs. I wanted my dog to identify his vet as a safe and also fun place, not just somewhere to go when he isn't feeling well or get shots. We love the staff and my dog is thrilled with the daycare providers and his vet. They listen to the "parents" when it comes to how your animal will act/react to different situations or environments and work with you. Disappointed on prices for what I can get elsewhere. Their half-day daycare new prices are now $27 for 4 hours or less and the best places in the state - Dog Star Ranch is $24 for an entire day and Camp Bow Wow is $22 for 6 hours or less. We go to an amazing daycare in Ohio that is $20 for 6 hours and $24 for a full day. I pay $13 (with a package price for each visit when buy 10) for a 4 hours day. All of these locations place your dog in a pack for full play time [no kenneling, unless behavior issues] based on temperament. I will gladly return to RVVH for daycare when they can adjust their prices to match their services or at least be competitive. I will be happy to adjust my review at such time also. I have contacted them with my concerns and its even more interested as I was one of their customer just a couple years ago that recommended they check out their competitors and adjust their prices as they were too low. They went the complete opposite and are significantly higher. We will continue to use RVVH, driving 3 hours, for veterinary services.

Dr Nina and staff were great in diagnosing and coming up with a plan to help my injured dog. It was worth the drive to go there and happy to have a place that can help him get better.

They recommended euthanasia for a healthy cat who tested positive for FIV. Since the Lister study came out in 2014, we have known that FIV is not a big deal. FIV cats have normal lifespans and can cohabitate with other cats - there's no transmission as long as everyone is spayed and neutered. There are technically 3 stages to the retrovirus. Stage 1 is when they are first bitten and infected. They might become a little sick with uri symptoms initially, but they recover within a couple weeks. Stage 2: Cat is healthy, no signs of disease, and this stage lasts years. Stage 3: HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN CLINICALLY because the incubation of stage 2 is so long (like longer than a cat's lifespan) but, *if* cat lives a very long time, into stage 3 they might present with sickness related to FIV. For more information, check out the Lister study and Dr. Julie Levy. Anyway, this is common knowledge among most vets at this point. The information is out there. If RVVH doesn't keep up on new information like this (and it's not that new), what else are their vets behind on? I wouldn't trust them.

At a few weeks old, our Lab, Vern broke one of his legs. After the cast was removed by our local vet, one of the vets at Rogue Valley evaluated him, and recommended he have treatments in the water treadmill. His leg improved significantly. About a year later, he torn his ACL. He had surgery at Rogue Valley, we "endured" the several weeks of home therapy and then returned for the water treadmill. Vern has since been great at both upland and waterfowl hunting, along with fetching bumpers for hours on end if we let him. He generally works daily on our treadmill at home for a mile or more, and is in great shape. Without the help of Rogue Valley, Vern certainly wouldn't be the "normal" dog he is.

I have never had any issues with bringing my pets to this facility. We currently have one dog who is seen there annually. The staff is so kind and helpful. They all love our dog and are so good to him!

I called a couple vets closer as I was getting a puppy and was told "we are not accepting new patients". My friend uses this vet and I had visited her dog during his 5 day stay 4 years ago - they were great and caring. I called as a new patient, and with a friendly response "sure we'll get you in" and it's been positive and very efficient experience since - I love them and their care towards our furry families.
