Rockford family vet is super personable, we were first time dog owners so they were super helpful in what we needed to know with a puppy. I love that I can ask them anything, anytime!

Dr. Butler is a great vet. The best. I am extremely disappointed right now that she’s decided to enter into what I can only call ‘cat discrimination’. Dr. Butler told me yesterday she’s not going to treat cats anymore after August 1. My cat Nick trusts her. I trusted her. I am deeply disappointed and unhappy about this decision. Maybe to not take any new cats would’ve been one thing but to turn her back on those she knows- not good. Just not good.

Dr Butler is wonderful... she helped us when our cats were peeing all over our house and also cried with me when I had to put down my best friend of 12 Years. She is truly a wonderful Vet and person!

Dr. Butler & Abbi care more about treating your pets than what the bill is. I have had too many vets use tactics to empty your pockets with unnecessary treatments.

For the FIRST time in her almost 5 years of age, my sweet Cali climbed on my lap and was SHEDDING like crazy!! It was EVERYWHERE! This is 110% better than what her life's been since she was a puppy. I cant thank my amazing vet enough for bringing my sweet baby back to a fulfilled life!

Dr. Butler is a wonderful vet. As a new puppy owner it was a great experience to have a skilled vet taking care of our pet and fun watching Bitsy love her.

We love Rockford Family Vet! We have a geriatric dog and a puppy and they are knowledgeable about both. You can also tell they LOVE pets! This is the perfect vet for us!

We highly recommend Rockford Family Vet. The service is truly personalized and our dog has received the best care at what we feel is a good value. We have always been given prompt advice and even found our kennel through RFV. Our experience continues to be excellent and look forward to visits, as does our dog.

Dr. Butler and Abbi are so loving with Eve. Eve honestly cannot control herself when she knows we are going to see the ladies at Rockford Family Vet. They love and care for each of their patients as if they were their own Furry family member. They have 7 wonderful dogs of their own and all are so healthy and well cared for. I wouldn't want my Eve to go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very rude and very hard to get a hold of someone in office.

Unprofessional and unethical. This clinic staff does not value confidentiality of patient information, particularly in social media realms. I had to report this clinic for violating privacy laws.

Rockford Family Vet were awesome with Goose (our cat). He is pretty particular when it comes to strangers but didn't seem to mind being at Rockford Family Vet one bit. Very happy!

Extremely unhelpful! Poor customer service. Would not sign off on a script to purchase basic dog meds from another source, forcing us to pay ridiculously prices for equivalent meds sold by them.
