We picked up two beautiful black kitties today. The entire process was fantastic. Their foster mom was so amazing and I'm so happy they were in such good hands before we brought them home. We already adore them, and are so very grateful for this amazing shelter!

I just adopted Peter today a (senior cat) and the volunteers there are incredible people. Me and my mom really adore him and love him to death already! When I brought him home, I expected him to hide out but now he is laying on my bed and eating. He is eating and drinking, and feels right at home. Thank you for rescuing him from the Toledo Humane society from death row and finding his fur-ever home, I'm so blessed. I will always let people know about your shelter and I wish I knew about it sooner. God bless all of you! Thank you for all you've done for the cats!

Great place to get specialty item's for your ????,a little over priced but it gives back to the dog's.

You got Grego we were there to find out if they let Donations like old towles Dog Toys that general idea then this One guy came out said they did The parking is on the street in front The other entrences are blocked if not for the Volunteers only that we know yet they have Cats only inside tge Dogs needed twenty four hour some body in there with them

Wonderful experience. Great volunteers. The whole experiment was amazing. We didn't find our purrfect kitty but we will be back. The only minus is that the hours are strange but the work they do is amazing. You all do a fantastic job. Thank you for saving kitties.

I loved this place. Cats free to move all over. Some sitting and watching all the movement of the other cats and people in the room.

Amazing pet adoption center. Excellent staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and excited about pet adoption. They clearly love what they do and it shows. The animals are well taken care of and seem to be very happy. Be sure to put this on the top of your list when looking to adopt a cat or kitten!

People helping cats find furever homes.

What a great operation they have at Shelter to Home! The home is beautiful and kept so clean. They have the place well organized for cats with different social and physical needs. I highly recommend visiting if you are interested in fostering or adopting.

Well my children volunteered at this location,we're each given a t-shirt ages 6 and 8yrs old. And helped sort dog costumes.When I called to follow up on the application for a cat we acted to home, a lady stated rudely that my children did not volunteer .they would need to be 12yrs old and can't be left without parent.(I don't know any parent that would leave their kids with stangers) and must go to an orientaion.So glad they really appreciate and need the help NOT. Horrible poorly managed facitilty.

If you never been here to look for a forever friend then you have to go. Very clean environment, very relaxing too. All the staff are really nice. We found our forever buddy here and adore the heck out of him. We adopted Gus. What a baby he is, he knows he's going to be the king in our house. He love's the attention and we'll be spoiling him each and every day. So thrilled we finally went here, Gus was just what we were looking for. LB

I'm very happy with the new shelters for these lovely pets thay needed a place like this it makes them happier makes them feel less stressed or unwanted thank you the city of Winder for donating this house for shelter for the animals God bless him and keep it this way
