I took in 2 stray kittens, thinking I was doing the right thing… when I walked in I instantly felt like I was did something wrong, the staff was rude specifically the male who took the kittens. Hopefully I never find any other animal in need because I do not want to return to that place. So upsetting

I wanted a young male cat they had just what I was looking for, he is so beautiful a little shy but he will adjust in time. I am so happy with him ???? he's been neutered and up to date on his shots... Staff were extremely nice and friendly... I highly recommend this shelter.????????????

Adopted a pup there. Hes been doing wonderful since we picked him up. I wish they have a bigger yard that isnt concrete for the dogs to run around it and larger cages but we continually donate toys and treats for the animals there in hopes to improve their lives before getting adopted

I have found a dog over the weekend very friendly with children and adults she had a lot of Lovins well maintained nose commandments she was a mama and we found it with no collar in the champagne and Pelham area we brought her to the North line to the main society place we dropped off a bag of food for her but the people was kind of rushing us off real fast any and give us time to just walk her in the front or anything

Upon going to the Web Page, to adopt A Pet, & Filling out applications, for over 10 Chihuahuas & Pomeranians, & never get a Reply back, not even an email stating that They no longer have the pet, or You were Denied, makes you wonder, that maybe, There holding these Pets, & not selling them through there organization, & Selling Them there selfs to make profit, Could this be possible...From month to month The pet photos are the same, I' think it should be investigated..

Disappointed in their practice of highest bid to get a popular animal! Needs to change. I was there when a bid went over $1400!

Very dedicated people here along with volunteers

First time ever going to a shelter before. It was emotional walking in the door and seeing the dogs and cats. The dogs and cats you could plainly see are so anxious and just want to go home. The volunteers are very interactive with the dogs. Kennels are small????The play area in the back is very big and fenced in. There is even toys for them to you, and this is very heart felt....Don't over look a dog based off of what you see ie. Barking, looking nervous, breed type. These dogs just want to go to their forever home and to be loved.

I can't get any forms to fill. Such as an account or adoption request. I just want to know if the Shnauzer pictured is still available and if the white Maltese type dog brought in has found his owner? Thanks;Lori Burkmier

They have to take in strays from Taylor but always tell people they can’t.

Nice employees always helpful the animal selection is different just depends on what your looking for

Don’t understand why people leave negative reviews on this place. Got a great dog today she is an absolute lover. The staff were super friendly and went beyond what they had to do great people. The people complaining about “bidding” or “auctions” on dogs, that’s what happens when u have a bunch of people that want the same one. It is not a bad thing. Thank u guys so much.

My bestie adopted a dog from here and they were very helpful they stayed later for us we got there right before they stopped for the day and they all were very pleasant about having to hang around and let us check out the doggies i would tell my friends to go here for their animals for sure

They advertise dogs the same day dinner at the shelter and then when you got there they don't know what you're talkin about

Its weird we can take the animals out ourselves, but the animals seems good and healthy.

I volunteer here as much as possible. They are wonderful.
