I had a good experience at this Petsmart on Black Frday. One thing that I have only seen in this LFS in the US compared to any others outside US is that for bagging the fish, they have the air compressor, which is very common anywhere outside US. Kudos for getting this!! Sarah in the fish department helped me very well to get all my guppies.

they now have a bigger inventory of reptile live feeders. Dubai roaches, crickets, mealworms, super worms, and wax worms. very expensive but when in a bind it does the job.

Always super busy with one check out lane open. Always returning stuff because it's broken. Fish are always dying. Employees are super rude. Yet it's the only store for miles.

I go there for some of my pet supplies and grooming services. Lastest cashier up front was rude and totally unprofessional. Not only was she rude to me but the lady in front of me as well. Even the manager was unaccommodating to the customer ahead of me! Grooming services and associates I can't say enough nice things about. The associates on floor not so much!

This was my dogs first grooming appointment and I was completely satisfied! The groomer Julia did such a great job with my fur baby! I didn’t even know that he needed so much grooming until I came to pick him up and seen how much better he looked! I basically booked him the works since this was his first time and I wanted him to get everything done. He was so neatly trimmed and looked so handsome upon pick up! I wasn’t able to articulate exactly what look I was going for for him but somehow she still managed to make him look exactly as I would have wanted! She was very knowledgeable and suggested an alternative style for my pup because of the kind of fur that he has. Thanks Julia! Cant wait to bring my baby back!
