The name is Christa* and I've spoken with your staff multiple times. If you are going to lie at least do it properly.

I've never met the doctor here but the staff is highly unprofessional and should be given proper training on how to handle customers. Will certainly be taking my business elsewhere after speaking with Amy on the phone when I called in.

The staff is very kind loving and helpful. Drs are also very knowledgable with our fur babies needs.

In the many years that I have been receiving care for my animals, I have never had a more positive experience then I had with Dr. Greear and her team. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, ethical and kind. I would recommend this clinic a million times over. Her follow-up after services and her level of care is beyond any expectation I ever had. She treated my senior cat at a level I have never encountered. After a horrendous experience with another vet clinic that manhandled my girl and had ZERO empathy, flippantly giving a diagnosis of cancer without proper testing/knowledge, I wanted to cry with relief when I met her and she treated my cat. I have full faith in this office and truly am thankful for Dr. Greear and her entire staff (whose skill set is also beyond expectation!)

There's a very good reason this office win Best Of categories in every contest they are entered. Because everyone knows they're the best. There's a very good reason Dr. Greear is unable to take on more patients, she simply can't. Because she's the best and has more clients then there are hours in the day. There's a very good reason it might take a month to set an appointment to be seen. Because everyone wants to be seen by the best. And we wait our turn to be seen by the best as in any other profession. Dr Greear is in very high demand because there is no better veterinarian in the area. If you want the best, you must wait your turn and that's exactly what I consider my privilege to do. If you want to just walk in to a clinic and be seen within 5 minutes you'll need to find a vet that does not have many clients with low demand along with lowered standards. I say good luck with that because you're taking a gamble. Ill gladly wait.

Dr. Greear is the absolute best and I wouldn’t trust my four dogs with any other vet. I found Dr. Greear after three other vets disappointed us with serious misdiagnosis and continued errors by their staff. Dr. Greear and her staff handles our fearful, reactive dogs expertly. They are worth their weight in gold!

Taking care of this pack, all rescues with medical issues, is no joke. We have had impeccable care here from our Vet Dr. Greear and all her support staff!

Greear cares about how things appear and the accolades. Staff rude. Don’t care about anything but getting pats on the back in social media. If your dog or cat has a real problem but it’s not a public rescue story on the news, your pet is not important. If things go well, they are your friend. If not look out. Stay away.

My family’s experience with Dr. Greear and her staff was phenomenal. We met her during a very difficult and heart breaking time for our two beloved dogs. Dr. Greear is a truly gifted veterinarian. I’ve seen her perform miracles. My cat had been previously diagnosed with a kidney disease. She caught the misdiagnosis. She is the only vet that I will take my animals to. The whole staff is incredible and full of compassion for animals.

Been going to Woodhaven Animal Hospital for 3 years now and I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else. Dr Greear and staff are the best in the business. Highly recommend them to anyone. Dr.Greear has been my veterinarian as long as she's been a vet. I love her compassion, integrity and honesty. Her staff is great too. I always recommend her.

Dr Grear and her staff worked overtime and after hours helping a colony of feral cats that needed care after their caregiver passed away. She spayed/neutered, tested, treated and sheltered 21 cats total until they could be adopted or moved to a farm. It was a huge undertaking and they are all healthy and living their best lives.

Dr Greear and staff are top notch. I met Dr Greear at another Office where she worked on my dachshund doing acupuncture to get him to walk. She was a life saver when I was told by.another to put him down. I now have two more dogs that are patients of hers . You will not find another vet that has the compassion as she does. And I like the fact that if they need a vaccine the techs can do them and you don’t need to see the Dr. although I always make a point to try a get her attention and wave. Poked my head out and asked the desk what was going on thet replied this is their typical waiting time for appointments they have gotten to big to fast and they do not think about the stress the pets face sitting in the rooms that long will be looking for a new vet
