Please please stop taking you fur babies to this place.These people will take your money and run. They totally misdiagnosed my dog and gave her medication that made her worse. She is now gone because of them. Will not refund any money for the unused medication that we have. Did they even bother looking at the blood work or x rays that we paid for??? She was in kidney failure which the vet missed and now our Daisy is gone.

From my experience these people are awesome they were very thourough, and gentle, i had taken my cats here before and wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere else, they we're very freindly and willing to work with what you can afford at the time. I would recommend this place to anyone, and i will continue to bring her here, for all her medical needs, thanks alot for being there for my fur baby

I have been on the phone with several vet offices asking about pricing for my new pup and every place I called was happy to share this information with me, and give me an approximate price for all of her services, and to get her fixed. When I called Dougall Vet Hospital the lady on the phone said she was unable to help me, and wouldn't work with me, and share any information. Thanks but no thanks.

Definitely will recommend. It is so nice to finally find a veterinarian where everyone truly cares about me and my dog diesel. The vet was gentle and very patient. Staff is awesome. Thank you so much

We had a new situation with our pet and Dina was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. She provided us with plenty of information for treatment, recommendations for prevention, and product remedy pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet and ongoing care of their pet!

I have never been to a veterinarian this bad. I took my dog in and paid for a check up and he only listened to her heart , no checking ears, teeth, eye's or checking for fleas. Only concern was what vaccinations did I want to pay for. I would never go back.

Disgusting disregard for animals. Called to bring in my dog for an emergency the lady hung up on me then when I called back she claimed she never hung up on me and told me to go to another vet.

Dougall Avenue Veterinary Hospital is where people who love their pets need to take them. The care I have experienced for my 2 cats has been exceptional. But what truly sets them aside from other Veterinary Hospitals is the care and compassion they all have for the animals that come in for care. Dr. Khahra performed emergency surgery on my cat for blockage due to a build up of crystals in his urinary tract. If I would have waited much longer he would not have made it...He immediately prepped Milo and he was in surgery. At one point Dr. Khahra thought he was going to lose him but we were lucky.. Dr. Khahra's wife Bhupinder is so sweet and caring.. She understood the worry I was experiencing and made me feel so much better. Mikaele the Assistant always puts a smile on my face whenever I walk through the door. She was so kind and helpful during this unsure time. Dr. Khahra kept Milo for 2 days to make sure he was out of the woods. He went back to the hospital during the night to check on him and the other animals. And I can't tell you how much better that made me feel. My other cat Tiger developed a respiratory infection and of course passed this on to Milo so again Dr. Khahra nursed them to health. I truly feel that the care is the best but these are truly people that care about the animals and love what they do. I just see it the way they talk to the animals just like they are their babies. I cant say I have experienced this at any other Veterinary hospital in Windsor. With out a doublt this is the hospital if you want to be assured of quality care for your best furry friends.. Thank you Dr. Khahra, Bhupinder and Mikaele for the best care you always strive to give.

Brought my cat there for a couple yrs. Always waiting so long in the examination room. Had to have them give him a 'mild' relaxer. He was so highly drugged that I thought he had nerve and mental damage! He couldn't walk for several hours. Never ever going back to that place an no one would take responsibility. Monsters!

Best veterinary hospital I've ever been to! They are so kind and actually care about your pets, not just getting your money. I have been bringing my pets there for the last few years. Dr. Khahra has performed everything from routine vaccinations, sick visits, to surgeries on my pets. They are so accommodating and knowledgable. I highly reccomend them!

We have been going to Dr. Khahra and his wife for about 8 months. We brought our dog to him when we had to put him down they were so, nice and compationate! Now we have a rescue cat and a young doberman that we bring there. I trust his opinion and expertise. My husband and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else!
