Having been to a few vets in the surrounding area I was anxious to bring my pup in to yet another new location. Thankfully I made the right choice! Williamston Animal Clinic was great from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were kind, friendly, and compassionate and Dr Rebecca was really understanding with my incredibly anxious dog. The place was clean and my dog was treated with such patience and compassion and to top it all off, I didn't feel like the service was overpriced. I feel so positive about this place and will be bringing all my animals here!

I've gone to them a long time and they've always been great, but today dr Rebecca was short with me and hung up on me. I feel very disrespected that all of the money i have spent here and i cant get 5 minutes on the phone with the vet before being hung up on.

Dr. Harris and her staff were very professional and kind in tending to the needs of our dog. We had an emergency situation and did not have an appointment and they were willing to examine our dog regardless. Their assessment of his condition was spot on as he appears to be getting better. If you are looking for a veterinarian for your pet I would highly recommend this one or the Haslett Animal Hospital.

We usually go to the Haslett location but this was a great alternative for a quick last minute pre-vacation visit. Thank you for squeezing us in!

Dr. Rebecca is great with our cats. It's obvious that she truly cares! We drive almost 30 minutes to go here. My Pretty Princess was having some serious issues and she helped get her on the right meds. We thought we we're going to have to put an end to her suffering as her quality of life was rapidly deteriorating.

Love this vet clinic! They are always very caring and gentle with my little dogs, and are very knowledgeable about any illness. They are honest in their evaluation of what needs to be done and don't push extra tests if not needed. They make an extra effort to get you in and be seen promptly,

I have been going to the Williamston Animal Clinic, with my very medically tricky dog, for years now. I can't recommend Dr. Rebecca highly enough. She is truly in a class of her own.

Love the docs here and usually the front desk staff is fantastic - especially through the chaos of COVID. However, the last woman to answer the phone could have not been ruder and less kind. She knew nothing about my animal and then proceeded to repeatedly tell me what the emergency policy of the office was for no reason. She was confused several times during the conversation and seem to have little to no knowledge about dogs or basic animal health. She spoke over me several times, the last time to tell me that the doctor didn’t need me to tell her Information about an illness that my dog had when she was a puppy, because the doctor had treated my dog for the illness. Since we have been going to this vet only for a little over a year and my dog is 7 that would be difficult. When I asked if I could leave my doctors dog or the tech a note asking if I should bring my dog into (anywhere) to be seen immediately (not just there), she said no that she had everything she needed in the records and that they were very busy and then again she repeated the emergency policy to me, and it was clear at that point she wasn’t even listening. Very disappointing interaction for an already stressful event. ????

We were there to out our 20 year old cat down. They were very kind to us even though we had never been there before.

The staff at Williamston Animal Clinic have gone out of their way to make sure my pet is in good health. I can tell they love animals. They make decisions based on what is best for your individual pet. I highly recommend them. Also, if you have a bengal cat, this is the place to go to get quality care from people who know the breed well.

We thought our 8 month old puppy was dying and when we pulled up they said there was a 2 hour wait and here's a form we need filled out. Left and went to Michigan State 24 hour vet

They were great with my cat. He was very appreciative about and they tried giving him tests and catnip to make him. More comfortable but on this day he wasnt having it, so they did the best they could. Great place and great staff.

Staff was super nice. I filled out the online paperwork before anyone will come to get my dog. Then they came out, and asked the same questions that I just answered. They knew thia was an emergency, and this is sub par when it comes to efficiency. The wait times are crazy. I understand that they are busy, amd it is an emergency type of setting. I let them know what time I was going to come and pick up my dog. They wasted no time taking payment, but it took 45 minutes for them to being out my dog.

After having a bad experience with the first vet we took our dog to, Dr. Abby and everyone at the clinic made him and us very comfortable and he loved all of them. This will be our dogs new permanent vet, we were very pleased and they did a fantastic job with him!!

Our cat was injured a couple of weeks ago (possible coyote attack which he luckily escaped) and treated by our vet. Infection came back but our vet is temporarily closed due to employee testing positive for covid. Called Williamston Animal Clinic, explained the situation, and they got us in, squeezing us between customers. They kept apologizing for the wait. What did it matter? They didn't even have to see us! Our cat is now back on the mend. Highly recommend Williamston Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a new vet.

I love this place. Dr. Rebecca is awesome, she is very knowledgeable and if I call with a question she calls me back the same day and reassures me everything will be ok!

I positively LOVE Dr Hoogstraten! A more caring and professional Vet cannot be found in my opinion. The safety and security of my dog and the people around are obviously her top priorities. A good friend and his wife were exposed to Covid and he was subsequently hospitalized for a week as his wife recovered at home all because the people who work at another clinic said Covid was a hoax and refused to take precautions. Hats off to Williamston Animal Clinic for caring enough to put safety first!!

Have had okay experiences with dogs at this vet, but I scheduled an appointment for my cat weeks ago. I showed up today and was informed on the spot that they would be performing curbside service and I would have to let them take my cat inside, and I wouldn't be allowed in. I made an appointment under the impression that I would be able to be present with my pet. Instead of informing me before my appointment time, they told me when I got there. If I had known they were switching back to curbside service ahead of time, I wouldn't have even come. Maybe that's why they didnt call to tell me.

Last night we had to put our sweet 15 year old down. It was a last minute decision so our hearts were so broken and so lost while there. I regret not getting the vet tech name but she was amazing. She was so kind, patient, and talked so highly of our girl. She made her comfy and loved on her as if she was her own and I am so thankful for her. She made this hard choice as East as she could for us. My wife and I are so thankful for you and this clinic.
