We called upon Dr. Croom for her Last Wishes services for our 14 y/o Lab mix. Dr. Croom and her staff (Toni) were prompt and responsive to our request (weekend hours). Toni made the completing the necessary paperwork easy and seemless - she communicated our information quickly and accurately to Dr. Croom. Dr. Croom herself was fantastic - professional, caring, courteous and sensitive to our entire family and our needs. She clearly cares about pets and their owners and helping all through a very difficult time. Thank you, Dr. Croom for providing such services to families such as ours.

Dr. Croom is very compassionate. We are blessed to have her services available when it was time to say goodbye to our dog. Our experience was very personal because we were able to keep our dog home and not take her to a cold impersonal clinic.

We could not find anyone to come to our home to put our dog to sleep. He was 15, moving around poorly and painfully, and losing all control of bowel and bladder. We live pretty far out in the country, so between wanting to have him at home and our location, it was near impossible to find a willing vet. Dr. Croom came to our home and was so kind and respectful. She understood how hard it was for us and gave us just the right information, talking, and silent space. We would highly recommend her for any pet needs! Her professionalism and communication is unmatched.

I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Croom and her staff. I was not a client, but needed an at home euthanasia for my dog. It was simple to make the appointment online through her website. The staff sent excellent follow up communication to help me understand what to expect during my appointment. When she and her assistant arrived, they acted with professionalism, compassion, and empathy. They both went above and beyond in my eyes, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping my family in our time of need. I would absolutely refer her to anyone!

Awesome vet took great care of my dog

Dr. Croom provided wonderful care for our dog at the end of her life. Maisy had a brain tumor and we were unsure how long she would survive. Suddenly, on a Saturday, she stopped eating and drinking. By Sunday morning we could tell she could not wait until Monday to be put to rest. We reached out to Dr. Croom and she came to our house at noon, on her day off, with other plans, to help us out. We were so grateful for her putting our needs above her own plans, making a trip to our home and helping Maisy. So thankful!

I spent hours calling around to find a vet to get my dog in as soon as possible for breathing issues. We didn’t feel it was urgent enough to take to emergency hospital but knew she needed to be seen soon. I called Dr. Croom, she was able to let me know what she thinks might be going on and let us know that the treatment she was getting at a vet clinic we were going to was wrong. She gave solid advice and took time to seek out potential problems and ask symptoms. She didn’t have to do anything for me but she did and we are so grateful. Thankyou so much! It's taken me almost 8 weeks to write this review and my heart is still heavy with grief. When it came time to put our beloved Dinah dog to rest after 15 wonderful years, I knew doing it in the comfort of our home was the only way we could properly say goodbye. Dinah was so deserving of only the best. It was important for her little brother Finn to be there to comfort her and to help him understand what was happening. Dr. Croom's number was shared to me after multiple failed attempts of finding a vet to carry out our wishes. From the moment I spoke with her assistant on the phone to set up the appointment, I knew they were going to be easy and calming to work with during such a difficult time. I can't thank Dr. Croom enough for her compassion and empathy shown to us while saying goodbye to our furry family member. Her services were much appreciated and I'm so very thankful for her help in making such a dreadful day just a little easier for our family. She took care of all the arrangements and made it easier to concentrate on what was important. We loved the special gifts and personal touches Dr. Croom and her staff included with the services. Dr. Croom provided a last wishes euthanasia service for one of my dogs and I can't recommend her enough. She responded quickly, was available by text, answered all my questions, was flexible with scheduling and was kind and gentle with my dog and me as well.
