I appreciate the kindness of this company at the time of the death of my Miss Muffet. It is never an easy time to go through for anyone. Thank you for being there for Miss Muffet, and us, her family!

This place was truly a light in a dark place. My partner and I were referred here after losing our kitten and throughout the entire process the woman who helped us was absolutely amazing. She was to the point, but still patient and sympathetic. I appreciated her kindness and was so impressed with how she didn't try to push any sales on us, she was simply focused on making us happy with a way to remember out girl. She had even offered to deliver once ready to avoid waiting over the holiday weekend. Overall I was so impressed and grateful for the staff and their kindness. I would trust them with anyone's loved ones.

The team over at Rainbow Bridge are amazing. They were kind and compassionate while I struggled to make arrangements after losing our fur baby. Directions can be slightly confusing but do not hesitate to call, they are awesome. Babygurl came home to us in a beautiful urn and a wonderfully done cast paw print. Would never hope to have to recommend a pet crematory but if I had to it would be Rainbow Bridge!

No one plans to lose their Fur Babies,but glad this place exist. We lost our lil Lulu this past weekend ( she was almost 17 ). We called Monday first thing and they got her in that morning. I picked her up this afternoon. They did a beautiful job on her paw print and the little box of her ashes. The staff seemed caring and compassionate especially when we dropped our lil girl off. I hope no one needs this companies service anytime soon,but when the time comes. Please seek this little tiny company out. We so appreciate their service and compassion.

My beloved fur baby, Stella got really sick out of the blue and made a hasty trip over the Rainbow Bridge. I was unprepared and completely devastated. (Still heartbroken now). Thankfully, the hospital I took Stella to informed me of rainbow bridge pet crematory and that they would take good care of my kitty. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were able to facilitate my last minute request for a paw print. Stella is home now at rest in her urn in her favorite window. If it weren’t for the kindness and care of rainbow bridge pet crematory, I would be a wreck right now. I am so so thankful for this business and their team.

Dr. Brown was so kind and let me have her service in our home when my precious Maya couldn't hold down food anymore from several illnesses. The doctor explained everything before it happened and she respected the special bond Maya and I shared. I am so grateful for the clay paw print with Maya's name and paw - it looks like an angel with a heart for a head when upside down.

Surprisingly when we took our "pound puppy" to MSU's clinic we found he was full of cancer. Rather that put him through chemo we let him go. Curt at Rainbow Bridge did an excellent and caring job of handling his remains and returning them to us in a nice wood box. His follow-up was outstanding and his caring was evident throughout.

It is very difficult and painful to say goodbye to a pet. I am extremely greatful for the prompt service they provided. I received my Levi back in a beautiful wooden box, with a nice poem and a note to our family. The clay pawprint was perfect ❤ I pray I wont need their services anytime soon, but would use them again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend. Thank you Kurt & Staff.

After losing my cat Squirt I wasn't sure what to do as i lost one in March and ended up burying him at a family members home. Squirt was extremely special to me in so many ways as she had helped me through some rough times in my life. After having to make the decision to put her down due to her lungs being full of fluid vet suspected heart disease or cancer and not wanting her to suffer i had MSU humanely euthanize her. I found a brochure to Rainbow Bridge while saying goodbye at MSU. I called them the next day. Curt was wonderful. He arranged for her to be picked up and took care of everything got her remains back today and was very impressed. A nice walnut box along with a letter and a nice little poem. Thank you Curt and staff at rainbow bridge i will definitely be referring people to you and will keep you in mind.

I wanna thank rainbow Bridge for picking up Dakota from MSU pet hospital as he passed away while he was there, as I am 4 hours north from there . They sent him home to me in a beautiful flower engraved box. Thank you again ????

If you want a personal experience with a company that truly cares for your families or your loss, seek out Rainbow bridge. They treat you like family. The owners are a class act and will go to many lengths to accommodate your needs and wants. I would recommend them 100%. Great loving people. They provide an awesome service to those that truly love there pets. Huge thanks to the owners and those that helped us through our loses. Lost two pets in a 3 week period and both experiences put me more at ease. When I received there remains in such a beautiful manner it made me feel more at peace. Hope this helps someone looking for closure.

Rainbow Bridge was professional, helpful, and communicated very clearly with us regarding what to expect as far as the timeline for receiving our pet's remains. Their presentation of our pet's remains was beautiful. I would definitely recommend their services.

From the first phone call to the final pick up Kurt was amazing. I could tell from the tone of his voice that Lily was in good hands with someone who truly cared about providing us with the best. He was empathetic and first thing apologized for our loss. He spoke with the respect and compassion that one receives at a human funeral home, so she was truly treated as a family member. The price was much less than I had anticipated and the work was phenomenal. From the absolutely beautiful wooden urn to the clay paw prints, I am beyond happy with everything! He even called while he was doing the paw prints to ensure that he had the spelling of her name correct. I would absolutely recommend Rainbow Bridge to anyone who has lost their pet. Rainbow Bridge was an excellent choice for us during such a horrific time. They worked closely with MSU Vet clinic and were very informative and thoughtful during this process. Truly grateful for their services, kindness and understanding.

They were in a nice wooden box. I'm satisfied and will use this company again when necessary...hopefully a long time from now.
