We love the staff. Most of the time our animals see Dr. Kuk. They love her. I appreciate that you can talk to her, if needed, because this office is incredibly busy every day. I know that our animals are getting the best care possible. Thank you.

I really hoped that someone would've reached out to me after two private reviews were sent to them. But now it's clear that nobody is going to take the time to respond. With that being said, here is a review of my last two appointments at Animal Care Clinic North. This past appointment went well, except for the fact the vet wasn't very receptive to us pointing out that the dental issues our babies have, were not verbally communicated to us at their LAST appointment. It was documented in their charts, but it wasn't communicated to us, nor was a treatment plan/quote ever given to us. It was not on our receipt for the services we received at the last appointment as well. I can provide that if necessary. We were never informed of any dental issues at the last appointment. THIS appointment, that plan was immediately offered to us. I'm struggling to understand why it wasn't last year? Our babies had dental disease for a year, and we surely would have treated it, if we had known. Now, they need to have teeth extracted. We literally feel like bad parents. Those little babies mean the world to us and we failed them. On top of that oversight at the last appointment, my wife also informed the vet that one of the babies has a history of allergic reactions to their shots. It was also documented in the chart Animal Care Clinic North received from their previous vet. The vet assured us that "these shots" wouldn't have that effect on them. Shortly after we got home from the appointment, our baby started scratching and swelling over his entire body. We had to rush him back for a steroid shot. A shot that SHOULD have been administered prior to any shots. Attached is a photo of the trauma unnecessarily inflicted upon our baby. We have decided against letting Animal Care Clinic treat our babies dental issues, because the potential for something catastrophic to occur is in our minds. We base this on the inconsistency of the processes we've seen from their last appointment to this one. Can someone please help me understand why these simple processes failed at their last appointment? Edited after Animal Care Clinic responded: They essentially called us liars about informing them of our baby having a history of allergic reactions. IT WAS IN THEIR CHART FROM THE PREVIOUS VET!!! It was also verbally communicated, as specified in my original review. Watch out people, this place is a shady operation, willing to LIE to protect themselves.

Absolutely love the doctors & staff~they are very kind to my dogs & are so knowledgeable. I really would not want to take them anywhere else.

Clean and neat, friendly staff.

My puppy got into some stuff that’s highly toxic. I didn’t have the money to hospitalize him, but Dr. Kuk figured out a plan to save him amd she worked tirelessly. My precious puppy is alive and healthy thanks to her and the amazing staff!

I have been to the Vet office twice and to two different Vets in the practice and I love this place!!! Their vaccination prices are competitive with other pet stores and even the front desk is kind and efficient....even at closing time. Kudos!!!!

Everyone at Animal Care Clinic North, from the front desk employees to the doctors, are wonderful with my scaredy cat of a pit bull, Gracie. It's a great feeling knowing they love seeing her come in. It makes me feel that they are taking good care of her because they are not afraid of her. Pit Bulls can be a little intimidating. I believe their prices are very fair and one time we had an emergency with our beloved kitty, Butters. Even though they were booked, it was a Saturday, they worked us in to take care of him. You can't go wrong bringing your 4-legged family member here.

Outstanding care. Everyone is an animal advocate. Excellent staff.

The staff is always professional and friendly! They are also very compassionate when they need to be. They treat our "babies" as if they were there own. Their doctors are top notch! I have been going there since the late 80's. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always treat my pets like their own! Dr. Herb is always so gentle and friendly with my dog who tends to be very nervous around strangers!

Wonder compassionate care given at a time my sick cat needed treatment! Very happy to call Animal Care Clinic North my vet!

I love Dr Havens! She is so sweet and listens to all of my concerns. One of my cats is super anxious at the vet and she makes accommodations for him to feel as safe as possible.

Love the staff. They make you feel like your pet is special to them. My dogs all love them. Great prices. Scheduling availability is awesome.

Dr Koch is very kind, caring and she explains everything and answers our questions!! She has a great sense of humor!! We love bringing Ziggy in to see her!!

I recommend this clinic to everyone -- Dr Ellis always takes exceptional care of my fur babies, listens to concerns, and provides thorough info. Traveling is more enjoyable for all of us when their anxiety is low. :) Thanks for everything!

Love the layout they have cat's and dog's separate. Staff's very friendly. They call and text when questions come up. I had taken in a neighbors dog due getting hit by car a 18 months ago. They call to check on my neighbors pet. How Awesome is that

Although I didn't get great news about my dog's condition. The vet was very helpful and explained everything. Answered every question and concern I had. Very loving and caring with my dog. But most importantly let me know what signs to look for to know when it's time to let my girl go so she doesn't suffer .

I have taken all my pets to ACCN and they have been absolutely wonderful. They have taken great care of our pets and were kind and heartfelt when the time came to assist them in passing. I will always bring my pets to them.

Everyone is frendly. Very helpful qnd straight forward no grey area when it comes to possible pet problems. Will deffinatly be my regular vet

I can't express enough how personable the DR. and staff were. Ya need some patience on the phone...they are busy, but on it.

I had a sick cat and they fit me into their busy schedule even though they could not help my cat we had to put him down but they were so compassionate and understanding my cat had kidney failure and there was nothing they could do to save him the staff is awesome the doctors are awesome the atmosphere is great everything about this place it's great thank you so much for all you do
