Love this office, staff is amazing, they were so great with my dog. Doctor even remembered my girl from her last visit! Definitely recommend them.

Had to put my 14 year old cat to sleep. They are always kind. The prices are more than fair. I have been coming here for years. My dad and brother and friend are also patrons with their animals.

I recently switched to Westland Veterinary Hospital for my dog Lenny mainly because of location and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff is incredibly kind and Lenny was treated SO wonderfully! Thank you for all you do there! You all are amazing!

I think that this place is over priced. I could of bought a motorcycle for the money I paid because my pet wasn't feeling well. But, because they know my pet well so I stick with them. Untill the last appointment I had with them and I was 20 minutes late. They wanted me to reschedule. I think that was not right because my pet was sick and I had to take off work to get there. Re schedueling wasn't an option for me due to work schedule. My pet was fine few days later on it's own.

All of the above. Going to a new vet with beloved pet is always nervous for you and the dog but Annie settled in and the staff was top notch and professional. Annie has her surgery scheduled and why I'm always nervous about this I know she is in good hands. Before leaving after the exam I had the confirmation of the diagnosis and what the surgery will entail.

They where very kind to my wife and myself and my loyal companion Gunny at the difficult time of him leaving us forever.

Best prices and nicest staff in town! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pets! Megan is very helpful along with all the women at the front desk! Doctor always helps me out with everything I need!

I’m not sure who the Karen I spoke to was on the phone but she was very rude, not friendly AT ALL, and thought she hung up but didn’t so I could hear her making fun of me after and laughing at me to her other coworker. At least get a receptionist who cares about owners and their pets it’s not that hard.

The dr there is very sweet and the office manager is very caring as well. Highly recommend.

I stayed in my car but Dr Pratt did an annual exam on my nearly 23yr old Sun Conure, clipped her wings & nails. She's great !

Experience with a vet office is important when you are getting shots for your animal, we had an appointment at 9:30 and waiting 20 minutes outside their door because they told us to go outside... for them to tell us to call before our appointment, we did not know this because the last woman that we talked to told us we can just come inside but we have to have a mask, which wasn't an issue but they were having pets an owners just walking right inside while we were standing outside mind you we had the appointment scheduled and they even called us to remind us, if we would have known or there was actually communication we would have called before. But instead got asked to wait outside and we were just standing there watching people go inside. We didn't know because there was no communication, you can't expect people to know everything you have to communicate you have a job where you have to do things on time.

Take care of my pup everytime with reasonable prices.

Called them when my dog was having issues and they got me in the same day, gave him his updated rabies shot and got him all fixed up, they’re awesome and my dog loves them too :)

I brought my kitten in for an ear infection and upper respiratory infection and Dr. Letteer and nurse Dawn were so wonderful!! Dawn did such a fantastic job cleaning out my kittens ears, she was very gentle and I don’t think he minded a bit! And Dr Letteer gave me so much good information! I am very pleased with this office!

I've taken my cat here a couple times over the last year and I'm always happy with the service. Everyone is always very nice, and there's never a long wait. When my cat was injured, they were able to get her in within a couple days and she healed perfectly (other vets were booked out for several weeks). Recently, we got her vaccinated and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this vet!

They called me a day before to change my appointment time by 20 minutes, then told me I had to reschedule because the doctor was too busy when I showed up. If they can’t schedule properly I wouldn’t trust them to take care of my animals properly either. I’d recommend finding another vet.

I took my 15 year old cat to the clinic because I suspected she had some health issues that were causing her lack of appetite and foul smell around her face. The attendant vet assistant took their time to listen to my concerns and convey the information to the vet . I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t remember the names of either but I do remember clearly their diligence and empathy in treating my cat. It turns out Lilly ( cat) had a severe ear infection and was also dehydrated. Lilly had some blood tests which I got the results a few days later. The vet called me to review the test results and advise me as to how to continue treating Lilly. He also said that Lilly was indeed showing signs of old age and not to be surprised if she didn’t eat much. He recommended which foods to try to entice her to eat . I felt I got as personal , one to one treatment as if I had taken my newborn to the pediatrician. So indeed I feel very satisfied with the ‘ bedside manners’ of all the staff in the Westland Vet Hospital. My cat is on her last days since she has stopped eating but I was informed by the doctor that in spite of apparent good health , cats as well as dogs do have a short lifespan. All I can do now is make Lilly comfortable. I also know if it comes to putting her to sleep, I will get supportive attention at WVH. So yes, I am very satisfied with the attention my pet got at the hospital.

Very friendly and easy to navigate their phone system to get help

Always kind and professional. My clarabella doesn't shake like she does at the groomer. She knows she's in good hands. She even got a peanut butter lollipop after giving blood and getting her shots. Westland veterinarian is our favorite to keep our girl healthy.

I had the unfortunate circumstance to have my 15 year old dog euthanized. The staff and Dr./Vet were so compassionate towards me and my dog Zoe. They offered a service to get my dogs paw print put into a clay piece. It is beautiful. Thank y'all again for helping me through my grieving and the follow up phine call to check on me. Thank you so much!!!

First visit went very well. Had a wellness checkup in preparation for regular sedated grooming..It's not that We were unhappy at our former Veterinarian, he simply didn't offer grooming,, sedated or otherwise, In the office & already tried going to a few local grooming salons with unsuccessful results. Researched this office prior to making an appointment & could only find positive reviews online. Now I see why..They follow a Fear Free environment philosophy.The Staff is very kind to both Patients & Pet Parents, As is The Doctor. He is also very knowledgeable & its obvious he chose this profession because he loves helping animals live their best lives. I trust My animals' instincts. Good or Bad.Usually going to a Veterinarian appointment is stressful on both of Us. Not this time.My Kitty has never allowed an exam without having to be restrained or held down by the Vet Techs. Wasn't necessary here. She didn't hiss or growl towards anyone in this office, Not in the exam room or while at the desk while I was paying.(a 1st..EVER!) Not even a flinch, let alone a growl,hiss or snap when she got an injection (another 1st!) She never even noticed she was getting a shot. She was too distracted by The Doctor & Vet Tech petting her simultaneously. Pleasantly surprised how affordable her visit was. Confidently happy that I've made the decision to officially switch Veterinarians & are now officially permanent Patients here!
