We have taken all three of our dogs to Strong Veterinary. All of the doctors we've worked with over the years have been excellent, and the staff are exemplary. I highly recommend them.

This place was taken over by a corporate conglomerate called Mission Veterinary Partners, and it shows. The old staff members, who were amazing, have been replaced by an unprofessional, unfriendly, corporate trained drones. You are a number. The doctors push for unnecessary testing at an astronomical rate. They will tell you pricing is competitive...but that's skewed when these corps have monopolized the industry. Again, you are a number. I'm typing this with a dying dog in my arms, zero answers, and an empty bank account. This is NOT the same office established by Dr. McClure all those years ago. I'm devastated by this. The change has been recent and drastic. Find a good vet, and make sure the practice is owned by the Vet...not a practice that owns your vet.

The individuals at Strong Veterinary Hospital are amazing. From the receptionists , to the vet techs and the veterinarian there was nothing but professionalism. The staff is extremely efficient. I recently had my Golden Retriever in to see Dr. Duff for his annual physical. She is so gentle and loving with my Vladi. He loves her. He got all of his vaccinations and the next day she called with the results of his bloodwork. What a great team.

Kind of a long wait. Staff was friendly thorough, patient and helpful. This was our first visit but we will keep going back.

Five stars because the staff and doctors are wonderful and kind and thorough. Too expensive for me though and sadly I have to change offices. I wish them all the best.

My parents used to take my very 1st dog to this vet back when i was only 3 or 4 years old. My 1st dog died when i was 14 years old. I am now 51. I recently took my kitty to Strong and when my appointment was set up, they said we have a appointment on this day at this time with your Dog Princess. I was floored! My dog was in their computer systems. Why this is so amazing? My dog passed 15 years before any computers were used by buisinesses or people. They were non existant! So for my dogs info to be in the computer system, just shows that this Privately owned vet does things by the numbers consistantly! After taking my kitty, I was absolutly satisfied with their Services from A to Z! So their methodolgy for treating animals is no different than their meticulous attitude in making sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed! 5 Stars all the way! You cannot put a price on peace of mind on your animals medical needs anywhere.... except Strong Vetenarian! I can totally attest to that! Thanks for being such a great Veternarian Facility!

I don't like that the place does not have electronic documentation, i.e. Email a copy of the animals vaccination history. It would make having records on file much easier

This is my *local* vet favorite! Family and friends point to this place for cats and dogs for years. I completely trust them with my dogs. Staff and doctors are professional, caring, and they treat you like family. I have called them with concerns over the phone. They are understanding, empathetic, and direct you with best advise. You are definitely in good hands ❤️ Btw there is a pet supply store next door, called Chap's feed store. Stop in and get your dog a treat for being good :)

A little pricey but it was his first check up with them and he is elderly so they checked everything. Other than the cost They are the best I've been to so far. I will definitely continue to go here.

I have a mother that has Alzheimer's and Dementia and I have no choice but to bring her with me into the room so she's not left alone and they refused because of covid-19 with masks and they will not let me bring her into the room we have two dogs one is hers one is mine I'm changing vets

Wow! I am impressed! I had only been to Strong vet a few times as I had older indoor low maintenance cats, but recently we adopted a 10month old puppy. At our first appoint Dr Duff was so kind, patient, and she answered ALL my questions. Recently we had a mini emergency with our puppy and the vet was honestly slammed, the parking lot was full and I could tell they didn’t have time for me! But I was wrong, they did everything they could to help me through the issues with my dog, including taking my dog in for her weight (without an appt) for some Meds she needed. The tech came out to my car & spent a moment easing my mind. In the midst of their super busy morning they made sure that I felt like my dog & my concerns were valid and we had a basic plan for care. Then Dr Duff called me the next day & we were able to come up with a concrete plan with how to move forward. Again she patiently listened to my concerns, and helped ease my mind and we determined the best next steps. So thankful for Strong Vet and their entire kind, patient, professional team!

Front desk is terrible. They do not ask questions at all. Liked the Doctor when I was there but will not go back due to front desk and lack of communication on the staffs part.

They really care! Lilly, our little 7 month old short hair kitten, was sick. I had her into the emergency vet last week and symptoms were back. I called today to make an appointment for maybe tomorrow or the next day. Well, when I called and spoke to Wendy (I really hope I remembered her name correctly) she told me that even though they were really busy, she didn't want to wait. They squeezed us in right away. As soon as we got there, she got us set up in a room and in no time at all, we had assistants coming in to check on Lilly. Within 15 minutes they had x-rays and bloodwork started. The vet came in and updated us on the process and what they had already found. I told him that I was a little tight on money until payday. He looked at me like I was crazy. He told me that the most important thing was Lilly and we would figure all that out later. Seriously! Who runs a business, but cares more about their patients? I'm man enough to admit that I I chocked up a little. He came back in shortly later with the diagnosis and some medication. I thanked him and he told me to keep in touch. Wendy came back in for payment, and it was a fraction of what I expected! I asked her if that was correct. She just smiled and said yes. After paying emergency room rates, I wasn't expecting VERY reasonable pricing. If you love your pets like my family does, I recommend Strong whole heartedly! They have a me and my family as life long patients.

If you have an animal (dog cats) or any critter, this the place to take them for help. Tphis is by far the best veterinary office I have ever been to in my life. Great staff, fantastic doctors!!!
