Super sweet staff. The doc is no nonsense, which is totally fabulous!! My baby has a great future with this Vet handling her health care!

Very poorly managed Vet. The place is disgusting. Yet you aren't allowed to go in with your pet unless your vaxxed..... Find a respectable vet that doesn't discriminate.

It's ridiculous that you can't have your beloved fur baby Euthanized here if you don't have your COVID VAX not can you be with them at that time!! Some ppl can't get this vax or had a reaction to first dose. I'll say this very discriminating

Dr. Singh is such a caring man who truly loves animals and is very knowledgeable. A rare gem in today's world built on old fashion kindness. You won't find a better vet. Over the past 20 years the number of times Dr Singh has helped my animals and truly cared is immeasurable. Great staff too. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly and supportive staff and doctor. Very reasonable costs, and great support. I needed a letter to get all info required for an international flight with my puppy and they provided all quickly, friendly and without any cost.

Hands down, the best Veterinarian Clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Singh, and his entire staff, are exceptional. His experience, knowledge, and bedside manner, are unlike any other Vet I have ever known. The staff are always so kind and extreamly helpful. Myself, and my animals, are extremely fortunate and grateful for everything they do!

I have been going here for 20 yrs. Hes understanding, knowledge, honest, compassionate etc. Remember staff comes and goes so do not judge by this. Trust me i would absolutely not go anywhere else. I trust him and he's always been there for me in 20 yrs.

ZERO STARS****If you love your pet as I do mine you will NOT take your pet (family member) here!!! This was my vet for over 20 years with numerous dogs that I have owned for their entire lives. In Jan 2021 my 5 year old Mini Dachshund was diagnosed with with an ear infection. Simple enough (you would think). after 6 weeks my baby declined tremendously, showing signs of weakness, no strength, his balance was off and he was not eating. I had to syringe feed him. Dr. Singh then took x-rays and told me that he had a bulging disc and what he would think is signs of bone deterioration. He gave me pain medicine and muscle relaxers for him. He then told me that I need to take him to a specialist for an MRI (over $1,000). I had no option but to consider putting my baby down and cried for several days over this. I then starting to do research on what else it could be and all of his symptoms pointed to a deeper inner ear infection (due to ear infection in Jan). It is now March and I suggested to him that I think it could be the inner ear. He then gave me the lowest dosage of antibiotics for 7 days and said that he was not treating him for an inner ear infection that he was treating him for bone deterioration. At that point I was furious and changed my vet to Cherry Hill Animal Clinic on Newburgh Rd in Westland and explained my situation to them. They spoke to a specialist and gave my baby the strongest antibiotics and steroids for 6 more weeks and my baby has made a complete recovery!!! I waited to write this review because it was a long process and due to the Dr's misdiagnosis my baby took so much longer to recover. He is at 100% now. He is back to playing and running around. He eats and drinks on his own and no longer has to take any medication. If I would have entrusted the Dr's "professional" opinion my baby would no longer be with me. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!

Definitely competent and friendly. The prices are a little higher than other places I've gone. Personally, I'm willing to pay for quality care for my pets though.

Pretty busy but the girls are doing the best they can. Always good service with the current staff.

Caring staff and the docs aren't trying to squeeze you for every penny but also don't make you feel cheap for not taking out a loan for your cat.

I have been going here a few years now and have never had an issue. After how I was treated on the phone today, I won’t be going back. I called this morning and the receptionist was all cheerful when she answered the phone. I asked if they had any appointments open up due to cancellations. Her cheerfulness disappeared and she rudely said no and hung up on me. I run a business that takes appointments and we are booked out weeks. People call 100’s of times a day to see if we have openings. I would never treat them that way.

Have known Dr. Sign for 30 yrs. A great vet but some of his staff are extremely rude AF I only gave them 3 stars because of the staff not very friendly at all and I only hope that Dr. Sign reads this pls.put ur staff in check sick of the rudeness

As always, very pleased with the care my dog received. Staff are very professional and caring. Have been taking my dogs to Dr. Singh forever (and that's a long time)! Dr. Singh is the best veterinarian I know and the only one I completely trust. Highly recommend Ace Animal Clinic.❤

Not the cleanest place but the best prices and the most experienced and nicest vet around Wayne County hands down
