The very best vet experience ever. Leo loved being in his own space. It is very comparably priced.

Only spoke via telephone. Never did use them but will in the future.

It was great. The doctor came to the house to check out my impossible cat who I can't get in a carrier. He also gave shots, microchipped & took a blood sample while the cat was screaming & fighting. Very nice doctor & very competent. Very stubborn, naughty cat.

Only cares for money! Very greedy, charged high amount for unnecessary items several times when took care of pet for a short time! Wrongfully interpreted biopsy result to a medical professional and insisted that if didn't do surgery right away, my dog will die from a benign tumor! How rude and inhuman to say to a pet parent for money! Had to change the vet after that...

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Switch and her staff… My pets are my world!! When i had to put my beloved cat, Cotton Ball down, Dr. Switch and assistant (chrissy?) came to my house and made the euthanasia as comfortable as it could be. They watched me cry, ask the heavens why me and allowed me more time with him when I wasn’t quite ready to let go. Dr. Switch will always be my vet until she retires or fires me (kidding) If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian, look no further. Thank you for everything. My dog is a new patient of Dr. Switch. Andrea is compassionate and her empathy for animals is apparent. She drove all of the way to my house in Lincoln Park to see my dog and took care of my dog's MANY issues. She took her time and was very thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns and my dog was properly diagnosed. I couldn't find a good vet around my house so I had to find one way out in West Bloomfield. I am more than pleased and so is my dog. Thank you Dr. Switch. I know Baby was a ton of a work and you actually took the time to help her.

We had dr.switch out to do a check on our older dog. We had her out simply to see if there was anything that would help knowing his past history. She barely did a exam on him and just did not have a overall compassionate feeling from her to our elderly dog. I’m not one to ever write reviews but it’s been top of my mind now watching our older dog having seizures and now has to be put down tomorrow due to medication she gave him. He’s never once had a seizure in the 17 years we have had him. She pushed expensive medications that I should have known to research first.

Dr. Switch along with one of her awesome techs., Candice made a house call for our sick fur baby! Dr. Switch provided excellent service and she was very caring!!! I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and their mobile set up!! They had everything you could imagine with them!! Also, the prices are very reasonable!! I wish I had discovered her years ago!

An angel!!!! I was VERY protective over my “timid” cat. I babied him. I had Dr. Andrea come to my house for a “vet call”. She was so understanding and kind about all of my concerns and eased my anxiety about having my little baby (cat) examined. More importantly she knew what she was doing. Very smart and intuitive. When I had to drive to her for a surgery my cat needed, I didn’t even question having her do it despite a long drive that I knew my cat would hate. She cared for my kitty all the way up to the end Of his life, when I was SO fortunate to have Dr. Andrea come to my house to help send my sweet cat (Doogie) to heaven. I will ALWAYS be so thankful for the way she and her staff treated Doogie and I. Go see her!

Dr. Switch was very thorough! My poor cat was suffering with what I thought was a tumor, and was relieved it turned out to be a big, horrid tick. She took care of it promptly, and advised me on my cats health and flea infestation. No more fleas after follow up. Will continue with her service. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Switch! We have been with her for about 3 years now. Most recently our 9 year old dog Mazel was peeing blood for 2 weeks. We tried a couple different antibiotics but nothing was working. We all assumed the worst and took her in for X-rays planning on finding some kind of mass. Dr. Switch called shortly after drop off to tell us that it was a bladder stone and that she could easily fix it! We were relieved!!!!!!! Totally thought Mazel was going to be coming home to be put down. She is home with us now alive and well!!!! Thank you Dr switch.

The staff and Dr Switch are very nice. Her diagnosis, ultimately was correct. My only concern was, I felt she pressured me into putting my cat Down before doing any tests. My cat didn't get any bloodwork done until AFTER she suggested I put him down and I wasn't ready. There were no X rays suggested. Her main concern was to euthanize my cat. It wasn't until I said I was going to another vet for X rays that she was going to do that. When she did the bloodwork she called the next day and said their was no cancer. "His blood was blood". Then the story was cancer wouldn't show up in bloodwork, then she said maybe what she felt was poop in his lower abdomin. I have since taken my cat to another vet. I'm very happy with this new vet. They did X rays, urin and blood work up. Yes! Dr Switch had the correct diagnosis, a mass is present in my cat. The difference is, my cat is on hospice care and I'm not being pressured to put him down. My cat is on liquid pain meds, (she gave him pills) I no longer will use her services as no pet parent should be FORCED /PRESSURED to euthanize their fur baby. The new vet I go to feels I will know when the time is right and my fur baby will let me know too.

We highly recommend Dr. Andrea Switch. We were in need of a home vet as it was too much for our older dogs to visit our vet's office. Dr. Switch and her assistant Alyson, came into our home like angels. They were kind and compassionate and most importantly made such a difference in the quality of our dog's lives. Dr. Switch personally called to follow up on their progress. Our dogs are doing so much better and honestly never had such great care. Truly thankful we found Dr. Switch.

We take both of our dogs here. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

After what I've read, I'm disgusted with how the "doctor" lacks empathy on the hardest day off someone's life when it comes to their pet. Shame on you. Disgusting.

Dr Switch is amazing and recommend her to everyone! My cat did not handle veterinary offices very well and was very sick. I was stressing how I was going to take him in to be seen. I found Dr. Switch and she came right over the same day. She is very gentle, loving and passionate with her patients and their owners. Unfortunately my cat had to be put down and with it not being an easy thing to do I wouldn't have been able to handle it without Dr. Switch.
