Oh my God I can only say that they are a blessing..the doctor was so kind and attentive to myself and crmy dog I thought for sure I was going to have to put her down and she said no she just needs help with her hips and the pain etc. and she enlightened me with a lot of information. And then to top it off I was thinking it was going to be a couple hundred dollars and it was under 100 I was blown away and so blessed being that it’s Christmas time and money has been so extremely tight with me because I’m on disability and you always wanna take care of your animals. They are most definitely true pet lovers. They’re not out there to rake you through the coals…

OMG - These 2 came in and were the NICEST, take charge people I have EVER met.... Our cat, Spice was under the bed - no problem - let's get her out - oh, she ran into the basement, away she went. Turned our kitchen into an exam room and the terrorized howls turned more mellow within moments. I will call them, go there from NOW ON! If I coud just remember their names!!!! You HAVE to call - ????????????????????????????????????????

So kind and caring. Called on weekend to check our dogs. So glad we found a new vet. We didn't even know they were there.

Hands-down the most compassionate and caring that you could ever possibly find! 100% perfect service and I will use her for Life absolutely! Caring as they get! We had to put our cat of 18 years down today (saddest day ever for us) and Melissa could not have don't anything better or more caring! ????

I certainly don't want to hurt her five star rating. For years, I have heard about Dr. Schultz's caring attitude, reasonable prices and love of animals. In fact, I've heard this not only from friends of mine whose animals she has treated but I've also heard it from at least 5-6 people, including my son, who went to high school with her. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in having Dr. Schultz treat my cats (previously 2, now 1). It seems every time I try to book an appointment, availability was too far off, she stopped home visits due to Covid another time I called and today she's not accepting new patients. I don't question anything I've heard about her but when any vet professes to love animals so much, why would he/she refuse to take another one on? I am also a lover of ALL animals and I could never turn my back on any animal if I could help in some way. It is my poor 15 year old cat, Alex who is affected by this decision. Eleven months ago I went through extreme trauma having to have Alex's brother/littermate, Riley, euthanized. I am still extremely distraught over this and can't seem to get past it. Unfortunately Alex is terrified of the cat carrier and/or going anywhere outside my door. I have been unwilling to put him through this trauma for several years. Being 15 years old brings with it issues that now can't be ignored. I won't go through them there. I was lucky I was able to have my very favorite and loving vet (up to that time) come into my home to euthanize Riley. However, although she was kind enough to help me, for some reason she was not willing to come to see Alex. I am fully vaccinated as I'm positive she and her colleagues are. One more decision by someone who is supposed to love animals that only hurt my precious Alex. I have to say I am frustrated and more than a little annoyed with Dr. Schultz's office. I have never heard a negative word about her but can't seem to get her to see my animal. I live 4 miles from her office. I immediately asked the receptionist is Dr. Schultz was taking new patients and until I went into a lengthy explanation about Alex, and the other line was ringing, did she interrupt me to say "she's not taking any new patients". I can only hope that something or someone so loved and precious to Dr. Schultz is never affected by an automatic unthought about answer, when the answer would cause no harm if it went the opposite way. Of course, I would never do something to alter Dr. Schultz's perfect rating. She obviously deserves it and all the accolades that I've read and heard about. I only wish I could have had the opportunity to see them for myself. And I'm sure Alex would have loved to find out also.

Dr. Schultz and her husband came to our home to see our 13 year old lab/shepherd dog named Bailey. They were loving, caring and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Truly loves what she does.

Excellent ! Staff kind and caring. Clean office. Dr . Schultz is incredible. So gentle with our pets. You can tell she didn't enter the field just for financial gain. She TRULY loves animals. Highly recommend!

We had to have our senior dog put down. The compassion Melissa showed to our dog and our family in a very hard moment was amazing. She’s so personable and caring, it felt like she was a close friend just sitting in our living room. Love this vet very much!

These people really care about animals. One of the few vet's I've been to that I didn't feel like it was all about the money and nothing else. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Love this place! Melissa is a wonderful vet. I love her side kick helper lady. I’m bad with names. I had two elderly dogs and Melissa came to my home when it was time for my 17 year old dog to sleep and she made it not as painful. Later in the year it was time for me to put the other one down. I went in to her to put him down. I was so upset I left with a puppy from another lady that was getting there puppy’s shots there. I met Butch there and I’m so grateful. Melissa side kick helped me with all this.

My wife and I adopted two 9 year old cat siblings last year, and they get very anxious being in their carriers so we decided to look for a veterinarian that does house calls for their annual check up. We got ahold of Dr. Schultz and we could not be happier! Our cats loved her and she was so professional and nice. Definitely going to be clients for life!

They care more about your pet than they do the money. It isn't a free vet by any means. But the prices are amazing and when my dog ripped his toe nail clean off during the pandemic, they were able to give me free over the phone advice and my dogs toenail is just fine. They are a great, caring vet, with a wonderful staff. Thank you Vet Ex Mobile!

Doctor Schultz is simply a wonderful vet. She is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest medical research, she also shares the most cost effective care which is rare in her profession and I believe another illustration of her care and compassion for animals and the people they own! Did I mention the care and compassion? When we moved to MI we had some tough experiences with our first 2 vets who did not know much about LGD dogs and ours was used to an old country vet who treated her gently and in a relaxed manner. She developed a true fear of going to the vet that she never had previously so we used VetEx mobile services and couldn’t have been happier. Dr Schultz took the time to meet and learn all about our girl Elle, who was very anxious at this point but by the end of the visit came to trust Dr and Lucas her husband. Over the years our girl would even come into the office with no fear. What a turn around! I wish I remembered how I found her - I could kiss that person! When the time came for Elle, she and Lucas came to our home and it was the most loving passing. They were tender and kind on a very difficult day. Now several years later we are ready for another dog and we will be going back to Dr Melissa Schultz!

We were given Melissa's name by a family friend who had used her. We had a 15 year old dog that had gotten weak and was finally unable to walk any more the prior day. It was a sunny warm morning in June. She showed up as we had our dog laying on a blanket in the shade. She pet him for several minutes and talked to us. After a little while she asked us to let her know when we were ready. She gently put him to sleep, while she and we continued to pet him. She had tears in her eyes along with us. She did not rush off afterwards, but instead talked to us and consoled my teary eyed daughter until she felt better.

We were given Melissa's name by one of my coworkers and after debating for a while we mage the painful decision to put my cat down, my cat became the cat from hell yet Melissa was very understanding with her. Melissa gave a shot to help her relax then stepped out of the house until my Cally was relaxed enough for anyone to touch her. I was able to hold her until the end. Melissa was so very kind and compassionate. She did have an assistant with her but I unfortunately do not remember her name. They both gave me hugs. Melissa said if I had Any stories to share about my cat just to give her a call.
