I am so grateful that we found this place! Gentle care that helped my pup get over her fear of vets even though her first visit was for an injury! Every single person there is amazing and compassionate and the quality of care is exceptional.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Benny loves the attention he gets. I am so very thankful for their service and professional treatments, I would recommend Pet Authority and their staff to anyone that is looking for a Veterinarian even if they have one I would urge you to check Pet Authority in Waterford, Michigan.

We have always brought our dog to Pet Authority since he was a puppy. When he was dying of an infection Pet Authority said they were too busy to see him. Thank goodness we found another vet who saved our dogs life. Pet Authority was not even responsible enough to send our dog's vaccination records to our new vet who treated our dog. I will never take a pet to Pet Authority again. Good riddance.

Dr. Hutchinson at Pet Authority cares for all my animals. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and willing to work with you on your pet’s issue. I haven’t found a cleaner, more educated, or more cooperative Veterinary’s office in 45 years. They Rock. 5 stars all around.

The vet staff and doctors are so helpful friendly and knowledgeable! They truly care about you and your pet!! We have been taking all of our dogs here since I was a child!! Highly Recommend!!

I recently took my dog for the first time here. The place looks absolutely nice , clean and well kept. The Vet was stellar , taking time explaining to me details about my dog diagnosis. He is very patient and knowledgeable and takes time to explain things, something not that common much with other vets, where the visit feels rushed and non personal. I was very happy , and my dog was too, I could see how she wasn’t scared at all, juts a bit “suspicious”. Overall a great experience.

Years ago I took my older ill cat to Pet Authority. Dr. Hutchinson was kind, professional and honest. Two years ago, when I got two kittens, I called them & found the Dr. was still there so I made them my vet. The entire staff is wonderful!

Dr Hutchinson & staff have provided EXCELLANT care for our dogs from puppyhood to nearly 17 years old. They have always treated our dogs and us with the utmost kindness, compassion and professionism. I have no reservations in recommending them!

Our first visit was awesome. The staff and the veterinarian were very respectable and kind. (A rarity in today’s world). I had a few issues which were all addressed in length. Dr Hutchinson seems to be very knowledgeable. I only regret not finding him sooner.

They are always very nice and do a great job caring for your pet. I appreciate how they explain things and present you with multiple options.

I love Pet Authority. It really feels like Dr. H listens to my concerns about my cat and tells me the truth. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of like I have at other vets. Plus the reception staff is so awesome!

We recently had to put our cooper down and I cannot say enough about how caring, sympathetic and professional ALL of the staff were. Doctor is amazingly great and all of the office staff is so professional and they truly care about your pets. We would recommend everyone that loves their pets like a family member to take their pets here.
