So to be honest, I wasn't a big fan of this place when I first started taking my dog there a year ago. It was in the thick of covid, so the wait times in your car were very long. However, about a month ago my 6yr old dog got super sick and I figured it was easier to take him to the vet that had all of his records rather than a new one. I called them, told them his symptoms, and they got us in the same day. Long story short, they found out he had stage 5 lymphoma. Dr Mileski waited on hold with an oncologist for about 30 minutes just so she could try to get my dog into their office as soon as possible. Unfortunately the oncologist wasn't accommodating and I had to wait a week. I called CAMC every single day with questions about my dog because he was declining quickly, and they NEVER sounded irritated that I was calling....again. Dr Mileski even called me after hours on a Thursday to answer my questions about Remi. I had to make the horrible decision to put him down just 7 days after he was diagnosed, he couldn't even make it to the oncology appointment. Dr Mileski and her staff made an absolutely tragic situation somehow bearable. I can't even put into words the kindness and empathy that was shown. Dr Mileski even shed a few tears while we were sending Remi across the rainbow bridge. If that doesn't scream "I genuinely care about animals and your heartbreak" then I don't know what does. I will never take my pets to any other vet. Thank you so much for all you guys have done for me and others???? I'm sure Remi would thank you for making him feel comfortable and loved if he could

Being an individual that truly loves and cares for animals both domestic and wild I cannot condone this veterinary an office as being one that stands out above the crowd and as being an office that I would recommend as a desirable health care provider. I was very disappointed that today they were unable to handle my cat Is in a professional and a veterinarial manner conducive to a veterinarial office. Now I must search for an office that can professionally handle my cat throughout the course of an exam. And, assure me as a pet care provider, that my cat, Sydney is in the best health. Instead, I was given a multitude of reasons why my visit was not able to be completed. So, in conclusion, I will find another pet care provider.

The ladies who schedule appointments are completely incompetent scheduled an appointment took time off of work and she failed to put me in the system :( are you kidding me??!!

Very disappointed in the place. They say they are an emergency hospital but they are not responsive, never have open appointments. and just plain useless

I was very happy with the way they treated my Guinea pig when they trim her nails. I offered a tip and she gave it back. Krieger is very nice and treated her as if she was hers.

Molly took extra special care of my senior pup during and after surgery. Great staff, very caring and informative. Im impressed. My dog is feeling like a puppy again!

I’ve been taking my pups here for years, but not anymore. After today’s visit, I’m completely bummed out about how much they charged me for something that shouldn’t have been $300+. They seem to try to add as many services, meds, and food to the bill. Sadly, I feel it has become more about the money rather than the animals overall health. This was my go-to for several years. Completely disappointed and bummed because I was previously a satisfied customer.

Not so good...vet tried to charge me an extra $20 for being late, she said. I offered to bring in my phone and show her I called 5 times, on time, but the phone was busy....not happy!! Did not have my dog seen....grrrrrr.

Our first visit was great Pretty Girl seemed to have liked them. She goes back this Friday for a rabies shot and to start her line vaccine

Dr Michelle Mileski is awesome! I like the fact that they are Veterinarian owned (not by a big corporation) Everyone is professional and friendly

Need to fill out admission paperwork and wait in parking lot - due to COVID. But, you call and they come out to get your pet(s). They come out fairly quickly. The doctor calls to discuss and answer questions. The entire process is quicker than I would have thought. We've been there a few times in the last couple of months. Experience has been better than expected.

They were terrific! They were able to see and treat my new found kitten. I called and explained the situation and they were able to get him in that afternoon. Great place and very thankful.

I cannot say enough kind things or offer enough accolades to Dr. Michelski and the staff at CAMC. My baby Phoenix had to be put down due to cancer that quickly progressed and the entire staff was so empathetic, supportive, and kind. What has easily been the hardest day of my life is marked by the love and kindness I was shown through every step and I would recommend anyone bring their pets here for care.

Puppy was at groomer and my husband arrived 10 mins after vet appointment time due to traffic. He was told he was late and needed to reschedule. So this place will no longer have our business and we just purchased a second dog. Terrible customer service.

Needed care for my dog, a UTI and just needed antibiotics. I couldn't just get meds but compromised by getting a urine sample. $44 to test it. But when I brought it I was told they weren't really sure which bacteria was causing the problem so they tried to prescribe $99 antibiotics. So the "test" was pointless and if I wanted to know for sure what the bacteria was I needed another test at $100. Would have been nice to know BEFORE! So if I want a cheaper antibiotic I need the $100 test on top of the $44 test then the cost of the meds. Have me over a barrel and they know it. Uncaring in my opinion.

I trusted them with my dog’s care for years. Yet, when I needed them on a Monday after being at an ER clinic over the weekend, I couldn’t even get a vet to speak to me on the phone.
