My heartfelt thanks to Exclusively Cats for saving my little baby girls life. Extremely caring and concerned. The front office staff is the very best. They always seem to have the time to see my cats, no matter what the issue. You don’t have to talk to an answering machine and hope for a call back because they always pick up the phone. I could drive a few miles to see my local vet, but instead I drive 50 miles for the unique care received at Exclusively Cats. If you love your pet and want the very best, then this is the place!!!

I have taken my cats there since 1995. I trust this Veterinary hospital with my cats.

We have had our cats, 3 separate sets of sisters, over 29 years cared for here by the staff and doctors and we've been very happy. We would highly recommend them to other cat owners.

They instantly made me feel so comfortable and at ease. This is a great place for your cat! Anytime my cat is sick I bring him in here because I know he’ll be treated with care and actual respect. This place js the best!

They where helpful and infomative about the type of medication avalible for flees, ticks, and heartworm medications. They gave information about types of litter boxes and littter avliable as well as cat food. We enjoyed our vist to this vet. I hope to find one when we move like this one that cares about the pets they are caring for. They give you a nice welcome gift with helpful information and kitty toys. Kiba loved every bit of it!

Caring only for cats, EC vets are amazing at what they do. I have been a customer and my furry girls their patients for 19 years. We are always happy with their care and recommend them to our friends and family.

Not my usual vet, but covid protocols make it impractical to go to Novi & sit in car for a few hours. They were highly rated & rightly so. I appreciate how they took care of Merp & how well they got his mats out & answered questions. The only issue I really had was the nightmare of trying to get his microchip registered without having to buy a plan. That was done at the vets but it took a half day to work around paying extra. Past microchips didn't present that problem - they were 1 & done. But the office was very helpful & patient about trying to help me through. Also, when I attached a good picture in their system, it's unrecognizable even as a cat. I don't know what system I had before, but it was not Pet Link. Would not recommend Pet Link. Literature says no extra charges, but they really try to collect an extra $45-$60.

This place was great! My vet recommended I get a second opinion here for my cat's lameness because she hadn't responded to the meds the vet gave her. So I called for a consult and they got me in two days later. The office was quiet, clean, comfortable, and more like an office for human healthcare than any veterinary office I've ever been to. They kept my cat for several hours for examination, and the vet phoned me at home several times with updates and diagnoses. Ultimately they suggested a course of meds that included an injectible medication that they administered the first dose of while she was there. The next day the improvement in her gait, after months of struggling, was remarkable. I believe that their model of providing cats-only care by vets with a special interest in felines made a huge difference in helping my cat feel better fast.

I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with the service I’ve received at this office. Everyone is so kind and gentle with my cat and I truly believe they always go above and beyond for us.

Totally cool place, people were super kind, took good care of my kitty, were very thorough, and even gave me a gift bag for being a new client. Highly reccomend if you've got a kitty in need

I have a cat with a few medical problems, and the staff and doctors have just been great at helping me navigate through it. They are always kind and helpful, no matter what. I cannot say one bad thing about Exclusively Cats!

I moved to Waterford recently and was referred here by a friend. I am so grateful to have such a high quality and cat-centric veterinary clinic in my neighborhood!

All of the staff was extremely friendly, and the doctor who saw my cat was very open with me and gave me plenty of options to help him. She taught me new things about my cat that my old vet never told me. They also made sure to be very thorough on how to properly care for my cat. Everyone made it seem like they had both his health and my best interest in mind when making any suggestions. Overall a great experience!

This place is great. The staff and the vets took care of my car like he was their own. Couldn’t ask for better care.

Dr. Brooks and staff are the best. My senior kitty Lucy age 20 was diagnosed with high blood pressure and pancreatitis insufficiency so her vitamin B and BP medicibe were increased and she is doing so much better. Dr. Brooks saw a change in her blood pressure by noticing her eyes, so experience matters.

The vet, Kaitlin who treated our cat was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. You can tell that everyone who works here has a real passion for helping cats. After a terrible experience with a different vet and misdiagnosis/overmedication we were so relieved to see the genuine, honest care given to our kitty. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality treatment at a fair price. Thank you!
