My dog gets nervous at the vet and around strangers. The staff at WWVH are patient and gentle with him.

My husband recommended this vet when we got our dog Stella. He loved the drs. and staffed with his former dog. Our dog was 2 when we got her and she will be 14 soon so I believe it is due to this medical team. Thank you!

I use to love this vet and it's really close to home which is perfect for my cat that hates car rides. Unfortunately since covid you can't get an appointment for 2+ weeks...so if something is actually wrong with your pet and you don't just need shots or a checkup you are SOL. You are stuck paying extreme prices for an emergency vet or have to find a new place completely. I understand covid is affecting everything..but to catch up on appointments why don't you open on Wednesdays or hire another doctor? Sad that I won't be coming here anymore because it is a nice place and they have been caring for my pets for over 10 years.

Super friendly staff. Technician Beth and Dr. Capel have taken care of my dogs for15 or more years. Can’t wait until they open up their office. Waiting in a hot car on a 90 deg day is grueling.

We love Warren Woods - the whole staff is very responsive and attentive. They care about my fur child as if he were there own and are always happy to answer all of my questions.

Took awhile to get appointments due to Covid. Took both of my dogs in. Staff was professional, appointments at a timely manner. My one dog is difficult, staff handled him perfectly. Will definitely continue to take my fur babies there!

I love this place . I have 3 dogs and one of them is a big German Shepard and he does not like the vet. We have gone to many vets and had very negative experiences and each visit the doctors would sedate him with a shot. But when I found this place they used different techniques to make Chase(my German Shepard) more comfortable. Without sedating him. I am always so happy with their service. And everyone there knows what they are doing and they actually know how to care for big dogs. Highly recommend!!

We took our dog to Wilson vet first, they misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medication. When we took him to Warren woods my 90lb.dog was down to 67lbs. Thank God we got a second option because the wrong medication was making him lose more weight. They showed my very sick dog empathy and did everything they could for him. We left with hope. The prices are expensive but my baby is worth it. Please do not take your pets to Wilson’s vet in Washington mi. I pray that these steroids help him gain weight back. Thank you Warren woods vet.

Dr. Cappell is amazing. She has been treating my animals for years now. Love them here, my daughter even goes here now.

The women at the front desk and the Vet Techs are just amazing and gentle with our dog, Brooke, who is a 7 yr old rescue Pit. Brooke knows who her “girls” are and lives to see them! They are caring, loving, thorough examinations by the doctor, and they go the extra mile with toenail and ear cleanings. The doctor gives a most thorough report. She gives everything the once over, then will spend extra time on a specific area, if need be!

Everyone is very friendly! They understand pets are family and take excellent care of our birds. They let you know prices upfront, and follow up promptly after appointments with any test results. I never feel rushed and they go the extra mile to answer any questions that we have. They are very professional and informative. I even received a very detailed several minutes long voice mail in answer to my question.

This is the best place ever I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else the doctors and staff are very nice and polite and straight to the point my dog has had the best care since I started taking her there. They have a groomer on site named Sherry she does the best job on my Aggie ,is a very big dog. I would recommend anybody to take their dogs cats birds and any pet they have there to be seen they're wonderful wonderful people my dog was very sick they sent me to a special animal hospital for her and they fixed her right up took a few hours but it was well worth the wait I don't know what I do without my Aggie

Always takes excellent care of our pets, if you wish not to have a service done you can refuse and no pressure, always asks if we have any questions and will answer all of them without being in a hurry

We found a little kitten outside and are just trying to have her seen to make sure everything is ok with her before bringing her around our other animals. The woman I spoke was was extremely rude, horrific customer service. She told me “oh we’re booked until October” and then hung up on me. I even asked for suggestions on what we can do for in the interim since the kitten is only a few weeks old, and it was like speaking to a brick wall. I’m sorry but hanging up on someone is not professional you could of haven more courteous and polite to your potential customers. You do not deserve your job as a receptionist, your the voice of the company when someone calls you and that is how you choose to represent your place of business. Other reviews rave about there pleasant experiences with this clinic but whom ever you have in charge of speaking to he customers should be replaced.

Dr. Cappel is the holy grail of veterinarians. She takes care of my birdies like no other! The vet techs and rest of her staff are great and so helpful as well.

Always had fair to good service from warren woods vet. It is still a struggle not going in with our pets. Hopefully we can resume lobby services soon. Brought our 2 DOG's in for nail trims. Our senior dog Duke had a nail trimmed to close and was lightly bleeding. The tec made us aware and we understand sometimes that happens when we don't get them trimmed very often. We do recommend Warren Woods Vet. Thanks
