I can't say enough good things about Moore Veterinary. They are friendly, fast and efficient

They are all about the money not caring for my pet or me as a pet owner, vet Dr. Morden spent 5 minutes with me. And never even gave me a phone call to discuss the results of my cat's blood work, revealing my cat has kidney disease. Then when I had questions, she insisted I came back in and paid another 50.00 dollars, when of course I have questions because she never called me and would only email or text. The treatments for my cats kidney disease are expensive enough, without another $50.00 being charged to me for something they have seen my cat for many times now. I miss my old vet Brighton Animal Hospital which were so kind and compassionate and helpful always, but now I live in this area far away from them. Almost considering putting my cat in the car and driving the hour to get the kind compassionate vet care I deserve, and my cat deserves. Best thing about the place is Kim who works there as a tech, and is kind and helpful. Dr. Morden, not so much.

We were limping and at first unable to get an appointment but they had a list for cancellations, and later on the same day they called to say that an appointment opened up for us. Now we are on an anti-inflammatory and hope to be up and walking without a limp shortly. In addition, we had some itchy ears and decided to make sure there wasn't anything else. Got some drops and Dr. B. was willing to give me all the time we needed. She answered our questions and put us at ease. Thank you.

Slightly unprofessional. They did not share with me the correct price of my dogs procedures and I was blindsided

Excellent Hospital, Staff is very friendly and professional. Over 15+ years I've been coming here with my english shepherd, they always take good care of her. (sometimes going above and beyond.) Would recommend them to friends and family.

Have been going here for years, but once main doctor retired it has not been the same. Service is slow and it's been 2yrs since covid and still can't go into the office even to pick up rx. Had to wait 24 minutes just for that.

I love this Vet since the days when Dr. Nurse ran it, and love the new staff too. They are wonderful to my pomeranians. They have been there for me on all the highs and lows. I just adore them and trust them with thier health needs. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Jack Jack ( RIP baby) and Rex. ( Boo Boo, RIP, and Buster RIP). They are the best!!

If your dog is truly sick and needs a quick appointment… expect long wait times. I was told 5 days would be the earliest and they suggested I take him to emergency. My old vet across town saw him within the hour.

Veterinarians and staff are kind, efficient and professional. The vet Gracie usually sees is Dr. Burkholder, but she's seen two others and they were just as gentle and knowledgeable. Gracie has been treated for her hypothyroid condition, given all her shots, and been well-tested and examined at Moore for two or three years now. Moore's staff reopened the clinic safely after changing their system because of the pandemic. When I get to the Moore parking lot, I stay in my car and text the staff my spot number. I get a quick response, and someone comes out to take Gracie inside. Everyone, in the car or from Moore, wears masks. Pets needed care despite the virus, and Moore provided it. I highly recommend Moore. Update: Moore is now allowing one person to go inside with their pet.

Kim is my favorite receptionist and people person. Moore has been helpful and knowledgeable guiding me through the old age and death of my best friend, and through the crazy puppy stages of my new pal.

I have brought 3 of my animals here for emergency urgent care. When all the animal hospitals were full or telling me I had to wait 5 hours in my car, they made the time. At this point I'm going to completely switch to them as my primary vet because they leave no stone unturned. They're very thorough and professional and give you lots of care options while being upfront about costs. I highly recommend them for your animal care.

I cannot say how great Moore Veterinary Hospital is. Their staff member's are super sweet and so great with animals. The veterinarians are so great with your animals & their pet parents. The vet physician takes their time with each pet patient and never seem in a hurry. The vet's are very knowledgeable in pet care & pet breeds. Scheduled appointments are pretty spot in with Moore Veterinary Hospital. Even with COVID going on the appointments are well organized as well as the services for your pet. Pretty prompt staff when it comes to the needs of your pet. The office is well maintained and super clean as well. The charges you occur for services are reasonable as well. The vet's are very honest in the treatment of your pet. The vet's do not try to add anymore to the bill if it's not deemed nessessary. I am glad I found a great place to give my pet's great quality care????????????

This was my first visit to Moore Veterinary Hospital and I was impressed. We saw Dr. Burcham for a wellness check and she was great with her attention and information for my new pup. Dr. Burcham even got on the floor with him to make Hunter feel more comfortable. The office staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

I love Moore Veterinary Hospital. Not only are they professional, affordable, knowledgeable, but everyone there is very friendly and caring with your pet. My cat ”Max” was not afraid of anyone❤️

I have had my dog for a little over a year, and she's the first dog that is my sole responsibility, so I have been borderline paranoid. Even during Covid Times, they have been amazing for me and my girl. They go above and beyond to make sure my dog is properly cared for, but never made me feel like I was just a client. When my dog was a puppy, she had a skin condition and they diagnosed it and walked me through on the phone what to buy at the drug store to treat it. When my dog had an endlessly bleeding nail, they had me come right up and cauterized it at my car. I could go on because my dog has a death sentence, but they have been amazing, friendly, and caring!

Excellent pet care, loving, kind, and professional. These are just a few things I can say about Moore Veterinary Hospital. Every single person on staff makes you and your fur babies feel at ease, and I know that all of my pets are receiving the absolute best care that they could receive! Whether it be for a well visit, nail trim, a difficult surgery that may be needed, or when the time comes for your pet to cross the rainbow bridge, they are there for you 100%. Know that with Moore, your pets are in the very best hands. To ALL of the staff, thank you for all that you do! Monty, Dude, Kaia, and Jet all send their love xo

Several years ago I put down my 9-year old German Shepherd, Bentley, at Moore Veterinary Hospital. It wasn’t until recently, when I had to put down my 2nd (11-year old) GSD, that I realized what a HORRIBLE SCAM this place (Moore) is. By FAR the WORST veterinary hospital in Michigan! And I’ve used a half dozen so far. This place preyed on my emotional state and price gouged me when it was time to put my dog to sleep. They charged me over $2,500 for a bunch of tests and ultrasounds, etc, to see what was wrong with my dog (who was clearly dying rapidly upon arrival) and then said there was “nothing they could do” and charged me another $500 to cremate him privately!? So, a total of around $3,000!? Compare this to the $350 my new, MUCH more caring and professional, veterinarian charged for the same things when I recently put my 2nd dog to sleep. They ran tests, put him down, gave me a paw print and private cremation; all for only $350 (North Gratiot Veterinary Hospital). Moore charged me $3,000 for much less when I put down my 1st dog! This is the worst, most horrible vet in Michigan and I feel sorry for any poor, misguided soul who entrusts the care of their beloved pet to this heartless, price gouging, scam veterinarian! I regret that my first German Shepherd spent his final moments with these HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING excuses for veterinarians. If you love your pet, and don’t want to be taken advantage of and charged through the roof when they die, DO NOT take your pet here! This is a price gouging SCAM veterinarian! Worst experience of my life. There is NO WAY this place should be in business! Use them at your own risk – and you better have LOTS of money! I hate these people. I wouldn’t take a rat here!

I love Moore Veterinary. My kitty, Lucy, has not been seen by a vet since 2015. Dr. Henry updated her vaccines, gave her a thorough exam, including her teeth and trimmed her claws. I admire Dr. Henry and the staff at Moore, they are dedicated to the work they provide for our pets.

I've trusted many horses over many years to Dr. Laura and Dr. Moore. I have found their routine services, treatments and tests to more affordable than other practices.

The Dr. and staff were all exceptionally caring and understanding of our Layla's personality quirks.

Exceptional service, their curbside protocol is effective and efficient. Strong measures are in place to protect pet, pet owners and staff. Dr. Burcham ensures excellent communication with pet owners. Staff remain committed, caring and professional. I’ve been a client for almost 25 years and remain very pleased with service delivery.

It's not the same service treatment anymore, not due to covid-19, but with Dr Nurse retired. My trust left with him and so did my loyalty and business after 35 years and 5 pets.
