My dog got a cut on its side, Eastpointe Animal Hospital was able to get us in right away and treat her. They reviewed options with us for different treatments. Thank you very much! Great experience.

The vet here is one of the most disrespectful and unhelpful doctors I have ever met. I took my 13 year old dog up here because he had been having seizures. And the night before he had two seizures in one night. I took him to another vet prior to Eastpointe to get blood work done and they wanted to put him on phenobarb. I wanted to use keppra and they were unfamiliar with it his so I took him to Eastpointe to get the keppra for him. The doctor did his checkup and stated he had a heart murmur. He wrote me a prescription for keppra 100mg and gave me referrals for a cardiologist. I left thinking I was getting his medication that night but I was not able to because he wrote me a prescription that NO ONE can fulfill. In between me driving and calling these pharmacies I was also calling the vet office and eventually the doctor got on the phone after my third time calling and says “I know no one can do the 100mg of keppra so you can find a compounding pharmacy (at 6pm at night during the holiday) or get a script for phenobarb..” I was FURIOUS. Why wasn’t I told this before I left and handed you my money for basically a piece of paper? I went back up to the vet and he was so rude and nasty. Tried dismissing me and told the receptionist to just give me my money back and even tried to get loud with me. The level of disrespect and complete disregard for me and my pet made my experience here one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I will never go back to them. The receptionists were very helpful and apologetic but this doctor is one of the worst.

This office doesn't value it's clients time. Last minute cancellations because they decided not to see my pet since I don't have previous vet records. Well she's always been healthy. She never needed a vet visit. Her shots were at neighborhood clinics. Her last vet visit was in their office. Her last rabies shot was in their office. Will never patronize this business again, not will I ever recommend. Don't make appointments here if you care about your pets.

Dr. Dev is the best vet and all the staff in the hospital is super friendly. We highly recommend it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The ladies here are the nicest, sweetest, calmest most wonderful people ever. They are so gentle with my dogs. My Rottweiler had a bad experience at another place and was very scared coming here. I explained everything to them they needed to know, incase he became upset. When I came back to get him his fear had ease. I could see it in his posture. He didn't want to leave the tech. I knew she had taken care of my baby perfectly. So blessed. And my pug loves you guys always! Thank you!!!

Great staff and reasonably priced

They told us our dog had congestive heart failure but instead of telling us it was too late to treat they made us pay for a bunch of medications, we paid almost 300$ and that same night we had to take him to another 24 hour hospital to have him put down. This place cares about money and nothing more. This is the second time I've been here, the first he charged me 700$ for my cat, again with medications he never ended up needing. If you can go somewhere else..do it.

Can't get return calls for a much needed referral for our pet. Find someone else that cares about animals

What a joke. They wait til I get there to tell me I need my dogs rabies shot records. And then tell me they can't see my dog. They could have told this before hand. Trying to rip me off, by doing tbis,"Oh by the way, your dog will need a rabies shot". Spring it up on me at the very last second.

This place is a total rip off 177 for fist shots on a lil dog this place is a scam don't take your dog here at all

Not happy with prices or service. Also Dr Dev basically accused my son of maybe dropping foods on the ground or giving them to our dog. He kept implying that over and over again until I finally told him my son is allergic to those foods he kept mentioning. I was told over the phone a price and basically was forced into paying 193$ before everything was fully explained. Also, I never received a proper diagnosis for my puppy. Just a bill explaining what I paid for. I will never come back here nor will I ever refer anyone. My aunt was there a while ago and stayed the same thing. The vet assistance are also very unprofessional.

My dog hurt his leg, they fit me in very quick! They let me know what was going on every step of the way! 5 stars for sure!

My 4 month old Pit got a horrible case of ringworm from one of their offices.

Someone at the front desk needs to be fired. They messed up a prescription and when called they literally just hang up when I say I need to get a prescription fixed…. Also no one was reaching out the entire time my dog was there I had to keep calling to get updates. Sketchy place, if you value your pets life take them somewhere else.

200.00 for an ear infection and didn't even give the Dog prescription ear drops...Never returning! My Dog is in severe pain and now I can't afford to get him proper care.

Great setup for covid compliancy.

Been going here for years however lost my business today. I have been trying to get my dogs flea/heartworm medicine refilled for over a month. Was told 1st time I called the doctor would call me back. No phone call ever received. I then ordered the medication online to only find they declined the prescription. (Again no phone call) After another phone call to them I was told the doctor declined it because it was requested in my name & not my husbands. So, order request then updated to reflect my husbands name to just be declined again. Another phone call back to the vet & now told me my dog will be due for heartworm testing next month so they declined the prescription request again. This all could have been handled on the very 1st phone call when they looked at my dog's file. Complete joke!
