I have 2 amazing American Pitbulls. I have not been able to reach my regular vet, and one of my dogs really needed to be seen. I googled vets near Sterling Heights and saw good reviews for this one. From the moment we walked in it was very obvious that the vet tech was wary of my dog and kept a distance from us even when handling paperwork. When we finally got seen by the doctor he wanted to give a steroid injection. My dog flinched, as a normal reaction to the poke and the vet immediately took that as a sign of aggression and insisted he be muzzled. My dog has not once ever shown aggression towards a human or other animal. They couldn’t get the muzzle on him, spent 5 minutes trying to adjust one and then finally switch to another, all of this happening while it’s on my dogs face. He immediately got scared and tried to get it off his head. Then they spent another five minutes trying to get the injection under his skin. I finally picked him up and held him so he couldn’t really try and get the muzzle off and they got it in. My kind and friendly dog went through a stressful and traumatic experience all because of the breed he resembles. Will NEVER return to this vet nor refer anyone else to there services. If I could give less than one star I would.

Dr. Youanes is very good at what he does. He's caring and kind.

Very friendly, warm and responsive to concerns or questions on our pet. We visited to have our dog neutered and they were wonderful.

When we found a lump on our cat's stomach that had ulcerated, we could not get in to see our regular vet. Dr. Youanes was able to get us in that evening and do surgery 2 days later. Very nice and reasonably priced.

The best Vet there is and very clean business

I was very satisfied when I stopped in here. He was able to fit me in and I am very appreciative. This will be on my list of vets to use in case I need them. Nice doctor, friendly staff, they are very kind. Reasonable prices. I am not sure the extend of tests or surgery they can do but for checkups and sick pets this seems like a reliable veterinarian.

The Dr. There says he runs an animal hospital but he doesn't even have a X-ray machine. Because of this my cat who has a respiratory infection can't get any antibiotics she needs because he wont prescribe them without the X-ray of her lungs. I dont have the money to take her to the humane society for X-rays.

Very happy with reliance animal I've had five different cats treated at their practice and I've been satisfied every time.

Doctor and staff are amazing! Have taken care of my animals for 15 years. Very caring and very knowledgeable. Gave me and my family so much support and information when we were deciding that heartbreaking decision regarding our 13 year old dog. Was with us every step of the way and cried along with our family. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

He always took excellent care of my dog and was always there to answer any questions. Operated multiple times on him and did a great job making him comfortabl . Was very sympathetic when the dreaded day came to put him down and did everything he could to make it as easy on us as possible. Small place, just him and one other woman. They both knew our dog well and cared for him greatly.

Very knowledgeable was gentle with my pet and the prices were amazing he examined my dog all the way in compares to Banfield hospital they really didn’t do much exam I should say body exam and wanted to do all these tests and wanted me to leave out of there with a $700 bill. Dr Youanes took great care of us both.

They were great with my pup. And took him in right away and cared for him. Very nice people too.

Great doctor and staff, very flexible with appointments. Have done 3 surgeries here between 2 dogs, and get all their shots here. Good pricing too!!

I haven't been but I have friends who are thankful to it and it looks great.
