He gets the job done for a reasonable price. Really cares about what he does. There will definitely be a wait though, especially if you just drop in.

Dr Francis is the best vet ever! He’s very thorough and walks you through everything he is doing. Very affordable and is very kind and gentle with the animals he works with. His assistant (can’t remember her name) was also fantastic and had me laughing the whole time and was very sweet to my cat. The wait times are to expected since he’s the only doctor there but it’s worth it!

Dr. Francis is absolutely amazing! My kitty was very sick with a severe form of anemia. Dr.Francis recognized he needed to be rushed to the emergency room just by looking at his eyes. He didn’t even charge us for the visit, telling us to spend the money on emergency care! After an emergency blood transfusion, Downy is doing better and Dr. Francis is handling all of his follow up care. He is incredibly caring and his prices a new very affordable! I’m 38 and been a pet owner my entire life. I’ve never dealt with a Veterinarian who cares so much about his patients!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have trusted this man with my pets for over 10 years! He knows his stuff and will always go for the animals best interest. And priced very reasonably. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Not good. I had an appointment for 5:30pm. I waited over an hour and by 6:45pm my dog still had not been seen. They technically clotechnically close at 7 PM but their were still 2 more appointments ahead of me and about 5 people after me Still waiting for their dog to be seen. I wasted time coming and still was not even able to have my dog seen. I had to leave due to work. On top of that the receptionist wrongfully accused my dog of kennel cough and made us wait outside. My dog is an older dog and clears her throat due to her collar being on which irritates her throat/trachea. She was brought in previously and diagnosed by the doctor himself. Tried explaining these to the receptionist ut she still made us go outside. Not sure how records are kept but she could have easily checked the chart/ case notes of my dog's previous visits. It was just an all around horrible visit.

This place is awesome, it deserves an award for excellence.

Dr Francis is an absolute angel who isn't in this business to make a fortune. His heart is truly in the right place, he only wants to help your pet get better and stay healthy. Dr Francis has gone as far as to give me a discounted price just so that I could afford the medicine that my fur baby needed to get better. I just Love Dr Francis!!????

Firstly, I must admit that the good Doctor is understaffed. However, he is definitely committed and unrelenting to his concerns about his craft. Today, was my first visit, I came by recommendation and was very pleased. My feral kitten was affected in both eyes with a severe infection. Today, this kitten was able to see ????for the first time in weeks. Right on, Doctor Francis.

Prices are fine it's the wait time even with an appointment

DO NOT COME HERE unless you have a whole day of time to waste. I made my appointment for 1. Showed up 5 minutes late and didn't even see a room until 145. It took an additional 30 mins before i even saw the doctor. It is a one man horror show. He is stretched too thin. The office has supplies all over the counters and fairly the building looks a little shady/falling apart. Once he finally got around to filling out info about my cat he kept asking ME the information that was supposed to be filled in. I don't know if I can even trust his diagnosis and will end up going to a different vet. I can't believe someone even recommended this place to me. I've been here for over 2 hours, still waiting on the supposed medication my kitten needs. I will never come back here.

Doctor Francis is great and very inexpensive compared to most places
