I brought my kitten Poe in today to get an exam and a vaccination. The veterinary tech and veterinarian are both very friendly and were great with my cat. I will definitely continue to keep coming here.

They were very professional, but they need more handicap accessible entrance.

I have taken both of my animals here. They were very kind when my dog was dying. They called to check up on him and sent condolences after. I continue to trust my little fluffy creatures with them.

I was extremely underwhelmed by the visit. The vet did a bare minimum examination of my dog. She checked her heart, teeth, and ears, but I mentioned that my dog was having issues with spitting up. She's been throwing up, and has had a warm dry nose off and on. This is a newer phenomenon with my 9.5 year old Akita, but she didn't give me any feedback or check her abdomen or temp. I felt like I was more of a nuisance instead of a patient paying for a thorough check up. I'll try my luck at another vet. Update: after my mother cancelled her appointment because of my experience, the lady on the phone was completely unprofessional. Claiming that I was lying even though I had a witness along with me at the exam. No apologizes, just rude behavior. Response: I called for an exam and was not asked on the phone if I had any other concerns. The exam is typically where one discusses concerns. It was brief because you made it so. You did not do much inquiring. She's been regurgitating food and water like I said at the appointment. I am not a doctor, so I don't know what information you need as one.

I’m so happy to have found Dr Carter and the whole team at LaFond! We’re new to the area and had scheduled my dog for routine exam/vaccination at the end of the September. Unfortunately he came down with an eye infection, but luckily they were able to accommodate us the same day to check him out and get him eye drops. Everyone was so kind to my pup and I. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

I used to never have a problem getting an appointment here but I've called about 4 times during business hours this week and left a voicemail but I can't talk to anyone? Edit: I was finally able to get in and the vet and staff was really nice and helpful.

Doctor Carter is awesome , we have been going to her when she was at Gasow. And when she left we followed her to Vetinary Hospital. Her staff at LaFond was great. I will continue going to her for as long as I have pets. Thank you Doctor Carter.

I started going to Lafond Veterinary last year, 2020 and so far have had four visits. The staff is very friendly and nice. Dr. Carter is extremely professional and nice person. I recommend anyone to take their pet there. I guarantee you will be very satisfied with their service.
