Went there to drop off some old medicine for a dog that passed 4 years ago. Very professional.

Received good care for our kitten for two visits, but then moved out of the area. After months of not seeing this veterinarian we received two random debit card transaction totalling $108 dollars! They had renewed our pet's wellness plan without any request or confirmation from me. Called the office this morning and was told they would take care of it and call us back. Didn't hear anything, so we called back at the end of the day no one had made a note of our issue or made any progress! Today is Friday, and we won't be getting our money back for at least 3 days. This is very inconvenient for us, and we feel this is being handled unprofessionally.

I really love this place. They treat all animals equally. I have a blue pitbull that because of the bread she has a bad reputation. Other vets I went to would barely get close to her. Macomb Veterinary Associats not only made me feel great over the phone but in person as well. They took great care of my dog and even got face kisses out of the deal. They were also very knowledgable and explained things in an easy way to understand. I would extremely recommend you to use this vet. A+ service and A+ staff.

So thankful for Erin. We have a pit/lab mix rescue and he's full of anxiety so as you can imagine it's crazy when he has to go bit there she is and takes good care of our boy. Thank you????????

I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone I know! The staff members here are so kind and compassionate. I've been here several times now and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my dog is okay and to answer any question I have. Every time I bring my dog to see them she is always happy to go with the techn inside the building and always comes back out happy as ever.

Decent vet, sends reminders for vaccines, has online appointments

Our experience with Macomb Veterinary Associates has been great. From the Receptionist to the Vet Tech to the Vet to the check out, very positive. Dr. Williams was thorough, kind, and patient. Murphy is in good hands here.

I decided to switch vet's after many years at another one. I appreciated the quickly answered phone, the friendliness of the phone assistant, following CDC guidelines and the feedback from the doctor. I'll definitely be back.

Pete, CJ and I love Macomb Veterinary Associates! Beyond the routine health checks and vaccinations, they have been there for us when we need them. CJ needed some extra help during the pandemic with an ear infection and a hot spot, and even though I couldn’t go inside the office due to Covid protocols, they made the curbside appointments as easy and stress free as possible. It means a lot to me knowing my furry pals are in good hands and are loved! They have implemented many things to make these times easier, such as online prescription orders and the Airvet app for virtual appointments. We just love the staff and the veterinarians so much! Kindness and compassion goes a long way! CJ and Pete give four paws up which is their highest rating! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us!

Our dog Phoenix has received compassionate care from the Macomb Veterinary Associates team. The staff is friendly, the examination rooms are clean and you can tell that everyone loves animals. The vet's always follow-up in a timely manner. Plus, according to Chicago, their fees are reasonable.

Been taking our pup here since we got her in June 2018. Staff is always friendly and treats her with love. She's not afraid to go to the vet, which is the most important thing. Highly recommended in Utica/Shelby.

Every time my pet needs help, these people are NEVER there in a timely manner. Wholly unreliable, slow, and overpriced services. Totally unprofessional staffing will recommend YOU find another vet in the event of needing a same-day appointment. Don't go here.

Staff always takes great care of my baby.

Refilled my dogs eye RX for over a year then all of a sudden they stopped, told me they dont have it, then tried to wring an office visit out of me to get a NECESSARY medication for my pet. Spoke to them weeks before they denied my prescription and never once was told this would happen. You would think upon declining an important RX they might call the person and tell them why, or maybe mention on the phone that "hey, you know that rx we have had zero problems filling every month the last year? we cant do that again without an appointment." would have been simple as that. now my pet is out of medication and they want more money. Cant believe how uncaring they were on the phone. They didn't even have my pets file pulled up or anything cause she tried to get me to sign up for shots even though he has life threatening allergies to them.

The veterinarians and staff are friendly, besides the treat animals with care and compassion. They are following the safety rules according the pandemic situation. I know this place since 2016 and I am grateful for their services. Thank you!

The staff at Macomb Veterinary is awesome! They were so caring & compassionate with my dog. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

I have a new puppy and was looking for a new vet. The staff were very friendly and the vet came out to talk to me about Pepper's visit. Made me feel really welcome and they took great care of Pepper. They have different plans to care for the first year of dog (shots, spaying, etc) and explained everything about the plans and also different pay options. I'm really glad I found Macomb Veterinary Services.
