Got turned away because I didn’t have an appointment, and lots of hoops to jump thru to adopt a kitty. But Its a good thing because it reduces adoptions to only people who REALLY badly want to adopt. Keeps away the more impulsive type.

I liked this place before they changed it around.You were able to see ALL the pets on one. side.Its just different now.Why fix something when it's not broken ???

This shelter did so much for me when I adopted my dog Jolene a few years ago. They offered training classes and gave us food and toys to start out with at home. I’m forever grateful to them for helping me adopt my baby, I don’t know what I would do without her. Thank you for all you guys do

This place is just amazing! I take my cat to the clinic and everybody is incredibly kind. Just recently I came across a found cat and Kim at the shelter was so patient and kind, and did everything she could to help me find this cat’s owner. With the help of Kim, this cat was reunited with his owner after 3 months!

Just adopted this sweet girl, Minnie 2 weeks ago. She's adapting well and we love her. <3

This place is where we got our cat. That cat is the greatest. His name is Duke. The reason for visit this time was to give them some cat food.

Was driving by after a stop at Yates, and I noticed people holding signs for a benefit car wash, so of course I had to make a u-turn so that I could have my car washed. They did an making job and I spotted a fur baby I'd like to adopt,but have to talk it over with my fur babies first!!!! ????

This was my first time personally visiting a Humane Society. My family and I adopted a beautiful puppy the same day we visited. I love that for a price, this location covered the basics of becoming a pet owner such as shots, nail trim, records, a chip and more. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They also bagged us up some food, snacks and toys. It was so hard not to adopt every animal here. But overall, the Humane Society was clean, helpful and made our adoption easy. I recommend anyone to adopt from this Humane Society.

No small dogs, all pitbulls

Humane society isn't so Humane!!!!!!!! My dog is at the end of life, but suffering. And they no longer put animals out of their misery!!!

Great people who love their animals

I found 6 kittens and mommy in my garage. The staff is doing everything they can to help me place them. Also helping with food. Extremely helping and understanding. Would recommend them for any one that needs help. Also a great place for a DONATION!!!

Our beloved cat of 9 years developed neurological problems. After she couldn't walk and refused food, we knew it was time. They were so kind and gave us as much time as we needed. They gave us the opportunity to have her paw print cast in plaster which we have displayed. After 3 weeks, we all decided the house was too quiet. We went back and adopted 2 kittens. They were each the last of their separate litters. They weren't getting along when first introduced. The worker told us to give it time and they will get along well. Within a few minutes they started playing, so I was hopeful. They are now the silliest, most playful and friendly adopted sisters. They bring so much joy to our home.
