I took my rescue bully mix here on recommendations from tons of people. I am left horribly disappointed with lifelong behavior and anxiety issues for my poor friend. During our last visit to check out some acne on his chin and his ears, the vet asked if my dog could have a treat. Assuming she meant at an appropriate time, I agreed. Not only did she give him a rawhide which I don't agree with, but she tried to take it from his mouth moments later. We found out that my rescue dog is aggressive over high value treats. The real problem began when she stacked his triggers by bending down immediately after his warning at which time he got more aggressive. This is well known dog behavior, and something every dog owner should know not to do, but especially a trusted professional. The vet presumably read my dog's chart that should have said his history with us, including how long we have had him and that he is a rescue of unknown background. I do not agree with this vet's dog handling. I think a veterinarian should know not to approach a dog who is in a new situation and has already warned them. I think a vet should read the history and chart and make sure they ask the right questions if they don't know the dog's history. I was actually going to give them another chance, thinking my dog might be having a health issue causing his anxiety. When I called, we were asked to drug him with trazedone, and my dog and us as owners were blamed for his "outburst." After speaking to many other professionals over the last week, we've determined that it is the vet's fault, and I am really upset that we had to go through all this stress as a family because of her mistake. I have found another vet and we are in training with a professional to work on my best friend's new anxiety that unfortunately came home with him after this visit. He is doing better now, but I would consider other options before going to Hilton Veterinary Clinic. Especially if your furry friend has an unknown history or known behavioral needs.

The entire staff was super sweet to my dog Oscar. Made us feel welcome and gave him lots of treats during the visit.

Unless your animals tell you they’re going to be sick or injured 3 months in advance, good luck. They also like to add stuff to the bill without asking. The last time we were in for something small, they added flea/tick and heartworm medicine. I never asked for it and my dogs were already on preventative care. They never discussed my bill, just called and gave me a total. It seemed extremely high so I had to ask for an itemized receipt and noticed all the add ons. When I asked why these were on my bill the receptionist never gave me an answer and said she’d remove them (still ended up with heart worm because she couldn’t figure it out) It wasn’t until I left this practice that I realized they were over charging for literally everything. My wallet and dogs are much happier now that we’ve left.

Back in June we visited here for the first time. Based on reviews it seemed like this was a great place to go... boy was I wrong. The room we were put in looked and smelled like it has not been cleaned. Within 30 seconds of the Vet entering the room she made comments that my dogs teeth would need to be removed, which is not true, did not introduce herself to me and went right up to my dog and started feeling all over her not making sure she was comfortable with her or anything even though this was our first time. I had explained my dogs anxiety of other people and being separated and that this was why we were coming here because I could come in with her, and what a disappointment that was. I asked a few questions to the Vet and she literally ignored me looked right at me and then back at the dog, and I know she heard me. I kind of just stood there shocked. I expressed my concern to the receptionist and nail groomer who were clearly worn out from the situation in which they responded "oh she'll email you the details"...2 months later still no email. Seriously what kind of place runs like this?!

The folks here are so nice and really committed to taking care of animals. They did an excellent job of ensuring my cat didn't get stressed out. Easiest vet visit of her life!

I took my girls Lilly and Molly in today for the first time for a yearly checkup. I made the appointment early last month and the person I spoke with to make the appointments was very friendly and answered all my questions. Today during their checkup, all the staff I met were extremely courteous and friendly. They were gentle with my girls and I am extremely happy with everyone at this vet. As long as I stay in the area I will be back! Thank you!

Now that we've found Hilton, our pups are not stressed about going to the vet! All of the staff are amazing, and treat our buds with the same care + patience every time we're there. One of our dogs has terrible anxiety about pretty much everything, but has no problem leaving our side once we're at the office. (Our special needs guy is head over paws for Kelly!) They listen to every concern and have never forced our dogs into situations that would produce extra anxiety - even if it means a nail trim takes an extra 20 minutes. We've been going here for 3 years and will continue to do so for all of our pets ????

Hilton Pet Vet provides great care for my 3 year old golden doodle. The staff is great about squeezing us in to be seen for emergencies as needed over the past few years!

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and attentive before the pandemic. Last year I took my cats in for an exam, obviously they were still having us wait in the car while they took our pets in. When they finally took my cats in after about an hour, they called me multiple times from inside to repeatedly ask me what shots my cats needed. They both needed routine vaccines. They asked me so many times what each cat needed that I am not sure they both received what I asked for, and my bill did not reflect what I asked for. Someone called me the next day to apologize and said “if I wanted to visit a new vet they would understand”. I thought that was an extremely rude apology. Now it is one year later, I just received a notification that my cat is due for his rabies vaccine, when I told them last year I wanted the 3 year vaccine. My flea medicine prescription request was just denied because I haven’t seen them yet this year. I tried to call today and they answered and put me on hold before I could even say yes or hello. I don’t know what happened to this clinic, but their customer service and organization is absolutely horrible. I will be finding a Mew vet now.

Unless you have a routine scheduled appointment they will absolutely not fit you in. What is the point of having a regular vet if they will never see you when you need it most… ☹️

Edited: I do apologize but while I was admittedly upset for your error - there was no profanity. I had called you and emailed you the record when I returned home and was not offered a waived vet fee for this inconvenience when spoken to, only argued with by your office with a condescending tone. Also you are wrong in what I was quoted over the phone. I was told I could expect to be charged a certain amount and it was more than double when I was shown a bill today. You may want to work on your customer service because not everyone has a budget that could afford the over pricing of your fees. Thank you for your response! Brought my dog in as a first time client last year for her shots. Everything seemed to fine until I ran into an issue where they did not properly record her second booster shot. I had to get a copy of her booster record for the groomer and they said that I didn't come back in for her second set of shots when I did. They finally found the record and claimed they would correct it and they even emailed it to me and sent it in the mail. So today - I made a wasted trip today to take her in for her second set of shots and they were again missing the record and wanted to charge me over double of what was discussed on the phone saying that I needed to get those shots again because they had no record of them. I became upset because what kind of place is this? Think twice about taking your pet here - if they can't keep track of their records imagine what else is wrong with this place.

First visit not a complete exam. Had to call for results a week later as I did not receive. Confusion. Attitude from them when i called. Called me after this post and gave me more attitude. I won't be going back.

I had a emergency situation with my grand dog Ace and they waited for me to get there. It was a very sad situation and the Vet explained everything that was going to happen. The veterinarian and staff showed me a lot of compassion. I also want to thank Kelly for helping me in a time of need. I highly recommend them!!

Been coming to Hilton Pet Vet for roughly 2 years and I'm thankful for them. Cannot appreciate them enough. Called in because I'm anxious about an upcoming vet appointment and how I can ease my kitty's comfort in the mean time and they bumped his appointment up. My other kitty has been there multiple times and I'm not sure why but she's a stinky girl who always comes out smelling amazing. I can tell they put in a ton of effort to ease your animal's anxieties too.

We’ve been going to Hilton since they opened and love the doctors, vet techs and everyone in their office. They’re professional, kind and thorough in their care. I’d like to leave some feedback that I think speaks directly to their character. The past year with the pandemic has hit everyone hard. I sent Hilton a private message that I was disappointed and upset with several things that we had experienced in the last year when attempting to be seen in their office. I received a call from the clinic manager, Dawn. She was apologetic, grateful we continued to use their services despite a bad experience and offered solutions. I’d encourage anyone who is dissatisfied to consider giving 1:1 feedback before leaving a bad review. I’m very satisfied with their response. I’m happy that we could resolve our concerns and can continue to receive great care. Thank you Dawn and everyone at Hilton!

I can't say enough wonderful comments about Dr. Betsy Schnur and Dawn!! Our two dogs used to hate going to the vet but not anymore since we found these two! Dawn is a wonderful, gentle human who loves my little doggies so much. She always keeps them calm and treats them so well. Plus she sprays cheese wiz on the walls for the dogs to be distracted during their visits!! They leave with the fullest little bellies!! Dr. Betsy has saved our life! She truly saved our beagle/foxhound mix Cooper! He is like our Benjamin button... the longer he sees Dr. Betsy the healthier he gets. She took one look at him and knew what was wrong with him and our last vet had missed diagnosed him for over a year. No ill feelings towards our previous vet but we will never leave Dr. Betsy! She is kind, sweet, very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her patients!!

I understand with Covid things are especially difficult but making an appointment in advance, taking off work and showing up early only to call to check in and be told you don’t have an appointment is beyond frustrating. I don’t have the privilege of PTO and had to sacrifice my work day for nothing. I was not offered any alternatives like trying to find an appointment in the near future or a coupon or something off flea control- any kind of gesture would have been appreciated. But alas, nope. Just want to clarify as to your response, I'm really not an unreasonable person. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes (checked my call log), there was plenty of time to offer some kindness. Also, the logic of you thinking I may have called the wrong vet, well there isn't any of it. Yes, it had been a while since he'd been seen, hence me making an appointment. All of which I had spoken to the receptionist about. This just seems like more skirting of responsibility for an error on your end. Anyway, Greenfield Animal Hospital got me in within a week of me calling and muh boy has a clean bill o' health.

Our cat, Pigeon, is the quintessential “scaredy-cat,” but he adores the staff here and so do I! Every single person I spoke to or interacted with was friendly, kind, and a joy to work with. I promise I’ll never take Pidge anywhere else!

These people were kind and friendly when everything was perfect and were only needed a few heart worm and fea pills, but things changed. After my pet had an emergency surgery in another city, they weren’t helpful with the return to normal. Which was little, but still worth noting. I tried to make an appointment a different time and the woman accused me of going to other vets and that she doesn’t have all my pets info because I did that.. it was an emergency surgery, and they did have all my information.. She was very rude. Called to tried to just order my pets pills online because I didn’t want to used that vet anymore and the woman this time is as also very rude a dismissive. I really didn’t ask them for much even after the surgery but I did want a experts opinion which is why I was paying them, but I did feel attacked when they didn’t even have their facts straight.

Fantastic service and care! Very happy with our decision to use this vet. We made our appointment a little less than a month ago, but it was well worth the wait. The staff are very friendly and the dog doctor (Vet) took the time to explain all their recommendations to me. Really liked that the vet was familiar with the area and made treatment suggestions based on this knowledge. While COVID made it so that I couldn't be in the room, I didn't have to worry about our pup (Ginsburg) being scared as they have a fear free guarantee. Because of this, I'm sure Ginsburg will not be sad to visit the vet again for her follow-up.

Been taking my kitties here for just over a year now. Haven't run into any issues or problems with staff/ vets ect. Everyone is very friendly & the vets take the time to go over everything with you and answer any questions! Things have also be running smoothly with the new covid rules!!

Took my cat here for the first time last week since we just moved in the area. My cat is very sassy and was already agitated from the 5 minute car ride to get to the vet. Dr. Betsy and the rest of the staff were incredibly patient and kind. When they say they practice fear free, they truly mean it! I've actually never seen my cat so relaxed somewhere that wasn't her home. And I really liked that they provided us an estimate for how much services would cost before we made any decisions. They were very clear with what our options were, and really cared that we understood we had choices. Also, my cat was behind on all her vaccines and they did not make me feel ashamed, or even pressure me to do them. They just let me know how much it would be and if it was safe to do them during that visit. So awesome! Thank you to all the staff there! You ladies rocked!
