Friendly, caring staff. Have used them for many years. They provide my pet with top-quality care and are very thorough when you bring your pet in for any type of visit. I’m not a fan of curbside service that most veterinary offices have adopted during the pandemic; really miss the days of walking in with my dog.

Very professional and caring nurses and doctors towards me and my cat Luna. Would recommend :)

Awesome Vet. Great service, the Dr. explains in details, attention to detail, my cats come home relaxed and happy afterwards. I'm very happy with Dr. Tate and staff. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience. Took my dog in to get some bumps on his chest tested for cancer. Vet proceeded to test everything else (bowels, blood , urine, other checkups) and left the room with my dog. Instead of the doctor, an assistant brought my dog back to the room without the doctor and told me everything came out normal. I asked the assistant if the doctor checked the bumps on my dog, and the assistant said no, and the doctor had already moved on to another patient. Waste of time and money.

Troy Vet is the best! We have been going here for 4 years and even though we moved and the location isn't as ideal for us we continue to bring our dogs here because of how wonderful everyone is. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly.

Female ran vet practice that I have been taking my pets to for years. Kind and caring, very knowledgable.

After many years we are leaving this practice. Long waits to see a vet and even longer hold times on the phone caused this move after more than a decade. Even though the overall care is good, I believe it is overpriced and the other aggravations make it not worth it. I'm giving three stars because it used to be better. I do not recommend this practice now.

The staff at this office went above and beyond and are very kind. I love how professional they are and I will continue to come to this office for my future pets.

This is Clarence at 16 years old. This place is the BEST

Second visit and was very disappointed. Waited 25 minutes before assistant came in to weigh and ask a few questions. Left the exam room and then came back and took my already nervous pup. A few minutes later I went to the front desk to see where my dog had been taken. They said he was taken back to the vet to be examined. After many dogs and vet appts I said I never heatd of such a thing. They said they would tell the vet and bring my dog back. A few minutes later they brought him back and I'm still not sure what happened. They said he was in the treatment room??? The vet would be in shorrly to examine my dog with me in the room. I guess they were reprimanding me for questioning why and where they took him because 25 minutes later still no vet to finish the exam. I decided my time was valuable and there are many better vets in the area so my dog and I left. Really surprised that there was no call to see what happened or to apologize. Already have 2 recommendations on new vets.

The vet in Florida said that my Akita was poisoned. Troy Vet Hosp. love my Kendra so they did some research. My Akita didn't need prescription dog food or medications. She had a genetic Akita blood anomoly, but she's fine. Troy Vet Hospital care enough to use common sense and research to properly treat your pet.

The vets and staff are so kind and helpful. We have taken our dogs here for years, and the staff is amazing. They are overly accommodating for our dog who has a hard time visiting the vet. Can't say enough good things about this group of people!

Dr Tate is amazing! She took such good care of my cat who suffered from a botched spay and laid everything she was doing out to me and gave me instructions on aftercare and didn’t send me home dissatisfied or worried. Good prices. The vet techs are all super nice. It’s clear to me that this place isn’t about the money like a lot of others. I will be back.

All my friends and family bring their pets here for the great care they receive. My dog gets excited when she sees the front door. I drive over 45 minutes just to go here for the service.

Dr. Tate was amazing. She only met my cat one time, because I came to her for a second opinion... but I truly admire her. She was able to help get me answers and the closure I needed. I came to her at a very difficult time, and she went well above and beyond her call of duty. I am truly grateful for her help, because it made a very hard decision a little easier.

Dr. Tate is the best! She's so knowledgeable & compassionate to our furever companions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

staff seems very friendly..dr. tate was very good. she took her time with my friend and answered every question and addressed every concern. she also took the time to speak with me about my pup. she will be our new vet.

Great exotic doctor. We drive 35 minutes to get care for our rabbits and guineas.

I have a different vet but needed/wanted a second opinion. This vet was extremely through. My dog has many food allergies and I had tried about 10 different foods over the last couple years. My own vet never suggested this one prescription food and Troy was the first vet to recommend it for my dog (The Hills z/d). It’s been a dream with my dog since! Eating her food without an stomach problem. They were so friendly and I’ll definitely be back there for any issues. The rooms are super small though, so not much room to move around, but that’s a non-issue; just figured I’d mention it.

Outstanding care for your pets

I have never seen my dog excited to go to the vet before we started coming here. He runs right up to the front door. They are so nice to him and have provided wonderful medical care. I really feel that they have his best interests at heart!
