They have helped get my pup get back his health. My 9 year old is acting like a pup again

I have been taking my dog to see Dr. Sheppard since 2018, and I highly recommend. Dr. Sheppard treats with a holistic approach, go in open minded and trust the process. I don't trust many people with my dog, but I trust Dr. Sheppard. My dog has always had bad allergies and itching problems. Our traditional vet just wanted to mask the symptoms of his allergies. Where as Dr. Sheppard found what Kayden was having sensitivities too, and used diet and supplements. Kayden is doing great now with his itching! I also love how Dr. Sheppard takes the time to explain everything to you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Not everyone is perfect, but if you make a mistake a simple, "I'm sorry" would go a long way instead of projecting your unstable emotions onto a customer who's animal died. If you're limited by not using x-rays then let people know.You don't even respond to the email or offer a refund for the office visit? Nice try guy...

Our pup was having trouble with food, lots of throwing up and we couldn't pin point what the problem was. Dr. Sheppard figured out she's allergic to chicken and that was a game changer. We also love knowing she's getting all the nutrition she needs with supplements and food. Her coat is so soft and healthy, more so than her litter mates who we still we from time to time. I know it's because her diet is working so well for her. Thank you Dr. Sheppard and to everyone who works there, y'all are the best

Dr Sheppard and his staff are great my pups enjoy going and Dr Sheppard has been able to help them all in there own special problems a couple with ear issues and few with food alligries. Me and my husband are very greatful for him.

This place is fantastic and I don't even own any pets. They carry natural products for pets and humans and the staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. Very caring place.

I have been trying to call this place all day and no one has been around to answer the phone. This may be a vet emergency and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Great to know that there is someone to answer phone calls for emergencies!

Dr. Sheppard and his staff have been nothing but the best for my fur babies health. Before discovering their office I took my dog to a traditional vet for years. During that time my dog was experiencing many issues (over weight, partially torn ligament in his knee, allergies, hip problems, etc.). He has been seeing Dr. Sheppard for over 2 years now and has never been in better health. He is at a healthy weight, his torn ligament is fully healed, his allergies are much better, and his hip problems have disappeared. My dog is terrified of the traditional vet yet he is always calm and comfortable at Dr. Sheppards office. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard to anyone and everyone! The staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and has done wonders for my dogs health.
