They usually do a good job with my dog, but a little pricey.

This was our first time taking our 11 year old golden doodle to Troy Grooming. The groomer followed our instructions exactly as given. We are pleased with the results and will be bringing her back.

I highly recommend Troy Grooming! Michelle does a great job with both our dogs and we are always satisfied. All the staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and safe. The haircuts last and they always come out smelling fantastic. They listen to the customer and set realistic expectations on what to expect. Prices are competitive with the going rates. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

We gave the groomer specific instructions on how we wanted our dog groomed, but they did not listen AT ALL. They shaved his fur way too short for his breed making him uncomfortable in any weather. When he was returned to us, his private parts were extremely irritated from the experience, when there was no need to shave the area. He was also never taken out to use the bathroom while being there for six hours. We will not be returning.

Our dogs look fantastic every time we visit. Both pomeranians have different style coats, and they work with both flawlessly. We will definitely be returning!

First time going to this groomer yesterday was referred by someone who used to work with the owner. COULD NOT be happier!! The store was clean, staff was super sweet and attentive to my requests and the owner cashed me out and was so incredibly nice and welcoming!! My pet looked amazing and never seen her so happy at the groomer!! Highly recommend!!!

I wasn't impressed with the grooming for much as it cost. Even though he was matted and needed to be cut low that was a half done job. I won't be back

I was so nervous taking my dog to a groomer. My dog has a lot of anxiety around water, and is not calm in grooming situations, and is VERY fussy. But I was extremely lucky I found this place first from a referral. This place has been extremely clean, responsive, attentive, and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. Michelle gracefully and patiently took my Aussie into her hands, and she has managed to make each experience better than the last. He is getting better with trusting her after each visit, and he ALWAYS has the biggest smile on his face whenever I pick him up! The only thing I will say is they do get extremely busy, especially around holidays. It’s kind of impossible to book a last-minute appointment. I always book my appointment a few weeks, if not months in advance. But even when they’re busy, their quality remains consistently great! If you want a place that will treat your dog kindly, and takes the time to listen to your concerns, then I recommend this place!

My dog always looks so cute! Like a little teddy bear ???? I bring her in every month and brush inbetween so she doesn’t get tangles. If you want a nice haircut make sure your dogs not all knotted up these girls aren’t in business to hurt your pet. They will brush your dog of course but knotts all over hurt the dog and they can’t always get those out. that’s why I bring mine on the recommended schedule. Trust me my dog was cut down once when I didn’t brush well but they will show you how to comb and brush if you truly want a poofy look. So happy with the services!

We've tried most of all the other groomers in the area and Troy Grooming is superior... It's like a spa for dogs. Highly recommend!

Very rude and unfriendly. In fairness, our experience may have been due to a bad employee and it may not be characteristic to the entire business. But I will not take any chances by going back.

They always do a excellent job on our standard poodle. Looks great every time. I feel comfortable going there as only one customer is allowed in at a time and everyone is wearing a mask. They are a 5 star place. I would recommend them.

I've been bringing my dog here for 4yrs now. After a traumatic experience at another pet grooming place I found Troy grooming, i explained to the owner what happened to my dog she was so caring! I love this place prices are reasonable and everyone is so nice and experienced.????????

They raise your price every year without notifying you. The last time they trimmed my dog it looked like they had literally spent about 10 minutes trimming his paws and didn’t do anything else. Liked this place but won’t be back based on their constant price increases and their willingness to charge full price for a poor job done. Save your money and find another groomer

This place is wonderful. Angela and her staff are the best. We've been taking our dog here for almost 4 years and he comes home looking like a show dog every time!

Been going here for a long time. Last 2 times, Ling still has hair around her butt that didn't get trimmed, her eyes teared up for 3 days after rcent visit. Not worth driving 1.5 hrs to have to trim it myself. It's too bad, this place used to b great.
