Super happy with GROOM A PET! They are amazing. We went in today for our appointment and one of our dogs was really anxious about a another dog in the lobby (in a crate) waiting to get picked up. The owners noticed and asked if we would like to come back later when they were only a few dogs left. They called me 15 mins before they closed and took care of both of our dogs and stayed late to take care of them. Our dogs look amazing! Oh! And I didn’t see any reviews about price. Our dogs are both short haired, one is 85 pounds, one is 60 pounds. They both got baths, paws, ears, nail trim.. everything except cuts and it was $50 each. So $100 and we tipped $15. Honestly, I expected to pay $65-$75 each for how great they looked. CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

Maybe I'm over sensative but wow! Picked up my dog after grooming and she smells like an ashtray...peeved at spending all that money for her to stink. People are super friendly and they did a good job, but can't get past the stink.I thought it was against the law to smoke in a business in MI, no?

Owner went out of her way to take care of my cat getting wax in tail , real close to closing time. Otherwise I'd have to have taken him to an emergency at a veterinarian hospital. Costing probably hundreds of dollars.

Have a Coton and took there for a cut. Came back looking like a poodle. I could live with that but they cut the hair on the left side of his head too short. Plus he had three cuts on his skin. Would not go back and will not go back!

My Dog came back looking a mess lol like he didn’t look fresh at all. like he was uneven and I think they cut him cause there was blood on his ear ????

We're sooo happy with Murphy's haircut! "Perfect" is how I would describe it. This was our first time with Groom-a-Pet and we will definitely be back! Every other groomer has had trouble with using clippers on Murphy's front legs as he is sensitive in these areas... They had no trouble at all using clippers, where others have had to use scissors and he looks great! They also didn't mind my "extra" requests with a finer detailed cut! The price was much less than we'd anticipated as Murphy was well overdue for grooming! Thank you Groom-a-Pet! We have no trouble recommending you to anyone! See you soon.

They do a great job on my dog

I took my cat in for a lion cut / shave. They had her for 3 hours, never called me to say she was ready, I had to call them. The shave is choppy with several missed areas and her legs were not shaved at all. They are overpriced and slow. I was completely disappointed and will NEVER take an animal back there. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had called and was able to get my dog Tink in the next day. I was very happy with the service I received. She looks so cute.

I have been here 4 times and normally I am happy with the fast service. But today I picked up my dog and by the time we made it to my car, 2 of my dogs paws were bleeding everywhere. It was all over my seat, my shirt, my purse, and my car door. I caried him back in and she quickly applied a powdery substance to his paws and implied that it was only because of the sidewalk, and claimed no responsibility for anything happening during my dogs grooming. I am very dissatisfied and I will not be returning. My dog has been laying down, licking his paws and hasn't been himself since we came home. ????

Rocky struggles really bad getting his nails cut. It takes 3 of us. She is confident in her cutting. First time I took him, I gave him a pill. She said, I can do it without him loopy and she sure does. I tell everyone about her. In and out nail service. Timely in appoints.
