Awesome selection of puppies and staff were nice and knowledgeable about various pops we inquired about. We will be back in the near future.

My kids enjoyed spending time with the dogs. The staff is very knowledgable. Currently shoping for a Mini Schnauzer or a Cavalier dog. Plan to purchase within 1 month.

I walked in to be greeted by two of the cutest dogs, and a very stand offish employee who I had to speak first in order to even initiate conversation, and got a very dry hey. But after standing there for about 10 or so minutes while waiting to see if I could see a dog, she completely ignored the fact that I was standing there clearly interested in the dog, she proceeded her phone conversation. I walked out because what happened to customer service. I loved the dogs but I definitely will not be coming back.

Loud music and swearing near the food court, stay away. Staff and puppies wonderful at dog shop.

Over priced and will run your credit and not wait for the best rate but, which ever one comes first. Pressure sales and misguided information.

The poor dogs are in small boxes and look sad and abused. It's criminal how much they try to charge for dogs ... because hey just finance it! These people should be in prison.

Don’t buy puppies from here. There are multiple websites that prove this place buys their dogs from puppy mills and not breeders like they say!! Just do your research about this place.

I just love this place. For years I would visit the Family Puppy, just to get my puppy fix, lol. I would fall in love with the puppies that I would play with and go home depressed. My last visit to the Family Puppy was the happiest day of my life, I purchased my new baby Jake. The staff(Adam) was great and informative. Everyone at Family Puppy has always been very caring and patient with everyone who visits.

Was a great experience! Was able to finance the payments for my puppy! The only concerning thing is I had to have the company hold my dog over night and when I went back to pick her up they asked for no identification which is concerning for the future because someone else could have picked up my dog.

I love to come here and look at the puppies.

THEN THEY SELL IT OFF TO A COMPANY CALLED MONTEREY FINANCAL. I FOUND OUT TODAY THAT I BASICALLY SIGNED A LEASE. INSTEAD OF OWING THE AMOUNT I THOUGHT I OWED. IT'S TRIPPLE!! LIKE IN THE $6,000 RANGE. SHAME ON THE FAMILY PUPPY FOR DOING BUSINESS THIS WAY! DON'T GET SCAMMED! I DID!

I really wish people would stop buying from this store. Everyone that has done research into it knows that it’s a puppy mill. Go ahead and ask an employee which breeders they receive their puppies from and they won’t tell you.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, but the storefront that is worn down, small cages for the puppies, and unhealthy behavior. The golden retriever was emancipated and lethargic. We could barely get her to sit up and walk around. The bulldoodles were biting fairly hard and constantly fighting hard in their cages. They should be training them in store when they are teething. You can tell the dogs are getting socialized and are being taken out of their cages once in a while - all good things. Giving the dogs water through a rabbit water feeder is weird but to each his own. The cost is 2-3x more than you'll pay from a breeder from AKC. If you do a quick search there for the breed you are looking for you'll find a much larger selection of pups who are living with their breeders, parents, and siblings until they are ready to go home usually with better contracts. It's not hard to buy from a breeder. The extras you get from the store front aren't that much more than you'll get from a breeder. They are asking $5,000 for a golden, when you can get one from a breeder for $800-3,000 (most in the $1,800-2,500 range). I know they need to make money and pay for rent, food, medical care, and staffing, but this might mean that this just isn't the best way to get a puppy.

Puppies are unhealthy and overpriced. This place lets you sign a contract agreeing to monthly payments if you can't afford paying for the puppy all at once. There was a story on the news where a family was late on one payment and the store took the dog back. The news explained how it's in the contract when you sign it. How awful. Will never support this place.

The puppies are left in hot plexiglass cages with vents all night and most of the day. This is wrong! I came in thinking of buying a dog, but I would never support a place like this. These dogs are worth 3000$-7000$ but their locked up for the first 25% -50% of there lives. Treat them like you price them!! Support your local dog shelter or if you must have a full bread dog look into a dog breeder.
