My dog loves going there for daycare. He always comes home happy and tired.

When I boarded my beagle, I dropped her off with her bed and toys to keep her comfortable. My beagle is 9 and has never peed or pooped inside the house, much less her own bed. She is potty trained and will go every time she is let out. When I picked her up from her boarding her poor bed was soaked in pee, I had to throw it out and instantly buy her a new one there was no way I was going to be able to wash it and make it decent. This just tells me how poorly they took care of her. I will never be letting her stay in this place again. Terrible service, I'd give 0 stars if I could

I’m giving 4 stars now but I will update ASAP. I just dropped off my girl the date is 1/24/21. I’m might be back in a week or less. I took a tour and the place seems clean. No bedding so I’m glad I have my girls bed with me in the truck. I was actually in one of spaces. Climate control area, not hot, but thank it’s not Evan close to cold. The play area for the pets is good size and the last I dealt with seems knowledgeable and very nice. The last time I left her in a kennel, I was not happy and honestly I don’t know this place will be. I’m giving 4 stars now cause the place where the dogs sleep is clean and warm, staff is friendly, and looks good based what I seen. We’ll see how it goes.

We regularly leave our cats here and they're always very well taken care of. We thank Pet Suite Retreat for being such a wonderful place to care for our pets!

Big roomy area with windows and climbing toys for my cat to enjoy with other "house cats".People were great, I could call and check on my kitty daily. I'll be using the Pet Suite Retreat again!

I left my baby dragon there for a week and I'm not going to lie but I was VERY NERVOUS. It was my 1st time being away from him but I am glad he was kept in the hands of Pet Suit Retreat. They took very EXCELLENT care of him while we were out of town and they follow your routine very closely. They make you feel comfortable with their friendly attitude towards pets and their knowledge about the variety of animals they keep. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a pet baby sitter! Thanks you guys very much!!

Shave my lhasa apso, didn't ask first, granted he had knots, but they should be something you surprise someone with. Service was curt. Unapologetic. Was very unhappy with their service.

Went to pet suit Retreat today I was greeted by very nice people real pet people that care about your pet was giving a tour of the facility very nice big swimming pool for your dog beautiful backyard to run in very nice look forward to taking my princess there to have fun

I love the personal care given. Our Luna loves the swim classes and play time with other dogs.

I love this place! They take great care of my big old fur baby when we are out of town. I dont have to worry if he is being taken care of. They also have great prices on grooming and do THE BEST job on my dogs nails! No one else has ever gotten his nails looking this good!! Other places always leave them very long! I highly recommend this place!!!

I have taken my dog to daycare twice now and feel as though my dog is not being taken care of properly. The first time I brought him, he came home and went to the bathroom like he had not been out all day which I thought was odd but gave the daycare the benefit of the doubt that he was just excited and did not go. The second time I brought him I made sure to ask this time if he went or not and one of the three girls at the front desk told me that "he had not for her but knowing him, probably not." This is the second time I brought my dog and the first time I have seen you here, what is it that you think that you actually know about my dog and his behavior? Well, when I brought him home, once again he peed so much that instead of supporting himself he rested a leg on the ground frog style while he peed because he had to go so bad. He drank water like he had not had any all day and my heart is just broken that I have left him in such poor care. Each time I have picked my dog up, three people are in the reception area lounging and talking. They don't call back to anyone or radio back to anyone to bring the dogs up when you come to pick them up. This tells me that either A.) my dog is unsupervised during his play. or B.) He is in a kennel all day. I am willing to bet option B. I will be eating my losses in the time that I have purchased in advance and take him somewhere else where the staff actually knows the dogs playing with mine by first name when I ask, is making sure he is going to the bathroom, and that he has fresh water available. I am so disappointed because the location is perfect for where I work. However I will drive the extra time in the morning to find a daycare that will go the extra mile with my pup.

Never had issue with this place until recently. Me and my family have been bringing our dogs here for the last 5 yrs for boarding services at least 2 - 3 times a year. This time when my wife went to drop our 2 dogs off and she informed the staff assisting her that one my dogs was on medication that needed to be taken twice a day. She was told that there would be charge for giving medication to my dog because I guess it's difficult. My wife told the staff member that would not be necessary because she eats with her food and doesn't fight to take it. Now when I booked both of my dogs on separate days which was about a week apart, I was not told about the rate increase neither time. My wife picked up our dogs and was shocked when she found out much we were charged. After asking for a breakdown of the charges we found out not only has the rate increased but we also charged for the medication feeding. This upset my wife because she specifically told the staffer that was not needed because our just takes her medication without issues. They removed the charge but it did not sit well us. With the rate increase being not too long ago, I feel like it's a good business practice to let your returning customers know this before they board because if you dont then you take the decision to pay the increase out of their hands. Like I previously stated, I have never had an issue with this plane until now and because that I will not be returning.

We've taken our dog here for 2 years and he loves it here (we do too). The staff is wonderful and we've never had any issues with other dogs. Our dog looks forward to seeing his friends 2x week. Prices are good.

We left our 2 cats here for almost 2 weeks while we were camping in the U.P. we would have them stay here again.

My boys love it here. They've boarded twice, 5-6 nights each visit, and come outside with tails wagging. Can't say enough about the care they received and the amount of play time. Staff is very friendly and my dogs seem to really like them. Always excited when we pull into the drive. Going back again in a few weeks for another overnight stay.
