VERY clean store! Pets welcome. Great staff! Knowledgeable and able to make good suggestions. They have a bulk area for homemade pet treats. Ingredients listed. Pet beds, toys and grooming equipment. Huge selection of dry and refrigerated dog food. A small section for cats. Great store!

Trying to find convenient raw diet options for a GSD puppy into adulthood. Mainly to save space. However after seeing $30+ for 4lb bags... sorry not spending $900 a month on dog food simply for convenience when I can easily get over 70 lbs of raw foods from the store for under a $100. The math just doesn't make sense and I imagine they don't sell much to people who have larger dogs feeding raw 100%.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a MSU collar for my dog, so I got on their chat on their website. Received an email from Andrea showing pictures of the 2 styles along with pricing and Eta. I made my selection and was told it would be a couple of weeks. But it showed up a lot quicker than anticipated. Andrea you are awesome!!! and so is Pets Naturally!!!

Nice store. Super great staff. Very helpful and understanding with an exchange I brought without a receipt (I have worked retail, I know better lol) They took me to the part of the store I needed for my trip, and were super gracious when I knocked over a display of I think shampoo. If you like spoiling your pets, definitely worth a stop in and bring your credit card, you will find something you need or have to have.

Have been going to The Dogg Bakery for over 10 years and they never disappoint. My Dino lives there homemade cookies and bones.

Felt like I was dealing with a politician selling you on fear

This place is great! My aging pug does not have many teeth left and we decided to look for some dehydrated/freeze dried food choices that were nutritionally balanced. This place has a huge selection of food from dry to wet and fresh. They have all sorts of treats from their bakery next door as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Price is to be expected for the quality of food you are getting. They also have CBD treats....which i have purchased for the first time ever and what a positive difference it has made for my 13 year old boy! Great place! Check it out....the prices are worth my dogs well being.
