Diana's Personal Touch Boarding & Grooming Kennels Traverse City, Michigan

We've been taking our fur baby to Diana's for the last couple of months for nail trims since our vet no longer does nail trim only appointments. We never used a groomer, so this was a first for us. Our dog, Brandy, is a sweet, yet anxious doggo and wouldn't let us trim her nails. Kyrstyn has trimmed her nails every time and we love her! She's so patient and confident, it puts Brandy as ease. This business is run with the most care, professionalism, and the staff is wonderful! I have a very erratic job, and Diana's has been most helpful to me. I can not recommend this business enough. My dog always looks so beautiful after her grooming. Thank you, from my dog and myself.

DIANA'S CARES!!!! Simply, this is our feeling after suddenly needing to board our baby girl for 12 days. We were very concerned because she suffers from extreme separation anxiety. Not to worry, we called frequently to check on her and were always given thoughtful caring updates. The staff was always "on top of her condition", welcoming our calls We will use Diana's again with peace of mind.

We boarded our two dogs there for the first time. Their usual boarding place closed. We looked up Diana’s Personal Touch dog boarding and made a reservation. They were very polite on the phone and answered any questions I had. My dogs are my babies and I hate being away from them. We have a time share condo that doesn’t allow pets. I miss them so much when we are away from them. Diana’s was very nice as they greeted us as we came in. My dogs went right to them for the boarding which says a whole lot right there. I felt safe knowing my dogs were there and they felt safe too. They stayed for a week. I would highly recommend Diana’s for anything your pet may need. My dogs liked the people there which means I like the people there. Thanks Diana’s for taking good care of our fur babies. Michelle Ponke

NOW: Just went again. They are the best cat groomers I have ever known and that's from around the state I have been. Can't say enough. The best. ;-) REVIEW 4 YEARS AGO: I took my two cats there 8 yrs ago and had my tiny runt 5#, Himalayan shaved down in summer there. I never had one problem with them. A tiny nick or whisker clip happens. It the problem with grooming cats, they have paper thin skin and wiggle A LOT. They took care of any tiny boo boo properly, as good as, a vet would. I am sorry but oops happen. If u can't handle it go learn how to do it yourself then. You'll know then. Its a lot harder than dogs. I am bringing my newer two cats again next week for baths. I love how they treat my pets.

The employees and owner are so sweet. I’ve left my baby Honey here two summers in a row for day boarding and she has extreme separation anxiety and the staff is so patient and sweet with her. I will never board her anywhere else in Traverse City.

I took my dog to Diana's for grooming. I was very dissatisfied with both the grooming and my experience with this company. The details of my experience have been removed from this posting because the owner THREATENED ME WITH A LAWSUIT IF THE POSTING WAS NOT REMOVED. In my opinion, the response from Diana's Personal Touch only increases my overall negative experience.

I took my dogs here over Memorial Day weekend for boarding, everyone was super nice and professional. The facility was very clean and inviting to my dogs. Before I came to pick them up I had them groomed and the groomer did amazing. They were so happy they didn't want to come home! Overall highly recommend Diana's I had an amazing experience and I knew my dogs did!

Whenever I have to travel, there is no place I would trust with my dog other then Diana's!! My dog has been seeing Dianna and her awesome people for almost 2 years and every experience has been wonderful! The groomer is awesome and does great work. There is no better place in Michigan to groom or board your dogs!

I took my cat here. They took good care of him overnight. He doesn't do well with strangers. But he did fine. Very clean place. Very helpful people and friendly . I would recommend this place

Very friendly and they do an amazing job. They are animal lovers and I never worry leaving my pup in their hands. I have never had a bad or so so experience with Diana's. Give em a try and I promise u wont be disappointed.

I have taken our small dogs to Diana's Personal Touch Grooming for many years, they have been most attentive to our dogs needs and our time schedule. I highly recommend their friendly services and like their name states, they give their "Personal Touch" to the care and safety of each animal that arrives. How could you ask for more for man's best friend?

We adopted a Husky whose fur needed some serious TLC. The staff were welcoming and did a great job! Kara smells great and hasn't shed in the house for 2 weeks straight! I'll be a customer for life!

Diana did an AMAZING job with our French Bulldog's grooming. He is a very particular dog and hates getting his nails clipped...i mean HATES. She took extra care to soothe him during the process, keeping his airway open. No leads, two people handling him so that he could be carefully and kindly restrained while clipping his nails. We approved her using treats to keep him quiet as well - which he clearly loved. We have also used Diana's boarding services, and I think our dog likes her better than us after he comes home. He's French after all so he likes some pampering =) I would highly recommend Diana's personal touch. She and her staff are knowledgeable and flexible with your needs.

The women who work there are great! We took got our dog in today because our normal place was closed. His nails needed to be done. They got us right in ! Our dog was being a angry mutt. So we muzzled him and she clipped his nails and cleaned his ears. I really appreciate small businesses like Diana's Personal Touch dog grooming. I would highly recommend this place.
