Dr.Marr and the technicians always take great care of our pets, and are really helpful when explaining things and answering our questions. The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly, and we have never had a long wait time. They have very reasonable prices for quality care. This is the best clinic we’ve ever used, and I would gladly recommend you to anyone who needs a vet!

Both Dr. Marr and Dr. Jossens have gone above and beyond to research and consult with colleagues when my puppy presented with strange symptoms. They don't over-test and always provide a variety of cost-effective options. The vet techs and front desk staff are always incredibly friendly, even when they're completely slammed with the high demand for services in this area.

I have been bringing my pets to Grand Traverse Veterinary Hospital for nearly a decade. Having experienced several veterinary clinics throughout Traverse City - this is the BEST! Even with two ownership changes, the quality of care has not changed. Dr. Jossens is such an amazing veterinarian for my 3 dogs and I highly recommend her for your pets care, too!

This is coming from Denver CO where Dr Marr came from. We cannot stress enough how compassionate he was with our dog Asher. He was even better with us and our concerns throughout his illness. Even gave us his personal email when he left in January. You cannot go wrong with him and I would assume his fellow vets.

Dr. Jossens took care of our dog Charlie right till the end - very compassionate person - we could tell she truly loves animals and knew what we were going through - all the staff are very good.

I believe the clinic is being run by compassionate caring veterinarians, I took my older cat in because of hard stool. They checked him out for that and then went ahead and did blood work I didn't request. This pretty much doubled the bill. He is seventeen years old and checking him for diseases or conditions that are beyond my abilities to deal with or to finance was in my opinion not a good decision. I should have been asked if I wanted those tests done.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Krzynski! The care is always top notch and it is obvious to see how much he loves animals. The whole staff is wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic.

Kind, knowledgeable, and considerate with your animals stress during exam. We found all the staff to be incredible and supportive.

Dr.Joss was so wonderful with our big dog, we were nervous about leaving him overnight for a surgery the next day, and she personally took care of him up until she left, took him on a walk and played with him in the building while he would have probably been alone in a cage otherwise. She was incredibly kind and informative during the whole process. We are so happy to have found this place. The entire office staff was so nice and welcoming.

I'm always amazed on how well Dr Jossens takes care of our Goldens health. She's extremely intelligent, and, has a wonderful personality. She has taken care of 3 generations of our dogs and always showed compassion. We have been fortunate to find her years ago, and, I would never switch veterinarians.

Doctors are personable and treat the animals well

Our veterinarian since moving to Traverse City in 2003 has been Dr. Marianne Jossens, a truly special and dedicated professional. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Kaczinski have also cared for our dogs on occasion and both are excellent. The staff is also very caring and personable.

Talk about a friendly and caring staff. Not only did they pay attention to how long of a drive I had, but everything was explained to me on how things would be done. At this point I don't care that its a long drive. They were more willing to talk about the care of my dog. I've had several vets turn me down due to the kind of injury my dog has. So if you are looking for a vet, this is the perfect place to go. Clean, caring and helpful people. It can not get any better then this. Thank you.
