They are absolutely amazing with the animals! They are very compassionate, helpful and professional!

Of all the places I’ve had my dog groomed, this is the only one where my dog is completely happy and relaxed when I pick him up. At one point, he was so excited to get groomed, he went to the back without saying bye. We live in NY now and come back every so often for his full grooming. The prices are reasonable and we always leave with multiple bags of goodies we shopped for while waiting.

The staff at Lakeside are excellent. Good communication and they did a great job with my pup Madison. Highly recommended!

I have been a client for the past 6 months and the quality is consistent, the price reasonable and usually run on time. It is fairly easy to get an appointment within a week.

Very professional and quick. We took our nervous nelly GSD for a nail trim and they did a great job. Definitely will be back.

They did my Giant schnauzer right. Not everyone can. She's gone now. But I have a European line that's very demanding and aggressive, so we'll see how they handle her. If they do, I'll give 5

They are so sweet, and do such a great job! My dog is kind of a lot to do deal with and he's VERY hairy and sheds a lot. The price is good and they do a fantastic job

Very gentle with my anxious dog . Did an amazing job. Price is very efficient. Took about 3 hours but didn’t hike up price for additional time. My dog was very calm when he got home. Highly recommend anyone to take their pet, will bring him back in future. So pleased to find excellent groomer first shot , specially being new to this area. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. The young lady that groomed my SABR(cat), did such an awesome job. My son and I was very pleased and our little girl loves her new look. She purred and played all evening and that hadn't happened in a long time. Many thanks ????

I bring my boy nimbus here every 3 to 4 months. They make him look perfect every time and he's usually matted pretty bad. They never have had to shave him. His cut is always perfect.

Love this place! Walk in nail trims and of course the BBNE every once in awhile. Clean, professional and the prices cannot be beat.

I've been taking my boxer mix there for his groomings and nail trimmings for months and they always do an amazing job with him. They always seem so happy to see him and make him feel pretty comfortable. He always looks and smells amazing when he gets out of his grooming appointments. I've also bought a lot of toys and bones from there because they have great prices.

We have a resched 100 lb disabled Great Pyrenees from a terrible hoarding situation that is TERRIFIED of bathes. We called 50+ groomers that refused to take him because he is an extra large tripod. We called lakeside and they took us no problem and said that “they don’t discriminate”. That immediately made me feel so much better. We drive over an hour every three months to have him groomed. They are so good with him even though he is a tough case. Amanda is awesome and this is the only place we trust our special boy with.

My dog encountered her first skunk and I bathed her and she still had the linger of skunk on her face. I called Lakeside Dog Grooming from Kim Grose referral. They got me in right away, handle my dog with care because she is a dog with high anxiety and separation issues. I'm planning on bringing her in every other month or so for a spa day. Thank you

Good job on my cats grooming, timely as well. The reason for only 4 stars is that $75 dollars to groom a cat that was groomed there only 2-3 months prior is expensive

That was the first time i had my puppies there and Loved it. And will be back. ????

Went in for a nail clipping. I heard my dog Yelp behind the door where they took her. When I got her home I noticed her limping pretty badly on her right paw. I'll never come back!

Not totally happy with our experience this time. Took our dog for grooming, nail trim and teeth brushed. She didnt get washed, we explained how we wanted her tail hair cut and was not done correctly. Are bill was $10 extra. Left a nice tip anyways. Not sure that we will return.

First time and first grooming of my fur baby. What a pleasant surprise. I will return! Until the passing of my wife. Her and I did all of our dogs. These people have shown a passion for my fur baby. THANKS!

Friendly staff but didn't care for the cut

I cannot say enough good things about annie’s work she did on my american akita, gunner. he’s 100 lbs and has been blowing his coat majorly - so he was extremely patchy. I picked gunner up with not an ounce of shedding hair to be seen. he was so perfectly brushed out, clean and fluffy!!! it was worth every penny I spent, which I felt was reasonable for his size (and how bad his condition was lol). I will definitely be bringing him back to see annie in the future ????
