Receptionists are so helpful when I made a new pet appointment and they were able to get both my dogs in to the clinic that same day! Thank you! Your later hours are great too.

This veterinary clinic is a well run machine. The women working behind the desks are efficient and pleasant. The doctor I am working with is knowledgeable and kind. The technicians I've met have all been pleasant. So they only reason for one less star is veterinary care has become so darn expensive. I can't seem to get out of the office for under $100 per visit.

Appointments are difficult to get so I've had to move my animals elsewhere. But they are fantastic and affordable

Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else, she's too important to me. Dr. Kreiger is my usual vet and he is the BEST!! Any vet that I have seen there has been not only knowledgeable but very compassionate and nice. The staff is always friendly and the care is top notch.

This has been my vet for almost 10 years but the last couple times I needed to get my dog in I have to wait 3+ months. Good thing Orchard Lake Animal Hospital has been able to get him in. This evening I went to get some meds my dog need & I can't get them till my dog is seen by them but he just got everything done by Orchard Lake Animal Hospital & they sent over the paperwork to show that. I'm not paying another $400 to do something I just had done. I still can't get my dogs meds. If you can't count on a vet when your pet really needs one & you have to keep going to a different vet what good are you? Don't worry Orchard Lake Animal Hospital appreciates your business. So I'll just take my pets there & that's where I'll recommend people to take their pets.

Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights does a wonderful job! They know you are trying to care for your pets and don't try to overcharge you because of it. They are responsive and caring. We appreciate all their staff.

This is the best Veterinarian office in the Metro Detroit area. They are very reasonably priced, the building is always clean and the staff is attentive and kind! My wife and I take our cats there. Dr. Jamie is wonderful. She has a calm demeanor that our cats love. She puts all of us (cats included) at ease and is a incredibly knowledgeable! I feel so lucky to have a veterinarian like her and my wife and I completely trust her too. I drive 30 minutes each way (while listening to my cats complain) just get this kind of service!

Highly recommend. Veterinarians are honest & caring, services are reasonable & staff are super nice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The staff is the best

My dog Jake loves Dr. Jeremy Krieger. The first time he met him the Dr. sat on the floor with my 150 pound Rottweiler and let him lick his face. The prices at this office are so much cheaper than other veterinary offices. The staff is polite and professional. We have recommended this vet to all of our friends and family.

Not bad Veterinarian was great! But do not understand why it takes 3 months to get an appointment and why they would call and tell me my dog needs his rabies shot to find out when I get there he really didn't need it for a couple more months??

I’ve been taking my 3 shitzus here and could not be happier. The vets are amazing, it has competitive fees, but most importantly they fill prescriptions easily and leave any message I want to convey to my dog’s particular veterinarian. My senior dog has been treated by specifically Dr Beseke for the last 3 years and Dr Beseke responds to many questions I leave with the office staff, has fit my senior in for emergent visits, and is not only professional but empathetic.

They never answer the phone and are extremely over booked. Customer service is poor.

My dad had an appointment here scheduled for months. He was 5 minutes late because he got stuck in construction traffic. They told him they couldn’t see him. Then my mom called and complained and they told her he was 15 minutes late. It’s upsetting they weren’t understanding. It’s more upsetting that they called him a lier. He’s the most honest man i know and would not lie.

Nice friendly place I've been taking my dogs here for years was glad to be back with my new ones. They gave all three individual attention and focused on what each one needed

A full service clinic filled with caring Veternarians and support staff who evaluate and treat our pets plus .. .. .. take time to answer owners questions. I've happily been a customer since 2004.

The staff could not have been any kinder to us as we had to let our sick kitty go. They made a very sad situation easier.
