Advanced Animal Hospital Sterling Heights, Michigan

It took me almost a year to write this but I wanted to recognize how wonderful Dr. WIlson and his staff were to us during a very difficult time. Our dog became acutely ill and was unfortunately found to have a terminal illness. The staff was outstanding providing the most caring and professional service. The office fit us in the same day for an emergency appointment. The girls ( I wish I could remember their names) taking the history and at the front desk were so kind, helpful and comforting. Then we spoke with Dr. Wilson who provided a clear and concise assessment discussing our options and potential outcomes. Dr. Wilson was so knowledgeable, professional and compassionate . We never felt rushed in our decision. I can't say enough about how impressive this office is. We will forever be thankful we chose this Vet. Thank you again to Dr. Wilson and his staff for your service. Please know you made a significant impact and a lasting impression during the most difficult of times.

Our puppy got spayed in July by Dr. Wilson. She recovered very quickly. He did a great job. The Doctor as well as the staff are very kind and professional and we recommend them highly,

This place is ridiculously expensive every time I bring my pup for a simple check up they always try to add on an additional $300 worth of services. They wouldn’t even give us the Flea & Tick medication for our Pup because we couldn’t afford the fecal exam that they randomly decided to add on. They just want your money here.

I had to put my Baby Lulu down there on July 8th 2021. I would like to thank the lady's that stayed with Lulu to comfort her til the end, I got to spend 20 to 25 minutes with Lulu before cause I couldn't watch her go to sleep for the last time. Amanda was with her and told me Lulu went happy and was giving her non stop kisses with her tail wagging. Thank you again for being with my Baby Lu. God Bless

Everyone was so nice here and treated my cat so well! Dr. Wilson answered all my questions thoroughly and was very kind. I would absolutely recommend this animal hospital to anyone with pets.

I have taken all of my pets to Advanced Animal Hospital. Every experience has been positive. The staff are always wonderfully friendly, the vets and techs are thorough with their exams and discussing your pets health with you, they talk to you about treatment plans and options and make sure you are fully informed so you can make the best decisions on treatment. They are also quick and efficient. It’s been the same veterinarians ever since I started taking my dogs and cats here in 2012/2013, which says a lot about the practice. My first experience was when my dog bit a dog I was sitting for and his poor ear wouldn’t stop bleeding—they were able to get us in immediately and took great care of him. One of my dogs had skin cancer and they were able to remove all of it and make sure he stayed healthy, I was very impressed with the care he received before, during, and after surgery. I have also brought my cats in and they were treated well, too! Like I said, every experience has been positive, from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the appointment itself and after care. I couldn’t be happier with Advanced Animal Hospital.

My girl, Lola, needed support for her arthritis. The Doc and staff at Advanced Animal Hospital were very responsive, detailed and helpful. She was placed on medication and is doing excellent. The change has been wonderful for her! I highly recommend Advanced Animal Hospital to help your pets overcome challenges that may prevent them from enjoying a healthier and happier life.

Our dogs, Max and Peanut, are part of our family and Advanced Animal Hospital treated them both as if they were also their family. Dr. Wilson gave us excellent feedback and the staff was very friendly and professional. Our health and safety was their number one concern.

They take great care of my puppy. They always let me know what they're planning before they do it and how much each thing costs ahead of time. Still not allowing people in at this time. You sit in your car and they call u to discuss things on your cell.

We love Advanced Animal Hospital! The staff is awesome, the vets and techs very knowledgeable. They got us in quickly when our kitty ate a hair tie and were able to help him, relieving a lot of stress for us.

They treated my feline scared me half to the great beyond and she is recovering yet!

A bit more expensive than some other veterinary clinics, but always professional and always available for an appointment even during the pandemic. They take good care of animals here.

They do a wonderful job but they charge a million dollars. It cost me more to take care of my two dogs than it does my own body in a year. I'm going to have to find another vet because they're just way, way out of my price range. $651 last May for one dog, today they wanted to charge me $911 for two dogs, and we settled on 625 for two dogs. And they told me that they insist on 6-month cleaning for their teeth. I'll be finding a new vet. The staff is wonderful, the vets are wonderful, but the prices are out of this world!

My new fur baby doc!! Extremely compassionate with the let go of my daughters therapy cat. The process was serene for her, and it was done quick n efficient to cause a comfortable atmosphere for our furbaby!! Love them.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! I have entrusted my babies care in Dr.Wilson's hands for the last 7 years. I was very happy with his care & didn't mind paying significantly more at this clinic due to the seeming compassion he had. I've now learned that they DO NOT care about my babies at all and are only concerned with making money! Firstly, when Covid hit, I was ostersized for being a Frontline health care worker and could not even bring them for curbside service. Today I requested a 5 minute call from Dr.Wilson to address a serious issue that has just transpired with my baby boy. After waiting 8 hours without a call, I called to make sure they didn't forget to tell him. I then received an impersonal text saying Dr.Wilson wanted them brought in. I re-iterated that I intended to bring them in but just wanted 5 minutes of his time. They are now closed 10 1/2 hours after my initial request for a call......and, no phone call. IT HAS BECOME APPARENT THAT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY & NOT MY BABIES, that mean the world to me! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU WANT A CARING PRACTICE!

I'm so grateful for this place and the staff they have. I live near Lexington and because of the Corona virus my local vet wasn't able to see my pet. Fortunately I was able to take her here. The staff was very nice even though they are working extra hard with a reduced staff do to the Corona regulations. Thank you so much for being available and so comforting in these tough times.

Great place! I really enjoy coming here! Great costumer service. I can totally trust my best friend will be in great hands. Also, great prices and smiles everywhere! I defiantly recommend this place.

All they want is your money. Been taking my dogs here forever. Dog has allergies that are normal. Called during this time to see if I could get something for my dog to take orally but they wouldn’t without doing a curbside appointment. No need to exam when they are the same symptoms as before.i explained that as I have autoimmune I can’t have my dog in contact with other people but the vet Dr. Williams, did not care. Run away from here

I only dealt with Dr. Wilson & Cristina but both were wonderful! They helped me to understand my situation, what i needed to do & put me at ease in trusting them with mu fur baby! Definately recommend this Vet!!
