Excellent Doctor and staff. Excellent service

Dr Patel is a very compassionate and caring Vet. The staff is also very good. Unfortunately, we recently had the first visit with the owner. He was rude and unprofessional when we merely questioned a $500 charge for diagnosing a flea prevention issue between Frontline and Bravecto medicine on our cat. He stated to go elsewhere and have our records transferred, which we will do after being a customer with several pets for 4 years.

Special shout out to Amanda who was so very helpful over the phone answering all my questions then again squeezing my sick pup in to be seen. Very thankful for the quick appointment to get my baby on the mend. We appreciate you all!

Great staff and prices are really good. Prices are just not as low as affordable vet care in Clinton township. But they couldn't help my cats due to being booked out and great lakes took me in the next day and then the same day!!! They are great

In my opinion I think they are quite pricey but they do seem to care greatly about the animals and especially caring if you have a pet that needs to cross the rainbow bridge.

Didn’t have to wait long to get in for an appointment. They are so good with my puppy as well as my older dog (who is not exactly the biggest fan of the vet). Wish I would’ve found them sooner!

They seem to be a decent vet. One of thing I don't like is they won't examine my pet I'm front of me. They are not the only vets that do that. But this does bother me alot. My dog is a senior dog and getting a few issues. In my opinion try them they are no better or worse then any other vet I tried. I have given them 3* because im still not sure.

Our babies always receive top-notch care at GLAH. The staff and veterinarians are so caring and compassionate. You can tell that they treat your pets as if they were their own and not as if you are just there to help pay their bills. Thank you GLAH!

The staff is extremely friendly and makes you and your pets feel welcomed. They are professional, very responsive, and make it easy to communicate and set up appointments. I would highly recommend using Great Lakes Animal Hospital for your primary pet care needs.

First time coming here after my regular vet couldn’t take my puppy because they were booked, and I just wanted to say that I loved my experience here. Office staff was so nice, and doctor Patel was so sweet and so caring, she really tried her best to figure out what was going on with my pup. I appreciated her time and her care. Switching to this office for life! Highly recommend!

GLAH was the only place I was able to get my dog into when I became concerned about some symptoms she was having. Doctor Patel was very thorough in checking my dog and explained everything I should know about her condition. I'm very glad I called them.

I was in a bind trying to find a vet that had an opening to take my sick senior cat to and every vet I called was booked months out and when I called Great Lakes Animal Hospital and told them her symptoms they gave me a next day appointment. Then within 15 minutes they called me and told me to bring her right in! Everybody from the front desk, Dr. Patel, and the technicians were very nice, polite, and easy to talk to! Dr. Patel explained everything thoroughly, was compassionate, and was very gentle with my stressed out vocal senior kitty! I appreciate them getting my furbaby in so quick and have definitely found a new veterinarian for any future needs!

Great Lakes Animal Hospital was able to get my feline in within a reasonable time unlike most of the veterinarian services when calling around. I was so distraught that I ended up simply writing an email to them. They emailed back within a matter of minutes with the earliest availability. They are very polite, professional, and caring. They are willing to do whatever you can within your budget. My cat was nuzzling Dr. Lucas (sp?) like she was his family. I cannot say whether or not this is a good value as far as prices go. I can say that I trust them and cannot wait to take my fur baby back for his check up!

We have used GLAH for a number of years now and have always been happy with the gentle and sincere care of these wonderful doctors and their staff. When faced most recently with a dire situation, they were able to get us in very quickly initially, and then each time that was needed after that. They truly went above and beyond for our pet - we will forever be grateful for their help and kindness through each step. We look forward to using them for all of our future pet's needs! <3

Everything was great. I had an emergency, I was in within a hour and a half. Fortunately it appears my cat ate something that didn't agree with her. Nothing serious

I had to take my little killer in because he was very itchy. Dr. Was good explaining everything to me and gave me options that could be taken. Herbie left there very happy and content. Very please with the care that was taken there.

They misdiagnosed my dog and made me miss critical time I could have spent with her or getting her help. They told me it was a problem with her legs because she wasn't walking. low and behold she had a brain tumor and I only found that out because I took her somewhere else. Thanks saini

We took our dog to this vet out of desperation because our usual vet was unavailable for the week. Harper had gotten sick and we called Great Lakes Animal Hospital and they accommodated us and were able to get us in. Not only was the doctor extremely sweet and kind to Harper, the staff were all so sweet to her when she wasn’t feeling so good. She ended up getting worse overnight after the visit so we called first thing in the morning and the vet called us back very promptly to address the new symptoms. We felt Harper was in the best of hands with this facility and will be taking her here from now on.

Absolutely love Great Lakes Animal Hospital — Dr. Saini and staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Saini always explains everything so well and is very knowledgeable. I am so glad to have found this place and feel my pets (2 dogs and a cat) are in the best care.

Dr. Saini was AMAZING. He was able to get my puppy in for an emergency when my current vet couldn't. When she needed after hours care and the wait at the ER was 4-5 hours long, Dr. Saini and Christina were willing to come in and perform emergency surgery on their own time. They treated our puppy like their own. Dr. Saini followed up over the weekend to make sure Remi was doing well. We were totally blown away by the care and compassion provided especially since this was our first encounter with Dr. Saini and staff. When I called to cancel our place in line at the ER, they were shocked and said this was unheard of that a vet would come in on his personal time and perform emergency surgery.

The Doctors and Staff at Great Lakes Animal Hospital are very professional, compassionate and caring and I appreciate all of them.

Everyone was very nice and Dr. Selina Lucas the fill in doctor was awesome and it was our first time going, very knowledgeable and patient and answer all questions. Took care of our boy.
