Have been taking my fur babies here for years now! They are the absolute best! Highly recommend!

I would never attend this vet even with a sewer rat….doc told me takes 24 hours for lab results was 2 whole days I call in the am they say “sorry the lab was just picked up” bad attitude from the staff and doc!

Wonderful Place! I got a same day appointment, which is really hard lately. The Dr was professional and great with our dog. Receptionist was nice and friendly. Our dog had an infected nail and we got meds and were in and out of there in under 30 minutes.

I had a good experience here. I brought my female kitten here for her spay and a microchip. Clean office, caring friendly staff, prices are not bad, and good parking. This vet office even has coupons in the local flyer, and lots of clinics don't offer that.

Cannot really comment much because their x-ray machine broke after we got there so they couldn't check our poor cat in pain. We had to go to an emergency clinic because non of the other clinics were able to take our cat that day. Thanks to Rose who works there, she took the initiative to call around and she was able to get us in just in time.

Everyone is so nice and we really like Dr. Patel!! Such good care and she explains everything. We found our new vet! Thank you for taking such good care of Ringo!

I’m extremely surprised this place doesn’t have 500+ reviews and 1 star. They have absolutely no care for animals, very cruel, cold service, and you get nothing for your money and they can’t communicate to you anything clearly AND they lied about the price over the phone. We took our baby puppy here today for 1 hour and tomorrow we have to find somewhere else to go because ANIMAL CARE HOSPITAL OF STERLING HEIGHTS DOES NOT CARE FOR ANIMALS OR PEOPLE.

terrible customer service. not willing to help with any post op stuff like an infection that my dog had. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Helped us and our dog..they examined her and infirmed us she needed an emergency procedure and where to take her to get that done.

They really take time to explain everything. They have a lot of patience and are great with my dog.

I took my Yorkie to this hospital and I was given misinformation and a misdiagnosis. They made it seem like the issue my Yorkie was having was a life or death situation. It had my whole family upset! And due to the information that was given to us, it had us scrambling to find a emergency hospital to get him into for immediate surgery. Because of the diagnosis the gave us. Not to mention they told us that in order for a surgery to be done he would also have to be groomed. So here we are searching for a groomer and a emergency hospital on New Year’s Eve! We eventually found a emergency hospital and had to wait for three hours before he could be seen. But it was DEFINITELY worth the wait! Only to be told that he is ok. And the issue that he was having was easily corrected! They couldn’t understand why I was told the diagnosis/information that was given to me. And they said that it was not even close to what he had going on. I will NEVER take my Yorkie back to this facility EVER AGAIN! This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Be careful people.

I noticed my new kitty was very sick and called this vets office, and they were very kind and got me in right away, they put my mind at ease!

I want to thank the young lady who hugged me after I had my dog euthanized yesterday. It was above and beyond the call of duty.

Brought my cat here for emergency care. Vet swabbed my cars ears and looks at the q-tip with his eyes (not a microscope) instantly says "these are mites" then refuses to care for pet unless I pay for many vaccines and other shots my cat didnt need. Almost $700 to pull 1 tooth. Unfair, unethical

I recommend them. They were great! My dog had surgery and they didn't over charge you like some vets!

They did not try to get more money by running all kinds of lab work or tests. The staff is very friendly, which I always appreciate very much!!! Dr. Sharp is awesome! I highly recommend them...Thank you!

Called an asked about declawing a cat and they hung up on me...

I love this place. They have helped me and my cats a lot. They were there for me when my one cat died. They took care of him and me. I got another cat and took excellent care of him too. Friendly, professional,and I trusted them when they took him in the office without me because of the virus. I hate to see them move from Van Dyke near 14mile. Please stay. I have sent 2 other of my friends and their cats, they were very pleased them and their service. Thank you all at that office for every thing. Max and Marshmello thanks you too.

They were really nice and gave me great information on my dog. They took great care of him. They’re pricing was reasonable. And I completely trust their decisions. They’re my new Vet compared to my previous that were more expensive and not as nice.

DO NOT COME HERE! The only positive thing i have to say about this place is they can give fast appointments. After my first visit there i figured out why they have so many openings. Pushing aside my biased opinion on this place due to the way they personally treated me, this place is very unprofessional. Talking to MULTIPLE “assistants” they were EXTREMELY condescending, rude, disrespectful. it was shocking they were employed and this place was still in business. When i came in for my follow up appointment the doctor wasn’t there and the “nurses” weren’t even educated enough to tell me if the stitches were dissolvable or needed to be taken out. Unless they REPLACE EVERY STAFF PERSON I WOULD NOT RETURN.

Came in to buy some prevention flea pills for my dog, the lady behind the desk kept answering calls and not talking to us while we waited for about 15 minutes. She kept going to ask us questions when she hung up but continued answering the phone. It became very annoying. Edit: I've been reading a lot of your reviews, and how you reply to them, whoever is in charge of running this place seems to think it's okay to just throw discounts at people who have experienced bad service. Actually what you need to do is fire the person who is treating YOUR customers badly. A customer isn't going to come back in to see that rude employee again just because you gave them a discount. Ridiculous!
