Always friendly. Always helpful. The whole staff truly cares about the animals that they provide care for as well as support the pet's owners when going through a rough patch. Highly recommend adopting an animal from Serenity as well as taking pets to see the Veterinarians who service the animals.

We have used the pet resort for 10 years and are always pleased with how our dogs have done. This last time, my dog was flapping her ears and they offered to have a vet exam her ears. She had bacteria and yeast infections, so they cleaned her ears and dispensed otic drops for treatment. It saved me a trip to my regular vet office. Very professional and courteous!

Took Great Care of my Kitty! Who needed grooming due to a thyroid issue. She had become very matted! And shearing was the only option! She is doing much better with transdermal med for her thyroid! And the Great Grooming that Serenity provided!!!

They really go above and beyond at this vet office. My puppy is super shy and are amazing with her. And my 2 cats don't skip a beat after their visits. They have been reliable about responding to messages when I have questions too. And the fact they use a phone app petdesk to keep all my animals info straight is definitely a plus.

Called made my cat an appointment. The day of the appointment we showed up 15 minutes early to find out someone didn't schedule us till 2 weeks from said day, I had the email confirmation. Was told if I didn't know the person I spoke to they couldn't help me. Horrible first and last impression.

Dr Meyer is the best vet I've ever had for my cats.

I use Serenity because they are knowledgeable about greyhounds. It's a great veterinarian hospital. They are not cheap as it takes money to run a veterinarian clinic well. But I trust the care that they give to my sighthounds.

Everyone at Serenity is extremely helpful. My pup has eaten a couple of shopkins over the years unbeknownst to me or my daughter. They have always been able to help him get through it and work to alternatives not the first most expensive option that I got from other vets. They are always knowledgeable and ready to help and they do it in a very calming manor when you are stressed or panicked. They are the best. :)

Dr Sherman literally saved my dog's life. She was relentless about finding out what was wrong with our 2 year old lab mix - ended up being a rare blood disease. After spending 1000s of dollars on MRIs and tests she was the only one that helped. We have had over 9 extra years with our sweet Misty that we wouldn't have had if we didn't meet Dr Sherman. We are forever grateful.

No waiting for annual checkup. We were able to pick up a year’s worth of prescriptions for the dog.

They have been taking care of my pets for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Recently I began taking my Sheltie for grooming. I couldn’t be happier! She comes home looking like a show dog.

My dog has been going to Serenity since she was a puppy. Same vet, same doctor. When I tell her "we're going to see Dr Julie" her tail starts wagging. That says alot. The whole staff is great with her and I trust them all with my baby girl.

We've been taking our pets here for about a decade. I can't imagine taking my buddies anywhere else. They got me on for an ear infection on very short notice and they were amazing as they always are.

I came to use Serenity to spay my 4th rescue rabbit Sylvia at 8 months old. They were able to get her in 4 months sooner than my usual veterinarian. She would be Aesop’s mate for life. Aesop is my 3rd rescue and will be 1 year in December. My 1 st app for Sylvia’s well visit we waited 1 hr. Karen Michalski was very kind although I believe another veterinarian who assisted was rude, arrogant and condescending. My 12 year old when we left said “mommy what was that all about “ referring to the rude arrogant vet. On October 29 Sylvia had surgery and I was made appointment for 5 pm pick up. I waited 50 min for Karen Michalski to come in and say there was some bleeding and we put cold compresses on. Everyone loved Sylvia there. Technician stated Sylvia didn’t eat. I was given my receipt with emergency vet contacts and told if I saw blood put cold compresses on. Sylvia was found dead at 830 am Saturday just 14 hrs later. I had woke her at 3 am to give water and she was lethargic. I thought maybe surgery, anesthesia and some blood loss. I took her to Serenity by 915 that morning to discover another vet read chart and it stated that Karen had to go back into incision and how bad surgery was. I made appointment that Monday with Karen where she explained with first cut Sylvia bleed and rabbits don’t generally bleed. She found clots and they put cold compresses on. Karen then apologized for not giving me all information on Friday. Why didn’t she? If I had all information I would have taken Sylvia to overnight emergency vet. I was not told the details of surgery nor instructed to take her to emergency vet. They were negligent and Karen the owner failed to disclose all information. I was not offered my money back even though that wouldn’t bring Sylvia back. I was not offered any services free of charge for euthanasia. I don’t know what Karen was thinking. She stated she’s never had a spay surgery go like Sylvia’s. Well then don’t you think even more reason to inform pet owner of all information. Shame on them. I will never use this veterinarian hospital again, nor refer anyone. I work at Troy Beaumont and I will spread the word “ stay clear of that hospital”. My daughters and I have broken hearts over the loss of Sylvia. Sylvia had a rough life in her first home where there was not live for her and she sustained an injury. Karen knew this and was irresponsible with my Sylvia.

I took my dog in because he swallowed something and they assured me they could take care of it And gave me the price of $1,400, did the surgery and he died 2 days later and then gave me a $4,400 bill.. I wouldn't recommend this place because that.

I’ve been taking my dog to serenity for the past year or so and have nothing but good things to say about them. My dog is a highly anxious reactive dog and they work so well with him it makes the experience less stressful for both me and him. They are so accommodating and you can tell they truly care about the animals they see!

Needed to find a new vet for my Terrier mix "Lady" for boarding purposes and found that she needed a canine influenza inoculation to qualify as a patient, so I took care of that so she could stay. Dr. Cichon gave her a thorough examination and the shot so we proceeded from there. Boarding included a nail trim and when I picked Lady up after her overnite stay she was bouncy as ever with a fresh manicure. Everyone was friedly and professional.

The staff is very polite, and professional. They have adjusted their services to comply with government guidelines for Covid. As a result, the staff is working extra hard with picking up, and delivering your pet curbside, all done with a smile. The Drs here take the time to listen to your pets issues, and carefully, and throughly examine your pet. I highly recommend Serenity Animal Hospital.
