Very friendly and helpful staff.

Way over priced!!! Just a random stop there to get cat food . Our usual spot is PetSmart. The bag of cat food was about $10 higher than PetSmart. Ridiculous won't ever step foot in that store again.

I love my local pet supplies plus it's the only place we shop for our Spruce Willis and our Mia

I love this and all pet supplies plus locations. I shop for my cats/dog/reptiles all in this place. They have frozen mice and rats/crickets/mealworms and other variety insects. At this particular location there is an awesome grooming service!! I wish I could remember the gal's name but is ALWAYS AMAZING with my little guy. Never have clipped his nails too short causing bleeding, which has happened other places. They offer online and curbside shopping and the best thing is they price match!!!

I always enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I never have to wait in line for a cashier. They have a wide variety of dog food . I need senior/mature dog food for my chow mix 14 year old. which they always have in stock. The curbside service is great too. If you are a member there are monthly deals available. Last week I received 25% off my entire order.

I’ve been to the store a few times in the past. When I couldn’t get in at a local groomer, I called here. Not only did they help me set up my dogs nail trims but they were really kind on the phone. The day of my appointment Faith was great. The team there welcomed Minnie and Ozzy with open arms and made them feel at home. You can tell the entire team loves animals! While my experience from the other groomer had me worried, I am so happy that it led me to such a great store. I know my dogs will feel comfortable and relaxed coming back because they left with tails wagging.

I wish I could say something nice but the cave woman groomer was mean and unprofessional, I called to inform her that I was going to be late. She had attitude on the phone stating don't be 15 min late over your apt time. I was traveling an hour and traffic lights was out through city. I was 1 min late and she stated I had to reschedule but someone after me was 40 min late and was told they could still bring there dog. I asked if she could at least get her nails clipped. She clipped them with an attitude. Worst experience ever. Go elsewhere for your service.

I would not recommend this location for grooming.

We go here all the time. Last visit I called beforehand making sure they had cat clippers. I was told they had 3. Once in store I was asked if I needed any help. I said yes... Another employee overhead me and said... I'll show her, we just talked. I was impressed with outstanding customer service from phone to door to Products and price!

I have been taking my dog for grooming at this location since Nov 2020 and have always had great service. Apparently there have been some staffing changes and the workers are now very rude and unprofessional. The person I spoke with in particular was “Sam”. I spoke to the manager about how rude she is. I am hoping that plus a public review raises the alarm. I’ll be shopping elsewhere going forward.

Was in a hurry stopped in to buy dog food blue buffalo same as i usually purchase everything i looked at that i was familiar with the price from other suppliers was at least three dollars more
