I drive from Macomb County to Oakland County to bring my dog here and it’s worth the drive once a month. My dog loves visiting the workers and I love stocking up on his raw snacks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Jill and her store are absolutely fantastic. Jill and her staff are extremely knowledgeable on pet food and give great advice. Her store and it's staff are refreshing in this world of cookie cutter franchises and big box stores that fill up the pet food industry. If you're looking for advice from people who genuinely love animals, this is the place to go.

Brought my itchy allergy dog, Turbo, into the Beastro on 10-9-21 for some good shampoo and quality treats. I’m so happy! I asked for help and was given great recommendations and nice tips on how I can help calm his allergies. We were treated so kind and my dog was showered with treats. I appreciate the quality of products that are sold here, no junk food! After one bath my dog showed a huge improvement in his itchy coat, I’m shocked it worked. Thank you, I’m now a customer for life.

Absolutely love this place. I always like to feed my dog the best i can within my budget, The staff have never made me feel pressured to buy anything out of my budget & have went above and beyond to help me with my dog doing raw & kibble meals .Friendly staff & excellent variety of foods !

Sad to sad I'm editing a review on what I used to think of fondly. I took my dog for his first birthday. He barks Alot and I asked for advice about it. The cashier suggested training without talking about why. She didn't even give us a bag for his bday hat, hard cookie(old) cake, and 11 dollar goat milk. I think she just wanted us outta there. FYI- 11 dollar goat milk doesn't freeze well, which is how they store it. Get it from the market and if you have a barky pet, CBD works for the anxiety. Don't go here.

I use to really like this store but they have progressively stopped selling what my dogs will eat and there customer service has gone down hill. I'll walk in the store and it almost seems like they have this look like, oh.. its her again... sad to say but I probably won't be shopping here anymore.

I have a fussy pup very specific what he likes and What he doesn’t! I have come to store many of times he won’t eat that what else do you got and they always find something new for him to enjoy. Plus they love all the attention from the staff!
