Never felt more uncomfortable in a pet store. Seriously this place is super creepy. One of the employees was staring at me when I happened to look at him, and there was trash on the floor that I guess no one cared to clean.

The young lady was super pleasant and I felt comfortable leaving my Bella with her. She groomed her really pretty with a beautiful bow on her ponytail.

Petco has a large variety of pet toys and food. They also have a great rewards program.

Petco has changed to a health food store for pets. Price are high. Did not have bacon strips for dogs.

Christmas time. Store was fine and staff friendly. They seemed overwhelmed

They made up every excuse in the book because they didn’t want to groom my husky. I know huskies are a lot of work but they could’ve called me, instead they lied and said they called and left me messages and I have no voicemails or calls from them on my call log. They messed up all of my plans by not calling me and having me show up to tell me to my face me appointment was cancelled. I’m very very very busy throughout the week especially this week and would’ve really appreciated a courtesy call letting me know you’ve cancelled my appointment which I booked weeks ahead of schedule. These people are so unprofessional.

Unfortunately my visit at this location was not Pleasant the manager Beth was rude and I was misinformed on several occasions about getting my dog groomed but I will never visit this location again! NEVER!!

The employees are helpful and friendly. Some of the prices are higher; but price matching might be an option.

Very dark parking lot. One working light pole for a massive parking lot. Did not feel safe at all. Lots of debris in parking spots. All other buildings in plaza are unoccupied and dark. I entered and was not greeted by anyone, only saw one employee and that was when I checked out, had to wait for someone to notice me for that also. Store had 2 of the 3 items I needed and seemed clean inside. Will definitely travel further next time to a different Petco location especially if at nighttime.

This is my favorite Petco go to store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and organized making it easy to find things. Great selection of products also.

Kaitlyn was a lifesaver! I hunted for meds to help my cats ears and with her being a cat owner she was able to direct me to what she uses and matched the price for me. What an asset to the store ..she is awesome!! Customer service at its best !

Very friendly staff. I have a pitbull that was very excited to come there and they greet him everytime

No assistance with the Fido machine. The cashier just stood at the register with no other customers present. When I finally checked out she didnt give me the receipt that I needed to input in the machine. Also, it would be nice to get coupons for those machines

My dog loves the store. Its always clean and big aisles

I like this place but find the prices to be higher than Petsmart when it comes to buying rats or mice for my snake. I gave it 4 stars because its clean, has what I need and customer service is always good.

Quite stocked, reasonable prices, had exactly what I was looking for! Most importantly had the best check out experience with super friendly cashier that actually enjoyed her job! Very sweet, nice store, will be back!

The bright spot in this location is Sue. She consistently goes above and beyond to help even when it’s not her job. I haven’t been to this or any other location recently, but she is the reason I will patronize this location. Petco does not sell my dog’s current food, but is well-stocked with her favorite treats and other goodies, making it worth the stop. This location can stand an update and thorough cleaning since it is an older location in a practically abandoned strip mall. Management should step up on the upkeep of this location as it has much to offer.

Petco has the most toys & leashes. I just love walking through Petco to find the latest " thing" for my dog.

Love it here. My dog walks through and picks his toys out himself and he loves it here as well.

Never stocked.Expired food.Have sale for $5.99 rings up at $13 and change.After a few minutes of b.s I walked out.The only good thing about this store was the manager Steve.Have not seen him lately.

The people there were pretty helpful. Helped me look for some products for a problem with my rabbit.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They helped me find each item. They understood that this was my first dog and explained things to me, showed me different products and have him a few test at the register!! It was very clean and welcoming there!!

Very dis-appointed thid trip, a week later and my dog is still shedding something fierce! Paid for the deshedding treatment before but this is the worst result to date
